The software development here is totally anti-Agile. Although they want to satisfy the customer they dont really give the developer the support they need to get the job done. There is almost no face to face regular conversation and no reflection process among the team concerning how to become more effective. Although the team is highly skilled, they are not good at project management and the developer-manager does not work well with others, he doesnt communicate openly and due to his mercurial nature he makes decisions without the team on whimsical notions.The development teams best quality is self promotion, they think highly of themselves and less of anyone else. At first glance their pride is mistaken for confidence but eventually you realize that its all fake. They say they strive for excellence but the whole software development process is disorganized, unstructured and lacking management and guidance. The problem is you cant tell the boss anything, he doesnt like other opinions or disagreement. Its very dysfunctional. There is a culture of blaming the past employees that are not there; very sad. There is no direction or guidance on what the purpose is, yet if you ask them they will tell you they are a purpose-driven business. The software testing is poor and incomplete. Im surprised the customers put up with the amount of bugs in the system. They say their are a Christian based company but where is Christ? At first glance this business shines but when you get down to it, it has serious problems. I offered to let the owner know of these issues as a friend but he declined to hear me so any offer of communication is false.

Tried inquiring about a position with this organization but was practically stopped by the admin person Shelby as she will not connect you or let you speak to the HR dept. What kind of organization does this?
