Excellent service! My house was a challenging project due to the custom gutters my builder installed on it. Jeff gave me a good ballpark on the costs prior to coming out. He communicated very well, giving me proper updates on his expected arrival time. He did a thorough inspection of my gutters. He gave me a detailed and honest assessment of his observations, and a very reasonable quote for the work. The first task was disassembling one of my downspouts that was clogged and damaged. He cleared it out and repaired the damaged section amazingly well. The second task was installing gutter guards. They look perfect. From the ground, you cant even tell theyre up there. The entire experience greatly exceeded my expectations. I was also very pleased by his attention to detail and safe work practices. I highly recommend them for any gutter related work.

I’m not sure if it’s possible to recommend someone with higher regards then Jeff. From start to finish he has been nothing but professional and communicative through every process. Jeff initially came out on a scheduled estimate appointment and answered all my questions and gave a throughout explanation on what I could expect from him and his team doing the job. After receiving a few estimates to replace fascia and the gutter and downspouts on the back of our house, I was still unsure about which contractor to choose. What sealed the deal for me was Jeff Lambert and his team’s knowledge of the job and the fact that only one company would complete all the work. Other contractors may have had knowledge about how to clean, repair, and/or replace a gutter system, but the fascia which needed to be replaced before the installation of a new gutter would have to be done by an independent. For me, that would leave too many variables with frankly too many hands in the cookie jar. Jeff assured me from the day of the estimate that No Mess would do all the work.I was initially told that the job could take up to two days, weather permitting, but was extremely pleased when Jeff and his team showed up to complete the work in one day. No Mess Gutters and Roofing left me a very happy customer truly living up to their name with “no mess” in the details.

Jeff and the crew arrived on time on a rainy, misty morning. They worked through the weather to install our gutters exactly to the bid and even provided a few extra steps. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use them again for any future project.

Jeff and his crew replaced my entire gutter system along with a large amount of rotten fascia board. I likely could have gotten the work done a little cheaper, but the quick service, little touches, and attention to detail made me a very happy customer regardless. Little things like texting me 30 minutes before arrival then actually showing up on time, detailed explanations about the products and services, and providing me with several dozen before and after photos of the work are worth it. There were some unforeseen issues with the job that required an extra day of work and instead of waiting until the next week they were able to get everything fixed up the very next morning despite it being the weekend. This is a major contrast to some contractors and service companies I have hired in the past

Would recommend to anyone, don’t hesitate just call! We had a leak in our roof, they came out AT NIGHT and were able to stop the leak until they could fix everything in the morning. Also helped with inside repairs! They have a true passion for this job, hard working, diligent and above and beyond our expectations. Pictures before, during and after the service. They care for their customers and that’s hard to find now a days. We are a family of 5, with very little kids, so glad we called them. Got impeccable work and trustworthy advice. Had an appointment May 2 at 8AM for an estimate. No one showed up. I received a text on Monday stating We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. However were going to respectfully decline your invitation to bid on this project. I received no call or explanation why. I called their office the following Wednesday and asked when they were coming. Brenda could not remember scheduling my appointment. I then received a call from Jeff Lambert stating he came to my house but it looked unfurnished and looked like no one lived there. I told him there were 2 cars in the driveway, the house is furnished, and weve lived here 6 months. Jeff did not apologize for the no show, but continued making excuses why he did not show. He then blamed my call screener (Robokiller) for the reason he could not reach me. I informed Jeff that he clearly went to the wrong house, and I want him to come back and give me an estimate. Rather than focus on moving forward and providing an estimate, Jeff persisted in arguing with me about what happened - like a child. I finally told Jeff I dont care what happened - I just want a bid. He then said he declines to bid my job. Im really surprised a guy with such an unapologetic attitude has high reviews. I assume he does good work when he goes to the right house or customers dont expect an apology.

These guys are great! Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, competitively priced, fast, friendly and creative! Our house has an addition that has caused a million weird issues and in Jeff’s assessment, he realized that a “normal” gutter system wouldn’t work for our drainage situation. So he designed a custom system for us that remarkably is able to move water from one end of the addition, along the back side of the house and around 2 right angles to a downspout located at a spot in the yard that drains better. Add to that, he added an upper-tier element to help catch more rain water coming off of another tricky spot on the roof. Jeff’s system works like a dream and we are super happy with it! He also noticed while installing the gutters that we had a pipe on the roof that needed a new seal. He was honest and up front with us, informing us that he could either have his guys come back on another day to take care of it, but that it would cost a few hundred dollars extra for labor, etc OR we could do it ourselves and proceeded to outline exactly how to fix the issue for about 20 bucks. A very stand-up move! We thanked him and planned on doing it ourselves, but then during a check-up visit about a week later, he hopped up on the roof and sealed the pipe up for us anyway at no charge! Jeff is a great guy and we would absolutely work with No Mess again!

I usually would write a huge, detailed review, however, I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my new roof and gutters. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to work with. I actually considered some more expensive options, (replace all the decking, using a IR shingle) and while he was very willing to accommodate me, he also advised me that it may not be necessary. VERY VERY happy!!
