Diego is my hero!! My A/C was being repaired and I needed a portable a/c unit. Diego assisted this non mechanical mind on how to utilize the machine. When I forgot the duct hose, Diego went above and beyond to help. In the midst of my aggravating situation of a/c repair, Diego helped give me a couple of cooler nights. Thank you Diego!!

Great place for renting equipment !

I rented a small front end loader/w brush hog or shredder. The shredder had dull blades and I couldn’t finish my job. They claimed it wasn’t supposed to be on there but it was. It just needed replacing and the other John Deere, identical to this one had a good shredder on it. I feel like I wasted some of my money.

I went to the I-45 North store this morning and reserved a equipment lift for $68. I was told I could pay in cash. I then rented a U-Haul and drove thru traffic to get there at 4:30. I was told I couldnt pay in cash and then we both just stared at each other. I told him I was told I could pay in cash earlier and he stared at me and said we dont accept cash for this rental. You suck and really screwed me. I run a business and my customer will not be happy about this. I only wish I could blast you on other sites because I know this will be ignored. You dont care about small companies who order a couple times a month. I will never step foot in your stores again

I had a problem after they closed, in 30 minutes Jason the manager brought me new equipment l needed, plus an extra piece of machinery that made my job 1/2 the time & work. Recommend SUN BELT in Spring on I 45 to all my friends. Thanks Jason & Johnny

I have rented equipment here twice. The staff is friendly and they waited after closing hours for me to get there during rush hour. Watch what your charged apparently each store charges different prices. So if you pay less at another sunbelt then point that fact out and make them look it up.

Guys offer excellent service, even if machinery fails they provide quick and good solutions

Drive in and drive out with rental log-splitter in Feb. 2015. It was near freezing that weekend with rain in forecast. Sales staff helped me with basic operation of unit and particular quirk. Unit was sufficient for the job at hand but I was unsure of cold weather ops. It worked like a champ and I put the 24 ton unit to the test.There was a little hydraulic leakage around the cylinder seal; probably due to coldt survived and I finished roughly 2 cords in a weekend.

They only get one star cuz you cant give any less this is got to be one of the worst equipment rental locations for sunbelt around, dealt with them for about 2 years and no problems just in the last couple months nothing but problems junk equipment people behind the counter that dont care lies, lies, lies, I went through 4 scissor lifts in one day they kept bringing out that did not work
