I regularly print with them for my business and theyve worked with me to expedite production to meet deadlines in the past. I choose to use their multi jet fusion printing rather than doing injection molding elsewhere because Ive been very happy with their quality and customer service. The experience has been great and its nice to work with another local business.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this one is easy. I waited until I fully understood the problem to give an honest review.My first order went smooth. Everything came out great. But, my second order had some problems. Keep in mind that my second order contained items that were printed fine in the first order. I reached out to the owner, Kason, who agreed to reprint them for me. He also told me there was a problem with the stl file, saying it needs to be repaired. So, with that in mind I felt kinda bad that it wasnt his fault but at the same time I was confused about why it came out fine in my first order. Well, he ended up printing the wrong file for the replacements. One from my first order. Some time went by before I realized because they are identical to the ones I needed just a bit smaller in size. I didnt notice until I went to use them. So, I reached out to Kason again and he never returned my email. I reached out again and he basically gave me excuses and pointed the blame to me not being timely making it difficult to track and TreatStock where I made the order.Since then, I have learned about slicing. Look it up. Its where you take an STL file and run it through a program that gets it ready for your specific printer. This is where the problems with the print came into play. They either didnt slice the file or did a bad job of slicing. Then they printed the wrong file for replacements.Pros: quality prints when sliced correctlyCons: not willing to own up to and fix mistakes they make
