I had a medical emergency and missed my interview so I called on the next morning (today) to apologize and reschedule my appointment. The young lady was very rude and suggested that these were my work ethics. She had NO clue as to what I was dealing with nor any compassion. I thought, if this is how they treat people, I would not suit there agency because my record as a RDH is impeccable with doctors and especially with patients. There loss and another agencies gain.
