I was excited for my daughter to start and it was going well, they were very comforting to her. However, Covid hit and they refused to return unused money. She only made it to a few seasons... offered online but that is not helpful to my daughter. She just doesnt learn that way. $1700+ down the drain. Very disappointed! Would nor recommend.

Shame on me for not writing this sooner. As a former educator, I am monitoring my nieces and nephews performance in school to ensure their academic health. When one of my nieces living in New York needed extra help with reading, I reached out to Sylvan immediately. I wanted to make the most of her summer and build her reading muscle. If successful, she could return to New York with her confidence, fluency, and comprehension in tip-top shape. Stacey took amazing care of us. Her advice was outstanding and she managed my nieces program beautifully. It also ended up being so much cheaper to attend to my nieces educational needs here in Texas rather than New York. Stacey worked diligently to ensure we were set up for success and everything was executed with ease and precision. We embraced this time to focus on Finley and made it something special that only she got to experience.My sister, niece, and I were thrilled with the results. Finley returned to New York and her teacher was baffled as to how Finley could magically turn things around. I would not hesitate to put another loved one in Staceys highly capable hands. We are truly grateful. To this day, Finley is able to keep up with her classmates just fine.

My son has ADHD and his academics have been an uphill battle. This is my sons second time attending this location. The staff is warm and their level of dedication is phenomenal, as well as the results of their work. My son was caught up 3 grade levels in around two months. He is as confident as Ive ever seen him. The results are mindblowing and priceless.

I took out a loan from a third party. I was told by the director, Stacey Winters, that whatever portion of the loan was not used would be refunded. Needless to say it was not. I have contacted them several times and written countless letter, and no attempts have been made to refund my money. In essence, they have stolen from me. As a matter of fact if there was an option not to give any stars, I would have chosen it.
