I was supposed to have THREE packages delivered on Saturday. One was delivered to the dropbox Sunday and sent the code. The other 2 basically show they were lost in transit. Ive now spent the last TWO DAYS (starting on Tuesday AFTER it was supposed to be delivered the previous Saturday) trying to get my packages. 6 representatives later, a rep said all 3 were delivered with the 1 I got a code for on Sunday and to go try to pick it up. I punch in my code, it beeps 3 times after the code is accepted, and then in red it says it has a technical error, AND NEVER OPENS (I took video). 3 more representatives, a returned phone call after 11pm my time to my mom who was shipping everything to me, not the receiver (me) who gave them a phone # to call back because *I* am the person trying to get the packages, they say triumphantly that they will be refunding the $ for the lost items and encouraged us to repurchase the items and better luck next time, meanwhile they NOW say it can take 24 hours to get a technician out. Im sitting in front of the dropbox stewing, because if I dont pick it up by TODAY their brilliant selves will return my package to sender. This is the ABRIDGED version!!!!! I am beyond flabbergasted as I sit and watch OTHER people pick up a package!!!

The code doesnt work!!!!! Will anyone fix this?? Too bad service
