I have been using this place for a few years now. I never had a problem with them before. But, now I’ve had a bunch of issues with them not showing up on time, they break the buttons on my clothes constantly. This place is not doing very good anymore. Today 5/4/20 we got to there location off of Rayford RD early around 8:40am. The sign on the door clearly says they open at 9:00am. We are now sitting here at 9:50am and no one has shown up to work yet. I understand being 10-15min later that the time on the door. But, almost an hour is negligence. I think I’m done with this place.

They got my clothing cleaned just on time, I don’t know what I would have done without them

Decided to try them after a nightmare experience with Ryan’s so I was holding my breathe... and I have used them several times now and they are great! Very fast, great customer service, wonderful prices, my clothes always look amazing, and are always back to me just as promised. I couldn’t be happier. I’m so thankful!! Found my new place after moving to my new home!! Yay!!

We used this dry cleaners regularly and they did fine, but when we dry cleaned a very nice $400 jacket from Suit Supply here, they destroyed the jacket. The inside material was sticking to the outside material and it was a jumbled mess. The jacket was only 1 month old, had just been purchased and this was the first time I had it cleaned. When I provided this information to them WITH the receipt they stated that they could give me $200 for the $400 jacket that THEY destroyed and they wanted the jacket in return for that. Then they proceeded to tell me that this was a favor to me b/c they usually dont do that. So I had to give them the item they destroyed for half the price the item cost us so that I could turn around and buy another $400 jacket b/c it was a part of a suit set. So if you have nice items, take them to Tide Cleaners who will actually reimburse you if they destroy something so they tend to take better care of your clothes. Ive never had an issue with a dry cleaners before this place and I have not had one since (this happened six months ago). I have had that same jacket that I repurchased cleaned a few other times, and no one else seems to have an issue. I would never take any items here of any type of value b/c they dont care about you, or your stuff.

Weve been using them for over a year. I got a shirt dry cleaned in May. Im a teacher so I hadnt touched the shirt since it came back. Now Im back at work and and wanted to wear the shirt. When I took it out of the bag, there was a hole in it. Long story short, my husband took it to them and they refused to replace the shirt because it had been 3 months. I dont dry clean very many items, so this was disappointing. This is the second time that I had a not so good experience with them. They pressed an evening gown for me in Dec. when I was getting dressed for the party, I noticed a long black mark on the front right side of the dress. I had to wear the dress with the mark on it.

This place has been my favorite since they opened. My husband and I are loyal customers and have used them weekly for years. Just recently, there seems be a change in front desk staff. The lady is extremely hard to understand. I went to pick up my dry cleaning today and she said it’s a $10minimum for cards. I asked, “since when?” She said it’s always been that way but who in the world carries cash around in 2018? After several attempts to understand what she was saying, she gave me a few eye rolls and then ran my card for $8.15. I will give them a couple more tries. Anymore issues and I will bring my services elsewhere.

Amazing service, very friendly. We have tried a few cleaners in the area and these are way above the best in terms of service and pricing.

Took in a brand new shirt and when I went to put it on, I noticed it was damaged. When I went back to get it fixed, (mind you, a very simple repair) the lady refused, gave me attitude, and blamed me. The rude attitude was not necessary as I was asking politely. I will not recommend this place to anyone as they failed to conduct proper business.

I dropped off a work vest, they were supposed to clean it and replace 1 button...: they charged me almost $10 and didn’t even wash it! Then they lied to me about “reenforcing” all the buttons.... they sewed on a button poorly and over charged me.... never going there again!

I took a brand new shirt in. They returned it to me damaged. I told them I understand things happen, just please make it right and fix the tear. A pretty simple fix. They refused.

This is a small shop, but they do a good job and the staff is always very friendly. Dry cleaning is available in one day, and they give a 20% discount on Mens shirts when dropped off on Wednesday or Thursday.
