I had a wonderful experience at ProSource thanks to Ebenezer Ebby. He went out of his way to help me with my selections and also ordered samples for me to make sure the tile would look great in my house. I am building a house and purchased all of my wood flooring, tile flooring, kitchen backsplash AND shower tile from ProSource. Im so happy!

Best place to shop got carpet, tile and more.07-09-2021Im editing my review as its been well over a month since ordering carpet, we have yet to receive our carpet. We keep getting told its being pushed back after they messed up with our contractor in ordering it to begin with. Long story short, nothing has been done to try and rectify the situation. I understand that right now there may be backed up orders, and maybe a shortage somewhere, but nothing has been done to try and make the situation right. While I still appreciate Jasons help, its the rest of the people and what is happening to us that has me upset. We try to be flexible, but when we cant even unpack or anything until carpet gets in, you are testing my patience. and whos to say it doesnt get pushed back yet again for the fourth time come the new date which is yet another two weeks out. Very disappointed in the end service my contractor and us are getting. It has been nothing but problems since we left with what we picked out.7-13-2021 update.Shawn at a different prosource location is the one that messed up. And come to find out he did not expedite our carpet like told to. Jason has been the most helpful in our situation, and has done everything to get us our carpet.

I work with Restoration 1 of Conroe and Prosource is our go to, we use them multiple times per month each and every month. Ebby and Jarrid are our go to guys when it comes to our flooring needs and they never disappoint. They are super friendly and responsive as far as phone or email goes even. They have a lot of knowledge and help us in a timely manner. They are great. Super helpful.

ProSource Wholesale of The woodlands is my first go to with my clients and material needs. My account manager is the great, Greg Hoffman. Gregs support and knowledge helps me through every new job I bring in. Five stars is all I can leave here, but I wish I could leave Ten stars. The Woodlands staff and store is my best partnership within my business. I dont need to go anywhere else. One stop shop.

Made a quick run to The Woodlands today looking for a place that carried Italian Travertine tile and for some reason we pulled right into ProSource....we were in search for only 5 pieces of tile to match some pieces that were not done right on our floor after the hurricane....Gina greeted us at the door and we were off and running...she was friendly and warm and immediately gave us hope in taking care of what we were looking for and needed...she made several calls/emails and found what we were looking for somewhere in Virginia and California....our experience was easy and was a breath of fresh air....in our book, Gina provided wonderful customer service....and we say THANK YOU for that!!!!!!

Gina Lerate went above and beyond on our home remodel. Working hard to bring us options we loved in our price range, and staying on top of our orders through to the end! I am looking at floor tile. Seeing how I had issues years ago with them, and looking at a new review where they stole a contractors money, I am just warning everyone to not go there. Read the post where they didnt give the contractor his tile, nor did they refund him for it. That is awful! I am now on my way to Floor Decor near 1960 and 45.

Very welcoming and professional. The facility is easy to navigate, the staff helpful and the product samples were amazing.

We have been purchasing material at this location in Spring store since it opened. We can not say enough about this teams ability to make sure our customers have accurate input and make good decisions for their specific application. As a Professional Remodeler we purchase a large quantity of material & this team gets it right the first time - without exceptions. We will put them up against all suppliers of this type in the Houston market. They are here to help and will most assuredly make your project a good one.

Worse customer service. Upper management completely ignored us when problem after problem happened. They should have stepped in - they do not care about the customers and making things right. We made selections for an entire new build custom home. Would not recommend to anyone.

These people know floors and floor tile, you cant go wrong here.

Recently bought a significant amount of flooring and tile from Pro Source. Their salesman did the measurements and I wound up with about 4k worth of extra wood flooring material. When I tried to return it to the warehouse I was told they could not return it because it was a discontinued color and given the number to the corporate office. Way to go ProSource.

I am sorry for everyones bad experiences. I only went to put up an order for a friend. People seemed nice.

Do not do business with these people. I am a contractor that has used them for years. Have had issues with then most of the time. But this last issue is plain theft. I ordered tile from Jeff and when I came in a week later to pick it up he told me that the tile was still in Kentucky waiting to ship. He then suggested to cancel the order and get a different tile. So I did. A week later when I had to call for my credit he stated that it was special order and that I was stuck paying for it. Even after it has been canceled (per Jeffs recommendation) its been 5 weeks and still no tile however they are refusing to credit it back to me. The manager John, has been avoiding my phone calls and has not returned any of my 5 messages I have left for him. The first time I spoke with him he stated that he would get to the bottom of this. I still have not received a call from him in the past 3 weeks. When I asked for Johns boss. They stated that no one was over him. I find that hard to believe.
