My main concern was hiring somebody to get me the most money I was entitled to from my insurance company. Every roof company talks a good game and I’m sure they are all good but this company discussed with my insurance company what was a fair amount to pay me. I have no doubt I would have left money on the table with the other roofers I met with. All Roofing & Remodeling spoke directly with my insurance company. What a relief that was. They will get you more money and they will not overcharge you for the roof and I know what I’m talking about. Happy to answer any questions.

All Roofing and Remodeling replaced our roof this spring. We are very pleased. The price was good and they held tightly to their (seemingly aggressive) schedule, completing the work on time with NO ISSUES. There was always a foreman on site and our project manager, Jared was here at least once every day (and extremely responsive, if we needed him). Company president, Adrien, was here in person multiple times and is the most knowledgeable roofing person Ive ever met. They definitely have my recommendation.

Just a little back ground. I hired a man for a roofing job and ended up firing him half way through because he was doing a horrible job, cutting corners and apparently had no idea what he was doing. I was visited by multiple roofing companies every day, however All Roofing and Remodeling was the most professional in their approach and specifically Jared Kneisler was the most personable and authentic of all those who visited. I have received poor service from careless contractors in the past, so I am very cautious and not very trusting. Jared was thoughtful and patient with my many questions. He would even make sure I had direct contact with the owner for some of my questions, to ensure I was confident and comfortable. I never felt pressured or dismissed by Jared as I have in previous experiences and this is priceless. The job was started and completed quickly and seamlessly, and even addressed a previous home cooling issue I discussed with Jared. I have to brag about All Roofing and Remodeling Co., since they have exceeded my expectations by far. Great customer service by Steve Alonzo and Adrian.Steve helped at every step of the way in getting the new roof installed.Great quality of work and the roofing crew were very professional and replaced the roof in 11/2 days.Steve was always on time and would get back when I called. Everything was always explained to me and was given good advise on other home improvements.

After we had a hailstorm last year, we had roofers coming by 2-3 per week trying to get our business but it was a busy year so I put this project in my too hard to handle box. None of the others followed up but Jared called me early this year to remind me that our insurance would no longer accept a claim after one year, which was approaching. When we restarted the process, we got a very low settlement with our first adjuster so Jared guided us in appealing that decision with the result that we got a follow-up settlement for a full replacement. Even after a year, he did everything possible to minimize our cost, even though their material costs had increased. The crew did great work as quickly as possible and replaced some rotten decking I didnt even know we had. They protected my vegetable garden and shrubbery as well as possible and their cleanup of nails and debris was very thorough. After being removed and reinstalled, our satellite dish was no longer aligned so Jared brought in their licensed guy to recalibrate it so I didnt have to pay for a service call by our satellite provider...all part of their service. I would definitely recommend All Roofing and Remodeling to anyone replacing their roof - ask for Jared.

We had our roof tear-down and re-shingled, we worked with Adrian Parker, Adrian took care and time explaining the pros and cons of the different materials available and addressed all our questions. Adrian did not pressure us during the process and was available to answer questions. Three days after signing the contract the roofing work started. Adrian’s roofing crew was focused, kept the site clean and finish on time. We are very happy with the materials and workmanship, and will work again and highly recommend All Roofing and Remodeling.

We purchased a new home right after Harvey and needed to do a complete make over before our temporary lease was up. Adrian and his team started in Jan 2018 and completed right on time for us to move in March 2018. Adrian saved us from undo stress in a time that was already stressful. We now have our dream home!! They do quality work and has a wonderful eye for detail. He is not shy to tell you what you should or should not do and from my end that is rare these days when most contractors will tell you what you want to hear and then run away. They also certified in disaster restoration and will work with your FEMA flood insurance carrier.

Had them come out to do a remodeling and leak repair estimate in early December. They did inspection and promised to send me a 3D rendering of the proposed remodel and estimate the following week. Then they just blew us off and never gave us a rendering, estimate nor explanation why they were not interested.

He met with the insurance adjuster to make sure that all damages were included in the report. Not only did we get upgraded shingles but also new equipment on the roof and new gutters.
