Worth the wait. They were a little short staffed and very popular so even with showing up at opening, there was already a 30 minute wait. The haircut was fantastic and they have great attention to detail. They took their time and were very willing to go back and take a bit more off. The atmosphere here is friendly and relaxing. Will definitely come back to get my next haircut.

The place is nice and clean, the service is good, my husbands haircut was nice, but we have to wait for a long time, we wait for more than an hour, usually in other locations they are ready at the moment of your appointment time, I think they need to work with appointments is easier and you dont have to wait for a long time, in our personal opinion. And they are not using facemasks, is another point to consider if you pick this location.

Excellent service. Janice and Audrey always take care of me and my and my boys. Fantastic quality and my sons love being able to play the classic arcade game. Charli is attentive and always on point with customers. Will always return.

Tune up is a great place especially being a VIP member, I really enjoy the atmosphere and the environment that the staff creates. They always do a great job with my hair cut and beard trim.

The only good thing about this place is the free beer and sometimes the haircuts are okay. Every time over the past 7 months Ive come in for a haircut, its been an ordeal. Ill get turned away one month because I dont have an appointment, then the next when I try to call in to schedule, its uhhhhh.... we only take Walk ins right now. They cant decide what they want to do, and every time I get frustrated and leave, theres several more barber shops within a 5 mile radius more than ready to cut my hair, often times with no wait. Dont waste your time at this place, such a joke.

Came in a few weeks ago, had an appointment. The stylist didn’t finish with her prior appointment till 45 mins after my appointment time. Didn’t have enough time to get my hair cut/beard trim, I had places to be and couldn’t afford waiting another hour, they said sorry, gave me a coupon and I went on my way. Today, I had an appointment, showed up a bit late bud to a business call. Was told it was too late, she said we have a 6:15 appointment but we can’t take any appointments after 6…. How does that make any sense? Then why tell me you have an appointment after 6 if you don’t take appointments after 6!?!?!? I’m done with this location. I’ll try another and hope they are better.

First time here today, will be last. I appreciated their flexibility in taking me as a walk in at 5 pm on a Sunday, but upon arrival I was assigned to a stylist who had their head down on the bar and were asleep. They took 5 minutes to wake up, all while I stood there waiting. When they finally came to their senses, they had the aydacity to ask me if I was ready.My haircut was awful. I requested a taper and scissor cut on the top, showed a picture of what I was looking for. And my haircut came out nothing like what I expected. Also, the stylist didnt even cut any hair or texture the top. Because of how disengaged she was when working on the sides, I decided not to even mention the top again because I didnt want her to butcher it.Poor experience - nice “manly” ambiance. This location used to be great. I went here all the time but since a lot of the older stylists left it hasnt been the same. Ive given them a few chances and everytime I leave being disappointed because they dont listen and just cut your hair however. I specifically started the last 3 times I wanted it longer on top and they cut it super short. I wont be back to this location.

If you dont mind waiting an hour or more for a haircut and you like drinking this place is for you. Not saying this is a bad business model but the wait time is ridiculous. The customer service isnt welcoming, and you might wait 20 minutes to be checked in or .acknowledged. Ill stick with Sports Clips.

I called on Tuesday and was informed I would HAVE TO make an appointment and couldn’t come in Tuesday. Made an appointment for noon on Wednesday, which was the next available. Arrived on Wednesday and told them my name. They said I’d have to wait because they gave my appointment to a “walk in”.I looked at my phone for the time. It was 12:03, which she acknowledged. The guy who took my spot was already in the chair getting his hair cut. Seems like they gave my appointment away before noon. I wasn’t given the opportunity to take a walk in status the day before, or I would have. Girl at the desk gave no explanation about the suspicious timing or the fact that I was not given the chance to come in and wait the previous day. I felt a “don’t care” attitude from this place.Bad business.

I enjoy coming here when I’m in town. Great bartender service while getting a haircut or bread trim. The stylists are friendly and good at what they do! Alex does a great job up at the front taking care of you with drinks and check out. Great place with great people come check it out!

Got there at 6:30pm, they close at 7pm. Signed in for a standard cut due to time. I was introduced to Liz. Very nice person and personality. She was not fake as her attitude was genuine.Before we got started I received a free complimentary mixed drink, rum and coke. Nice. Liz asked me all the questions about how to get the cut. After we got that out of the way she started grooming my hair. She did a fantastic job. Then she asked if she could trim my eyebrows and goatee. The eyebrows were included in the standard cost the beard cut was $10 extra which I was fine with because I had a trip to Las Vegas the next day and believe me it needed a good trim. She did an awesome job. I finally left by 7:40 pm and both Liz and the manager could not have been nicer.I highly recommend this place.

The staff is amazing and my stylist was Kisrten who was by far the best have you ever come across. She was amazing and I dont want anyone else taking care of me ever. Love the Tune Up business model. Full service hair and grooming for men with a bar. You get two drinks while you wait and can drink them while in the barber chair. This visit was my first haircut in 2.5 months due to COVID-19 lockdowns and they professionally handled the social distancing and PPE requirements.

This place is awful!!! We waited an hour or a little more for a simple haircut and as soon as we were next. Three VIP members showed up and we were moved to the bottom. I understand there is VIP for a reason but there should be some limits. Especially if you’ve been waiting over a hour. We will not return here.

My husband went to get his hair cut and the lady completely butchered his hair. He told her that it didn’t look correct and her response was, “It is because of the lighting in here. That’s the way it is supposed to look.” It was not done correctly and he paid $30 to get a bad hair cut! Will not be going back to this location again!

Horrible experience today! I left after more than an hour wait. I checked in on the app for a time of 10:30. I showed up at 10:20, I was told by the hostess that my stylist had someone in the chair, but that she didnt take long and that I was next....that was at 10:25. Apparently the guy in the chair was having himself a spa day because an hour later at 11:20 he still wasnt done! Ridiculous! I understand that the check in times on the app arent appointments, but to sit and wait for more than an hour is just poor management of time, people and resources. If the guy in the chair wanted his sweet time, beard trimmed, eye brows plucked or whatever then that is fine, but the app shouldnt let someone check in at 10:30 when this guy and the stylist know theyll be taking more than hour to tend to his needs. Consequently I wont be returning to this location. Good luck.

I heard it was cheaper 25 for a haircut and 10 for a beard trim with a tip of 5 bucks leaves my with a 40 buck haircut that I think should be more like 20hucks total maybe 25 with the tip... Dont think Ill go back, even with the 2 free beers and friendly service, I still feel its overpriced and only for people making a lot more money than me... I saw ppl getting their kids hair cut, jeez there goes the college fund. Hey. Seriously though, who pays 40bucks for a mens haircut? Richie Riches I guess.. Not for me. Ill find a reasonable priced haircut one day, I mean it only takes about 30 minutes to cut my hair and trim my beard, I dont think wanting it done for $20-25 is asking too much. I would rather go to the 4.99 cut shop on 1960 every week than come here every 2 months... But Im sure some folks dont care about money as much and will dump it on stupid things like expensive hair cuts, if thats you, then this is an expensive hipster hair cut place for you. Go get a new tattoo before ya go, and a Starbucks coffee... Youll fit right in

Slowest hair salon ever. I’ve been to Tune UPs all over town and this is by far the worst which sucks because it’s closest to my house. I don’t mind waiting a while if I have a beer or two but tonight was the tipping point for me. I watched 2 stylist take well over and hour on a single cut so that they wouldn’t get stuck with my cut being the last one. I even called ahead for an appt 30 min before closing. (7pm) Finally left after an hour and 15 minutes. If you have 2 hours to kill go ahead, if not, find somewhere else or even another Tune Up.
