Great place!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We recently had my sisters 15 and although the venue is beautiful, the person “coordinating” the event Jackie was beyond unprofessional. Aside from her rude way of speaking to you on simple requests she informed us that the deposit would be refunded and after various follow ups she stated that we had damaged items without providing proof such as invoices, pictures anything. She stated that a toilet was clogged when HER children had done that and we had to remind her several times to take care of it. I won’t go on but the owners which I met really need to reconsider the person they are trusting in, to run their business.

We used this venue for a middle school dance and although the venue is very pretty, the cleanliness and attention to detail definitely left something to be desired. Dirty dishes with flies in the sink upon arrival, multiple table clothes dirty or stained and in the end unable to provide the appropriate amount of clean tablecloths/decorative cloths. The poor girl trying to set everything up looked completely unprepared and frazzled. For an 8th grade dance it was a elegant treat to not have it in the gym and the kids enjoyed themselves, but I would most certainly NOT have a adult party at this venue.

The air condition is not working & we were terribly uncomfortable the entire party. Couldn’t dance without feeling like passing out. Nice place but would have better things to say if the air conditioning was working. Terrible evening!!!!

From the very start things were not good. Aria was inconsistent never answered phone. They are using a personal cell phone. Will ignore phone calls and messages.Came to view the property last weekend. Decided on a date I wanted my wedding on. Called back to pay my deposit. Never received a response. Left serval voice messages on how to contact me. I never knew I had to beg Aria to take my hard earned money for my deposit. No one till this day has contacted me so I can pay my deposit. Very unprofessional and this is NOT how you treat your future brides. Your waste and loss on money. Catering food offered us very gross and a bad neighborhood for hall.

Beautiful banquet hall. The only downside I noticed was that the restrooms dont have any changing tables, but there is enough space between the sinks to get it done.

I scheduled an appointment to see the hall and get pricing on July 28, 2018 at 11:30. I show up right on time and the doors are closed. No one ever showed up. Just stood me up and left me waiting. Then I called and nobody answered my calls. Not very professional.....

The hall is amazing and the owner is very helpful my sister is thinking about having her quinceñera here would absolutely recomend.

We attended a quinceanera and it was very nice place to hold the festivities, it is good for a small party not enough space for a lot of dancers

As a Event Planner I have booked Aria in the past for other clients and I have recommended it to several other planners as well as family and friends looking for a beautiful party space... I was such a fan of this venue but seeing that the owners don’t care about the appearance of the space I will no longer recommend Aria to anyone ever again! The venue itself is gorgeous but how it’s being maintained is simply ridiculous! Upon booking this venue months ago we were told that the leaks in the ceiling would be resolved before our event date! During our final walk thru we noticed that this issue has not been resolved and it looks absolutely horrible and our client feels embarrassed to host her 40th Birthday party here because everything look so bad! Here we are in the 11th hour and we are trying to calm an upset client down as we await an update from the venue on the repairs! The venue removed ceiling tiles due to leaks which has left hanging and exposed insulation and horrible white wooden lattice suspended from the ceiling which does nothing but draw the eye to the problem area. To know that we were told at booking this would be taken care of and to find that it hasnt is simply inexcusable!
