My experience with this company has not been very good. They are very unprofessional and rude. I have to quiet an 30 minutes to 1 hour to get a certificate of insurance after I request for the certificate of insurance via their email. I always have to follow up with a phone call to ask for a estimate time delivery. And when I do call, they have this attitude of why are you bothering me. I do want to even call them for any thing trust me. But I pay them. Its really sad. But as soon as my policy is done I will be on the search for another insurance company.

Just got off the phone with Scott, I must say the level of customer service I received from him was A+.I was looking for a quote for my father and his truck. I must say In dealing with other companies I was dealing with amateurs. Scott introduced me to the big leagues.He overwhelmed me with beneficial information and I am extremely grateful.I am convinced that AAA is the way to go.Thanks Scott!
