Ive lived here a few years now and am very happy with Camden Spring Creek. The office and maintenance staff have been excellent and responsive. The community is quiet, well kept, and overall is a great place to call home. Most of my conversations with the staff have been through Cara, and I highly recommend talking to her if your looking for a new place to live.

Camden is a great place to live. The grounds and common areas are clean and well-kept, and maintenance is incredibly fast and responsive. I have never had neighbor issues, and the office staff has always been prompt and helpful with whatever I have needed. The renovated apartments are beautiful and are a joy to live in. I would definitely recommend this complex.

I made a phone call to Camden Spring Creek apartments and I talked to Daniel the Community manager. I told him about my needs and even though their apartments were not a good fit for my budget, still he went above and beyond to help me find other places for me to reach for a better option. He send me all the tools I needed via email for me to search for a place. I cannot thank you enough Daniel for all your support today. You Made My Day! =)

The facts: its not a perfect community, but it far exceeds the competition.1) Camden staff HEAR and RESPOND to community needs. Since I have lived here, security has been an issue. However, management has put in a significant amount of effort in order to improve safety by installing smart locks on all apartments, installing additional exterior site lighting, and hiring security. Just be a smart resident: lock your vehicles and dont leave anything valuable in plain site. They also allow you to purchase a security system if you so choose.2) Maintenance is very responsive. When there is an issue, large or small, the staff has always responded within 48 hours of our requests.3) Parking is sometimes difficult late at night, but Camden staff are responding by providing additional reserved spaces that are available for monthly rental.4) The grounds are well taken care of, with pet stations within a reasonable walking distance.5) This complex flooded during Harvey. Camden probably wont tell you this unless you ask about it directly. Living in a first floor apartment, I can attest that there is NO evidence of flooding, and NO issues with mold or mildew. The first floor apartments were thoroughly renovated and show no evidence of past flooding.6) Sawyer Park across the street occasionally has outdoor concerts that last until midnight. Its not outrageously loud, but has annoyed some residents. If you have concerns about noise, I would lease an apartment towards the back of the complex.Overall, living here has been a very positive experience! Definitely recommend.

I love it here, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff is amazing and helpful. My apartment is great. Plenty of parking. A dog park! A nice pool. No noise issues and the gates make me feel safe. Definitely a great place to be.

Due to unexpected situations, my roommates and I needed to downsize to an apartment quicker than usual. After searching apartment sites we found Camden and fell in love. Maria helped our experience go smoothly and we moved in same day! So grateful and excited to move on and into this new chapter!

I usually look for all the negatives when apartment searching, but the worst thing I could find here was the complimentary bottle water wasnt cold yet lol. Very kid/family friendly. We’ve lived here for 2 years and every interaction with management specifically Cara, front desk Specifically Maria and maintenance Specifically Junior has been above and beyond. Their professional yet friendly demeanor lets me know we chose the right home. I recommend anyone looking for luxury living at non-luxury prices to look into moving into Camden.

As a several month resident of Camden Spring Creek, I can honestly say it is the most pleasant and comfortable place I have lived in decades. Not only is the property itself excellently maintained, it is plush and has a genuine resort feel. But the key is the on-site management and staff, who are both professional and highly attentive. As an example recently I was in the hospital and had a problem contacting my sister who lives with me. I called the office and they unhesitatingly did a wellness check for me, going to my unit to check on her.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and relaxed place to live. And it has a genuine sense of community, with easy means to get to know and interact with other residence, if that is what you seek.At the very least you owe it to yourself to check into living here. I dont think you will regret it in the least. I certainly dont.

Ive been very happy with Camden Spring Creek. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive. One day, my dishwasher stopped working. I put in a service ticket online before I left for work, and I had a new dishwasher within a matter of hours. The front office staff is courteous and professional as well. I feel safe and LOVE the ease to get on I-45.

Since I called the complex to ask for information Randall, Stephany and Maria were super professional with us. When I meet Stephany in person she made me feel that I was making the right choice. I wanted to wait a few weeks after moving in before writing a review to get the whole living experience and leave a complete honest review.We’ve been living here for almost a month now and I must say I’m so happy to have chosen this place, it’s been completely opposite from my previous experience at Park at 505 apartments which was horrible, DO NOT MOVE THERE!!I got to thank Maria Leite from the office who helped us with the leasing process and made the moving experience so smooth for us. I was out of the country at the moment with no roaming, so we had to do everything via email and I was impressed with how quickly and responsive she was to every single one of my questions and concerns. In just one day everything was ready for us to move in, which was the very first glimpse of how good the service is. The other ladies at the office are great also, they have answered the phone every single time I’ve called and they have been willing to help me and answer my questions.We love the place, we chose one of their remodeled floor plants in the first floor and I got to say its very nice, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings and quartz countertops. Apartment is clean, well kept and spacious.You open every door trough and app on your phone, the gates, mailroom, gym, even your apartment door you open with a code of your choosing, no keys needed. I was skeptical of this feature at first because I’v heard in a lot of places people having problems accessing their apartment with this new keyless system, and my concern got real the first day when we tried to access the apartment, the latch got kind of stuck and it wouldn’t open with the app. It was around 8 or 9 pm and we called the 24/7 support service and in less than 15 min Junior Medina, a member of the maintenance team showed up, replaced the whole thing and we haven’t had one issue since then. So that’s another positive point, maintenance is responsive and quick and it’s 24/7.Common areas cleaned, well kept, neighbors are quiet. Most of them have dogs but I dont see dog poop around most of the time. Valet trash 5 days a week. Gym is 24/7.Even though we don’t pay for cover parking and our apartment does not include a garage, we haven’t had any problems with parking, we got home at 10pm once and still found a parking spot close to our apartment.On the downside, apart from rent and valet trash is mandatory to pay for this internet/cable bundle. I would have like to have the option not to pay for the cable part because we don’t use it, but you just cant. I honestly don’t mind that much, considering all the other good things this place have, I see it as a little extra I pay for the outstanding service and great features.I’ve also seen quite a few residents complaining about amazon packages being stolen, that seems to be and issue here, but it has not been my personal experience though.Other than that overall is a great place, you won’t regret moving here!

The maintenance crew is wonderful here! Theyve always completed our requests incredibly fast! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, weve lived here for almost 4 years now in two different apartments and have enjoyed both!

My AC was not working at all last night(after 10pm) and maintenance responded in a very timely manner as always and fixed the problem last night. Lived at Camden spring creek for 2.5 years. Place is pretty nice. Only thing I hated about it was how unsafe it was. My truck was broken into once and so was my apartment. There is no security. Would I recommend a friend? No.Note: cars are broken into there regularly.

I love this apartments!! I’ve been living here for over 2 years now and can honestly say it is the best ever!!!! The landscape is always clean and neat, the dog park is always full of happy puppies, my neighbors are very nice, the pool looks like a peaceful resort, and they have the best staff!! Every morning, when I stop by to grab a coffee at the office, they’re always very helpful and all smiles. Absolutely a great community!!!

For anyone looking for a safe, clean and friendly place to reside, look no further, Camden is here. The welcoming presence I received from the management team was beyond what I expected. Maria, one of the leasing agents, went above and beyond to give me the best deal possible. Although my process was a bit complicated than what most people go through, they stuck behind me and helped me get to where I needed. They are an awesome team and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice and friendly community to give them a chance. You wont be disappointed.

The office staff are friendly and helpful. We moved in mid April and are enjoying our new life here. The maintenance team work fast and efficient. We fill like we have joined a family instead of a community. They send out birthday cards, community events, welcome outreach is amazing. I stayed in my last apartment for 10 years and never had this warm embrace from them. The office staff here at Camden Spring Creek called last week to see how we are settling into our new place! I feel safe, welcome and at Home! Camden Spring Creek is the best moved I have ever made.

Its always great to see John, Mr. Ricardo and all other members of the maintenance crew. They are best in what they do and we could not have ask for a better maintenance crew. I love living at Camden Spring Creek! This is my second spacious 3 bedroom to lease. The staff here are wonderful, caring and extremely helpful when a need arises. When repairs are needed, they are done promptly and the maintenance staff are very thorough and courteous! I was not home during repairs, but spoke with Cara when the problem was reported. The shelf was repaired quickly and looks great!

I have lived in this community for roughly 3 years or so and I have had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they really care about their residents. This includes the Maintenance team. I definitely recommend this community...especially if you have a family.

I moved into Camden Spring Creek 3 months ago and I just love it here!!! For starters, when I first drove in I was impressed at how clean and well designed the exterior was. When I walked in I was very pleased with the beautiful interior. It was so clean and well-decorated. Then, I met the staff and I have never met such nice, polite, friendly and fun leasing agents! Maria, Mary and Kara were just wonderful!When they showed me the apartment with the beautifully remodeled kitchen, walls, floor and bathroom, I knew I had found my apartment..I love the ambience here. It is so quiet, clean and beautifully designed. I am very pleased. When I do see a resident walking to or from their home, they are very friendly.The maintenance here is exceptional. Not only are they super prompt, but theyre professional, skilled and respectful. I called one afternoon for maintenance and they were there early the next morning! Can you top that for promptness?If that wasnt enough, they have an online payment portal and they dont charge extra for online payments. Awesome! In the portal you.are not only able to pay, but youre able to see what your payment record is and you get a receipt! I repeat, you get a receipt. You dont even have to ask for one, you just automatically receive it.I cant say enough good things about Camden Spring Creek and their staff! I can say Im very grateful to find this complex.Thank you very much Maria, Mary, Kara and the Camden Spring Creek owners.

My wife and I have lived in the Camden for a little over 8 months. Our overall experience has be positive and pleasant. Here are my pros/cons...Pros: Nice amenities (Newly surfaced pool, newly built courtyard area/grill, dog park with pet bath/wash station). Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice apartment layouts. Big oval bathrooms tubs. We have had minor repair issues that maintenance hastily fixed. Competitive prices for the local area (~ 1K for a 1BR/1BA)Cons: Packages wont be left in office and must be picked up from the post office. Parking isnt sufficient - youll likely end up parking across the complex if you arrive home past 8 or 9PM (although they have 2 reserved spots/building that are $25/month). They charge $25 for a key to the dog park on top of $25 pet rent/month. No warm water in wash station in dog park.Overall, weve enjoyed our stay here and would resign if we decide to stay in TX by the end of our lease.

High crime. No security. Camden will not do anything about it. Apartments next to Camden have security. Gates will hit your car. They will not do anything to fix. They will show you an updated apartment but will rent you an older place. Highly recommend you look someplace safer and better.

Welcome to Camden Spring Creek where all the front office is concerned with is milking you for every dime you have . Cassie was amazing. Overall the community is nice, well kept, and quiet . However, parking is horrendous, if I get home after 9 Im forced to park outside the gate . Some of the employees in the front office are incompetent . One month my rent check was processed on the wrong account . I payed my rent on the first per usual via money order, and came home a few days later to an obnoxious letter on my door explaining how rent is due on the first (as if I missed the memo), and they hadnt received payment . My roommate goes to the office for Tiffany to ask if Im sure I payed my rent ! She proceeded to fumble through the stack of money orders and there is my rent money, that they claimed they didnt receive . Ive lived apartment complexes Ive payed way less for that I never had this issue with .. But these are supposed to be luxury apartments ? They just have zero appreciation for residents after theyve moved in, and you can honestly get more for your money elsewhere . My lease is up in June and I will not be renewing .Update: Caras a complete idiot, apparently because of her age her brain has lost its ability to function normally . Please excuse her behavior .

I love living here. Everything seems perfect for me. My kids love it, they like the school, they love playing around the apartment. They have some good friends after living here 3 weeks and very excited to discover the new place.My Mom she loves the bathroom, clean and neat.I love my Master bedroom, big enough and have big window, good view and give me sunshine every morning I wake up.And especially the Service is great, they come quick n complete the job with very professional n supportive way. Mr. Ricardo and Junior are very nice, they even help me to fix stuff that I don’t report at the start. And Junior helped me to clean up all the boxes on the day I just move in.I have to say I love to come back home after work now, and I will stay here long for sure. Because I feel it’s my home now, makes me feel warm and safe when I come back from work.

Camden Spring Creek was my first apartment home experience! Ive lived in a 3 bedroom attached garage apartment for 16 months at Camden. The manager and office staff are always helpful and nice! The grounds are always pretty and well maintained! The office always host holiday parties! My daughter attended the first safety meeting and reported that the information given was very helpful! The community was not built in 2017 so....you would need to visit for yourself to see if its up to your standards! The apartments light fixtures, ceiling fans, and faucets have all been upgraded! My unit was newly carpeted in the living areas upon move in as well! The manager goes out of her way make sure repairs are taken care of quickly! Direct access to 45 North is always nice! Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease at this community but I will miss the manager and office staff dearly!

I love this community because it is in the perfect area.. so close to The Woodlands Mall & The Woodlands Pavilion ( my favorite ). There are endless amounts of family fun areas near by.. as well as events. The apartment complex itself is very well kept (clean and smells so good)..the pool is one of my favorite area and they have a dog washing station... how perfect! I know Ill be having fun family times at the pool and game area for sure. The staff is so sweet and helpful; Maria Leite was my leasing consultant and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She was very polite/knowledgeable and made me feel right at home; Maria knew all the answers to my questions and was very quick at responding when I emailed her. Im very excited to make this my home!

Complex is nice, and the staff are very helpful. Maintenance is great about getting things done correctly and quickly. Speed bumps are pretty rough and far too many of them. Overall pretty good.

I had great experience during the showing of the apartments. The property was clean and had alluring feeling. Maria was super sweet and resourceful.

It’s been great! Moving here from New York has been an awesome experience. Rent is decent for the luxury of the place. I’m pretty sure there are cheaper options. But the staff here has been awesome.Cara gave us the tour of the place and was so welcoming and kind we didn’t want to look at any other places.They have been keeping in contact with us via email up until we moved in! When we moved in the maintenance supervisor helped us move all big pieces into the apartment.It’s been so good I don’t even want to mention some of the bad stuff. Bugs and insects (duh) but no real pest problems within the apartment. Also our shower curtain pole thing was some what broken, dish washer and washing machine was dirty and wished someone cleaned it before we moved into the apartment.HOWEVER! Once we told them the issues they came either the same day or within two days to fix all the issues!I am happy with the staff, apartment and area. So close to literally everything!!!!

She was fantastic and so helpful!

I lived in this apartment complex back in 2014-2015 and it was absolutely amazing, so of course I had to come back. Jacob gave us a tour, and he was invested in our experience and was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. We had a little bit of a hiccup during the application approval process, but Mary worked with us day in and day out to ensure we got everything squared away and remained patient as things were sorted out. Cara has always been pleasant, as she worked in the leasing office since I leased the first time, and was patient and encouraging as we settled our debacle. Overall, it was a great experience, and I greatly appreciate how much they worked with us and how well they communicated to get things completed while always remaining kind. I would highly recommend leasing here!

Great spacious apartments with an attached garage so we never have issues with parking! Staff is great, very kind and friendly. Cant say there has never been anything wrong, however when weve had an issue they will respond very quickly and resolve as soon as possible. I can say we are content with Camden!

My wife and I absolutely love this place! Lots of room and so close to any shopping we need. Also theres lots of places to dine close by as well. The staff is great and very helpful as well!

The apartments are nice, and the leasing agents are great specifically speaking Cara! Maintenance are quick to respond to work orders, the property is keep up, various rules that are meant to ensure the property remains up to par are enforced. The only thing I hated had nothing to do with the property, but rather I-45 the traffic at the Rayford and Sawdust Rd exit is horrendous.

Very nice community! The apartment is spacious, crew is very friendly and ready to help us whenever we need. Infrastructure of the community allow us to use new equipment in the gym, and if we want to stay outside for a barbecue, we have plenty space for that. It is in a good location, which makes easier for us to commute to the North or South without facing heavy traffic.

Please do not move here I am trying to save you from an overpriced shelter. They have infestations quit often alone w/mole issues maintenance is great but for paying over 1700 dollars you would think it wouldnt be as many problems stuff is always broke computers gym etc... And then you have to give a 60 day notice when your lease is up which is outrageous b/c if you try to go look for an apt.that early they tell you its to early to be looking and thats how they trap you in your lease smh

No bugs. Quiet & safe community. Pool and gym are kept in great condition. Friendly and accommodating office staff. Trains go by from time to time, but Ill take train whistles over cockroaches every time.

These are really nice apartments inside and out. I had a pleasant move in, all service requests were handled in a timely fashion. The leasing agents are very kind and helpful. Camden Spring Creek truly cares about their residents they show this on the daily basis. Therefore I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

The apartment has some good things going for it - the maintenance is on point. They attend to issues within 24-48hours. The office staff is courteous. The grounds are well maintained.I have lived here for 15months and during this time, I have been informed via an official circular of 1 breaking and entering incident and 2 different incidents of car theft(s). I broached the issue of safety with the manager and suggested that we organize a neighborhood watch. She was going to get in touch with the police to set something up and contact me with a follow up - never happened.I work from home in the evenings and now have to combat the noise and vibration coming from my next door neighbor. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager who told me it was outside the scope of what she does and for me to provide the feedback to the courtesy officer.Parking is a mess and to top it off, reserved parking was introduced - limiting the few spots in existence. I have been on the waiting list for reserved parking for over 1year.My lease was up for renewal and my rent was increased by 18% and that was my cue to exit the premises.

One of the best apartments I could have ever lived in. Unfortuantly I had to leave the community when I moved states in November. But I will be coming back soon and will be leasing with camden at spring creek! Amazing staff, but one stands out in particular. Maria Leite, she helped me through the process of signing my first ever lease, made the whole process easy and made sure I understood everything cleary. Since I am moving back to the community soon, I was so excited that I am working with her again. One of the best employees they have!

In addition, during the day i see the maintenance guys driving their carts around the building so you are rest assured that no one will sneak into your apartment when you are away at work. Moreover, on many occasions i have seen a police car in front of the second gate on Pruitt road which i believe serve as a deterrent for criminals.MaintenanceDamian and the maintenance guys are awesome. Most maintenance requests are taken care of within an hour of posting them online. You get updates and emails confirming that the problem has been solved so you dont even have to call them. My AC had a problem this summer and it was fixed within minutes of the service request. The grounds is well maintained and looks beautiful, especially the pool area.Leasing OfficeEveryone in the leasing office is very nice and friendly. Cara, Michelle,Kaylee and Mary are really helpful with any questions I have...from retrieving packages to rent payments.(I occasionally get an email to pay my rent before the late fee kicks in even when i forget!!!!) They organize a lot of social events for the residents throughout the year.Overall, coupled with the fact that the complex is conveniently located close to most of the attractions in the woodlands (the woodlands mall, the waterway,etc) and Interstate 45, this is one of the best places to live in the woodlands and spring area. I enjoy living here and i see myself here for a couple more years!!!!

Great apartment!! I have had no problems with anything since Ive been here. The girls in the office are really nice and always respond to my requests asap. I really do like it and recommend highly. They are very competitive with the market of apartments in the area. They can be pricy but you get a workout facility and washer/dryer plus easy access to I-45. So its worth.

The staff at Camden Spring Creek is superb and exceptionally helpful. The facilities are tasteful and accommodating. I have found the amenities to be relaxing and tranquil. Camden Spring Creek is ideally located to afford easy access to local venues.

This is the BEST apartment complex I have lived. The attention to detail, staff professionalism and customer services is out of this world. Dont pay attention to the few negative comments. They will always be unhappy people anywhere, but the large majority is very happy to live here.

I have been a resident of Camden Spring Creek for three years now and as a first time renter, Ive gotta say, Camden sure has me spoiled for any future homes. My boyfriend, who has lived in a few different, said this apartment has the best management team and maintenance staff he has ever seen. They are so attentive, they recognize me every time I come in the office or walk past them on my way out of my apartment, and with the number of residents in our complex, I feel that shows just how much they care and pay attention to their residents.

The staff here is AMAZING. They know me and my dog by name and face. They are prompt with assistance and paperwork. If all Camden properties have this level of professionalism I wont live anywhere else.My dog has an anxiety issue and tore through the walls. I reported it to the leasing office and they were both helpful and efficient in getting the walls repaired and doing whatever they could to save on costs. I just transferred to a bigger apartment and theyve handled everything without delay. Seriously, if you have to live in an apartment, here is the place to be!

Save your time and money. Roaches are an issue. Became a non smoking apartment AFTER lease was signed. The so called year round pool is closed without notice. Horrible horrible parking. And if you call with any issues just expect to get an apology with no action taken. Also that extra fee you pay for daily valet trash..... lets just say they pick up trash when they feel like it. The one good thing about this place is that maintenance does respond quickly.

It has been awhile since Ive lived in apartments, and Ive only been here a few months. But I love the place and probably wont go anywhere for awhile. Great staff, love the amenities. The people around are pretty cool too.

Camden Spring Creek Apartments are the best! Very quiet and clean! The Staff and Maintenance Crew are both professional and friendly, and always on top of any issue that may arise. They cannot be beat, bar none!!

Maria Leite at the front desk/sales, she has a great attitude towards her job, well this is not my first Camden and before I decided to move back to Spring Creek again because I remember how I was treated back then by the manager Mary and her staff, its all about the attitude and professionalism, my last Camden in Katy needs uniform with this one in my opinion.

The maintenance staff is superb. They are always there to fix things ASAP, and go above and beyond to make sure the jobs are done right!!

Ive been living here for 6 months and I love it. I have not had any major issues. The staff is really nice and maintenance is super quick. I wish they had a playground for the kids but its not a deal breaker. The awesome pool makes up for it:)

John and his team keep the apartments in great shape. Every service request was filled in a timely manner with respect for my property.

Bug problem, hope you dont get a front building, the rails under the gates click very loudly, the lights on the sides of the building glare heavily in the bedrooms which makes it feel like the sun is out. The landscaping company will be there for 5hrs and will make every noise possible. Those are my only complaints though, pool is decent. Nice propane grill system. Well monitored. Nice master suites.

Ive lived here over two years and I really love it. The office staff has been helpful and prompt. If I make a maintenance request its handled before Im home from work that same day. I called the emergency maintenance line after hours for my washing machine since water was dripping out (turns out a sensor was blocked-easy fix) and they were there very quickly and fixed it immediately. My neighbors are nice and quiet and if youre a dog person theres always someone walking an adorable dog around the complex. Only complaint is I dont get to pet all the dogs. Lol.

Dont waste your time! I lived at the Camden at spring creek for exactly 2 years and I quickly realized that they will nickle and dime you to death. If you want a decent parking spot they charge you, valet trash they charge you, dog park (literally a patch of grass) they charge you and cable they control and charge you! Every year the rent increases are insane ( increase $50-$100 per year), it will make you feel as though you are not valued AT ALL as a resident. When it comes time to renew just swap apartments, because they treat New tenants better. The bug problems are insane, wasps and spiders everywhere. They kept saying that the exterminator would treat my entire building ...never happened, I even saw a snake when I was walking my dog. The maintenance staff is great..the silver lining. The grounds are well kept but this complex only cares about the money that you bring and they slam you with insane rent increases yearly as well as crazy fees when you leave. RUN! When I first moved in one of the residents was going on and on about how much they hated how the staff treated them and how crazy the rent increases were at the time it didmt affect me so I did not understand what she meant, but I should have taken her advice. Not worth the aggravation or squeezing of your wallet.

Very Nice and Clean Apartment Complex. I enjoyed the convenience of signing my lease electronicaly via Camdens Web Portal. Apartments are conveniently located close to many restaurants and Woodlands area. Also, the staff is great and very friendly.

I’ve been living in Candem for 5 months and It has been a very comfortable experience for me so far. The apartment is located very close to a main artery like the Interstate 45 North.With several convenience stores and shops nearby.Apartments customer service responds quick and satisfactorily.

The people in the office and the maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always resolved within a day (or less!). The office, pool, billiard room, gym, bathrooms, and business center are beautiful and great to use.

Since Ive moved in the property has been everything I hoped for. Even the little things like being sweet to my dogs when I come to pick up a package. Just love being here.

Literally just moved in. Have lived with Camden for years, at other sister properties. Moved in Wednesday June 5, made my payments online. I noticed that they never took the money out of my account. I proactively reach out to Camden on my own to ask why the payment was never taken out of my account, Jacob answers and says give it a few more days so I do. Only to get a call today saying that theres an eviction notice because rent is late as of the 4th....despite me moving in on the 5th of June. Also stating that I need to call my bank. Theres been no charge, no draft, no return payment or anything on my account. On top of all of that the apartment has roaches. Not even 5 days in and Im realizing this is property is nothing like the others.
