These guys were great! Gave me good advice before coming out and when we confirmed there was indeed an issue they sent a technician out same day and I had my replacement part within a week! Thanks Tom and Cheng for great customer service!

I have been a happy customer for about 44 years, starting in about 1972.The company is proactive in attending to the pool equipment maintenance of pool conditions. Also, the pool is ready for swimming literally more than 99% of the time. Pricing and quality of service are very good. Repairs are done in a timely manner.

I call All Pro Pool & Spa services to clean and get my pool ready and keep it maintained through the summer when we use it more.. I do it myself during the year but we like to have it taken care of during the summer. They have been great to deal with and i look forward to using them this summer.. this will be the 3rd summer we have used them. great company.

Theyre the best! I had another company cleaning my pool and it was still green most of time so I called All Pro. They came out and within 48 hours my pool was blue again and the kids were in the water. They were honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend them a lot when I know someone locally who has a pool.

I had just bought my house with a pool and a friend referred me to All Pro. The pool hadnt been cleaned by the time I bought it so I called to have them get it in shape. They were very responsive and happy to help. They scheduled an appointment that week and got the job done fast. Theyve also made suggestions that have saved me money rather than try to sell me extras I dont need. Service since then has been nothing but excellent.

They treat everybody with respect and give outstanding customer service, they are all extremely knowledgeable. Service is done in a timely manner, no complaints.

I just cancelled my account with All Pro. We kept it after buying our house. We never knew if or when they came. We had to guess based on how the pool looked. They never invoiced us at the proper address even after several phone calls. We also put in several phone calls before receiving an answer when our pool all of a sudden was filled with dirt. Everytime I talked to someone it seemed like they still hadnt processed that the property had NEW OWNERS!!!The accounting person seems to be incompetent. She then sends a bill for 5 months of service and calls 2 weeks later saying she wanted to know when I would make a payment or they were going to cancel my account. Well beat you to it! Guess you should get better at your game! I will pay next week and be done! too many business with better business practices and who would value our business.

Called late Monday afternoon that my pool pump wasnt working right. Showed up Tuesday the next morning at 9 am had it fixed by 11 am. The tech was very polite and knew what he was doing.
