You get what you pay for. They are the lowest price around. By a lot. The tent, chairs and tables etc. were in good condition, and everything was delivered as ordered. They are hard to reach on the phone. The website still has 2014 prices listed. They cant email images or documents--only take photos on a phone and text them to you. We had discussed them dropping off a tent the day before my wedding, and picking it up the day after. Instead, they told us they would drop it off around 9-10 am (for a 1 pm wedding), meaning my staff, wedding party and family scrambled to set up the tables and chairs, and we didnt even have time to put up all the decorations. They literally showed up at 7 pm (end time for our reception) and were practically pulling chairs out from under my guests. Again, making my staff and family scramble to clear everything out, while it was now full on DARK (we had planned to go back the next day during the daylight). They made our special day much more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe dont use them for a wedding, just a small family party.

Great place to rent stuff for events and their staff are great. Also great at meeting requirements.

Do not do business with this place unless you want old equipment and bad service. The absolute worst place you can do business with.
