This place was horrible today they have people waiting for an hour and half before even touching your vehicle after going through their broken wash port then when I asked about the vehicle getting detailed that I had been waiting over an hour watching as they detail all these other cars getting tended to in no order what so ever. Do not waste your time or money.ey here...its a joke!!

Ive been going here for at least 10 years, its always been good work. I went there this weekend and it was the worst job Ive ever seen. Theres now a bunch of large smudges on the passenger side.

Busy!Took a while but they did a really good job.Its not the cheapest but it sure bests driving through a wash and doing all the detail vacuuming and protectants yourself.They put a nice shine on everything inside.You just dont get these kind of car washes anymore its all kinda turned into Wallmart drive throughs with a subscription.

I love this place but today they dissapointed me. Took my white subaru forester and took about 45 mins to even get looked at and did not even finished my vehicle. The drying employees need to speed it up. They where drying the vehicles like if they were all being detailed. Hopefully next time the guy cleans the big plastics of the vehicle and not every detail. If I would of known it would of been easier to take it to my local gas station.

They have gone down hill really bad. They left scratches on my car and my window was chipped after.The cleaning of my car was C-. Still had water stains and spots on my car.

I got my car washed here and the did a terrible job as well as left cleaner in my car that leaked all over the car. When I returned to show them and asked they just simply clean up the mess they made i was told I would have to pay for it because it wasnt the chemical they used. Then I pointed out it was the same as the bottle they were using right not. He then stated that all places use the same stuff. This is the only place that I have gotten my car washed. I refuse to let them clean and of my cars and highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Ther very greedy about tips they dont trust each other, I wanted to say ty to 1 of the employees young guy and every 1said why none of there business so I didnt give them a tip

These guys are really the best in town. I live in el cajon and come here because they do the best work. Ive tried several other places that are closer to me but casa de oro car wash is the best.

I think they do a OK job.As I was waiting I watched a customer call the employee back over to redo a few spot on his vehicle .Could lower the price a buck or two,or just be more thorough.

Very good experience and excellent value! I used the $3 off coupon and got my car washed and vacuumed (they didnt vacuum the trunk or the console but thats ok) for $9.99. Takes about 35 min from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Place has gone way down hill. I’ve been going here for years and was happy with their service until now. Last two car washes I left with the outside half done and the inside not even touched. To top it off the outside is completely scratched, they can be buffed out but that’s not the point. They wouldn’t even take responsibility for it. All I wanted was for them to do the inside of my truck and my wife’s car again since both were left filthy and I was willing to deal with the scratches myself but they wouldn’t even do that. Horrible management and customer service. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be happy to hear that this could have been solved by them just cleaning the inside like I paid for instead I’m now seeking a lawyer for the damages to my paint.

I never use this car wash or any other car wash that does all the work. I use the hands on kind but its my extra car I dont drive so just tried it. It was ok and they did a nice job. I recommend it give them a chance you will be happy. I might have it washed there again and I would open the trunk a and have them vacuum it out.

Fast and reasonably priced.... and they did a great job!

Lets start off by saying, the Car Wash is a little older and they might need to upgrade. But they do allot of work by hand washing and there is nothing better than a human touching your car to make sure its done right. The prices are fine but could be lower. The staff is friendly and really work hard to clean your car. There is self car wash in town, but let me tell you. This is worth ever penny to do this at this place.

I am always surprised how good my car looks every time I come here. The wait usually isnt long, and Im especially happy how clean the inside of my windows are. Attention to detail!!

A decent little local car wash joint. For under $30 bucks you get a relatively well done wash, vacuum and outside trim blackening. The staff has always been pleasant and friendly.The dash cleaner they use flashes off onto the inside of the windshield and leaves an oily coating so use a sunshade for the first couple of days.

Did a very good job. They also did some minor detail work for me for a very reasonable price. They take their time to get the job done right, not like most places where they are rushing and not paying attention to details.

Their service is mediocre at best. My car was still dirty after the wash. You figure you pay to get your car washed, but the price you pay doesnt match the service. I would prefer them charging more but doing a much better job in cleaning the vehicle.

Not only after I got home and did a closer inspection of the interior, did I notice what a poor job had been done. I just spent 30 mins. wiping down the inside. Plus, I had paid extra for the tire dressing and again upon closer inspection, I had to go back and wipe down the hub caps as there were smudges from where the guy had wiped. Never again.

Sat here and watched them let my car air dry when it should have been dryed off then on top f that they didn’t even fully clean my car fenders are still dusty I do not recommend this place. This is my first time coming here and last on top of that I waited over 30 mins.

This is my go to spot since I live nearby. I think the staff is friendly. Sometimes they are on it and other times, they struggle. Overall good place though since I keep coming back. They have a stamp card so after collecting 10 stamps, you get a free wash. They do offer a year pass for unlimited car washes and the price varies on the option of wash you choose.

Although this car wash is close for me, they still need some improvements. They are fast, however, sometimes they will half clean the interior. I guess it all depends which workers are there.

My jeep was a complete mess with dog hair. Its not a 100% gone, but I can take 90%. Great pricing for regular wash. You will be paying for detailing.

CDO car wash is the worst I have ever encountered! Bad service and the employee (s) steal to make things worse. Im not the only person this has happened to either. Others have expressed the same complaint as well. Its not like I am a complainer; these conversations just happen to take place as small talk amongst other women getting our nails or hair done. Not just things lying around; these are expensive items hidden in center consoles and glove compartments. Employee (s) actually have the nerve to open your private compartments in your vehicle. WATCH OUT people they STEAL!!!

Everything went fast the car was clean when I got done they also offer up card so after a number of washes you get a free one be sure to ask for that I was happy with the work they clean the car well. They now have a TV in the waiting area in picnic tables and chairs in the shade where you can wait

I was trying them to see how good they are. I really was dissapointed. They only had only 5 guys drying cars with 11 cars. I will go somewhere else in the future.

Do not get the hand wash. They do a bad job and for 30 bucks your better off letting your truck sit in the rain.

My car got damaged on the hood and they refused to give me the name and telephone number of their manager or owner. I bought my car one month ago and they insinuated it was existing damage. The paint chip was fresh.
