I was a client of Jose since early 2019, worked on my transmission ‘05-06 acura rsx. In lieu of the company’s expertise, my transmission malfunctioned almost a year with Jose’s rebuilt transmission. I asked for a fair inspection/ fair repair: on synchronizers (gears) 2-3. His son Eric and Jose, elusively, tried sell me another rebuild transmission saying “all synchros need replacement” when it were only 2-3. Ultimately, the owner of the shop did not bargain with me neither negotiate a price and therefore had to look at other places. I wasted nearly 2000$ for a rebuilt.
