From start to finish they were solid and worked with a purpose. They performed an exceptional finish on a catback exhaust I got for my daughters 21st birthday gift. This is the second time Ive had work from them and DEFINITELY wont be the last time. Have many pictures of the quality weld and bends.

Great quality work and knowledge of exhaust applications and honest with the work they do of mostly any vehicle. They will let you know the best fix for your ride and also do what you want done for your ride.

I have a 1967 Lamborghini and the exhaust pipes were rusted and leaking fumes. The tech had to remove and completely reconstruct the entire system from scratch. He did an outstanding job and even improved on some of the mountings. I highly recommend this shop. They do great work and have justifiable pride in their workmanship.

I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with an P0420 engine code Ive been clearing for the past year. Its up for smog so I needed to get it fixed. Other shops hymned and hawed at diagnosing the issue. Not these guys! Ryan(the Owner) answered the phone, I explained my situation and he told me, no problem, bring it in!I came in around 1PM, these guys had it diagnosed in less than 10 min, it was a bad catalytic converter. I knew this was going to be pricey, but Ryan came through with a fair quote. The part wasnt available till next day, which would cramp my plans. Ryan jumped on the phone and called half a dozen places and got the part coming same day. Ryan called at 3:30 telling me my Jeep is ready to go!These guys earned my business the right way, no other reason to look for a different exhaust shop. Even better is Ryan also runs Asmars Auto Care (Full Service Auto Service) just a short distance away, which will handle my smog check.

I pulled up to Ed Hansons at 7:30am and they had me in the stall at 7:35am. Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. They didnt try to up sale me on anything and in fact showed me ways to save money. The did a walk through of my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and showed me problem areas and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. They showed me how to take care of my exhaust system and also explained how I could optimize it. I am going to have them make me a custom exhaust when I return. For all of your exhaust and muffler needs, look no further, these are your guys. Great Job!

Father in Law got a new Exhaust installed on his vehicle. The place is busy for a reason, they do great craftsmanship. The Exhaust sounds Really good and not sign of Drone when the car is idling. Also my Co-Worker took his fathers car to this place and had some work done on his car and reported quality work. This place has earned a trust thats hard to find in some places of Auto work. Ed Hanson Muffler was capable of working on my Class B RV, 9000 lbs, as their bays are underground (no lifts). They do custom exhaust as well and pricing is reasonable. Virtually no wait time because they ask you to call before you start your drive to their facility to help with their scheduling. However if youre a RV owner with any of those strange noises that havent yet been identified and youre looking for somebody to do exploratory work they are not as familiar with that. Also they did adjust one exhaust hanger which was hitting the floor of the RV, but now that hanger is cracked after one of our off-road trips. I cant really say if it was defective before Hanson did a little work on it (its possible).

Rebekah and Kevin took me under the truck and explained everything they were seeing. I was getting a code for my catalytic converter and they said everything looked good and to not worry about it yet, that my specific sensor was super sensitive. I appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and kindness and will be back to get an exhaust installed!

I did not actually go to these folks. I got a quote response for a custom cat-back, a week after the fact, asking for literally triple the price of the place I ended up going to.Im sure theyll say something along the lines of oh, but Im sure we wouldve done better. I mean, the guy I went to got the system down to two bends total, positioned the tip where I wanted it, I walked the pipe and checked for leaks with him (we actually found one and he welded it on the spot).In the interest of not being too much of a business-ruiner, I wont say where I ended up going to specifically, but I will say: shop around. Maybe these guys wouldve quote matched, highly doubtful as it was LITERALLY triple the price, but whatever.

I was quite surprised with my experience at Eds muffler shop...I had no appointment but thought since I was in the area Id at least stop by and see if someone would take a minute and tell me if the crack in my diesel particulate filter was repairable or not. ( I actually thought it was just a leak...but it turned out to be about a 3 inch crack) well anyway. ..they not only found the problem but drove my sprinter into a bay, welded the crack and had me back on the road in just minutes! I was so impressed! I would ( and will ) recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a good muffler/exhaust shop. Nice, professional, knowledgeable people working there.Wynn

Had a complete exhaust job done headers and 3 in cat back on my dodge. Now about 4 months later the gasket is cracking and blowing out. Im extremely dissatisfied the gaskets they use are very cheap and now my truck is down and Im looking at a huge repair Bill. For the love of god at least use fel pro this looks like import garbage.

I forget the name of the part that I needed but they ordered it for me and gave it to me much cheaper than every other place I had inquired about. They gave me the company price. Incredible job building a full custom exhaust for my turbo-swapped 1972 240Z @ 340 RWHP. Ed interviewed me at length to get a complete understanding of the balance I wanted between power, sound, and economy. What he delivered was even better than I could have known to ask for. Amazing sound that turns heads without being antisocial. Ridiculous amounts of power in a 2400 lb. car, and noticeable gains in the drivers seat over the stock exhaust. Looks amazing with a carefully crafted tip and exit angle.Thanks for the great work and the attention to detail and the needs/desires of your customer!

Awesome work done by Kevin! He removed two broke exhaust manifold bolts and one stripped bolt from my 2005 Tahoes engine. Kevin also machined the manifold, replaced all exhaust manifold bolts and gaskets. Saved 45% cost from Dealers estimate and Hensons got the job in one day. Ive taken many race cars to Ed over the last 20 years to have custom performance exhausts done, as well as vintage restoration exhaust work, and even just daily driver repairs. I had a new exhaust system fabricated by them from the catback, they completely replaced everything from the factory with new piping, x pipe, and Magnaflow mufflers. The system looked fantastic with very clean welds. I came back because, though I liked the tone of the system I ended up with a 2k RPM drone. They found a solution to the drone which was a quick welding of an H pipe and it wasnt even a separate charge. The shop is very professional and kept very clean, I highly recommend them for any muffler or exhaust work!

I have a 2007 Ford Fusion. This is my family mover, I told them I wanted a muffler, that sounded a little louder than the stock muffler, but at all costs I did not want to sound like the cool 16 year kid. When I turned on my car it was perfect.

I used Ed Hansen for my 1968 Lincoln Continental which has 4 mufflers, approximately 20 years ago before they had reviews. He put on new mufflers and a resignation for reduce the sound. My car was so quiet, I often scratched the motor not knowing the engine was running. I have never needed mufflers since, and its 2015. Im taking some of my classics there that I just bought, so I had to look him up. Looks like hes still in business, doing great work. Good customer service too, which is always nice when u have to hand over your money!!!! 5 out of 5 for me, and Im a tough reviewer.

I just got my Car back and it is like night and day! the sound and performance is great. They were helpful in helping me surprise my boyfriend with a customer exhaust on his toy car. He loved it and says they did very good work.

Called for an appointment and was greeted cheerfully and KNOWLEDGEABLY by Rebecca, who made an appointment for later that same day! When I got there, Kevin listened to my concerns and suggested we both inspect the car. The shop is clean, well-organized and spacious, plus they have all Pits, so no lifting required. While there we agreed on the type and extent of repair my 1967 Chrysler required in order to return it to factory original specs (it was missing the factory Resonator and had a bad muffler). Kevin made that repair EXPERTLY and did not try to sell me anything else-a much appreciated and welcome relief from other shops that look at a near-50-year old car and claim that nothing is worth saving. Ive owned many cars and gone to many shops in the many years Ive been driving, and this place is THE REAL THING!! EVEN THE BATHROOM IS SPOTLESS-which tells you they respect themselves AND their customers. I have been coming back to Ed Hansons Muffler Service for 6 years now, and I have always been impressed with the quality of the work and the quality of service. I have had mufflers swapped, catalytic converters installed, and most recently a full 3 inch cat-back exhaust for my GMC Canyon. Kevin provided advice about which system, and which mufflers I should choose. I was very cautious, because I did not want a super loud or raspy V6 noise. After hearing my input, Kevin suggested that I use 2 Magnaflow mufflers instead of 1. The price for the whole cat-back, as well as the additional muffler was extremely reasonable. This was less than what the brand-name pre-fabricated exhaust systems cost. Let me tell you, the sound is absolutely perfect. Not too obnoxious when just cruising, and gives you great feedback when you get heavy on the pedal. Kevin and Rebecca both provide great service, and great conversation while while I wait. But it takes a whole team to make the dream work! Thank you to the whole team there at Ed Hansons! You can tell that this business truly cares about its customers. I will never go anywhere else. I needed my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Smogged. It was throwing a 0432 code. Meaning Cats! I found out that my Jeep TJ has 2 mini Cats and one bigger for a total of 3 cats. These guys had aftermarket Cats that were California approved. They were all very knowledgeable and professional including the front desk. They also gave me a ride home while they fabricated the mini Cats. I was expecting them to have to order parts and price jack me. Neither happened.They showed me the inside of the mini Cats that come straight off the exhaust manifold. They were empty, meaning the insides had all disintegrated and travelled to the 3rd converter next to the muffler.Back in business again! Thank you to Ed Hansons!! They are used to hearing this though :)

Been going to them over the years and can totally agree with the last guy who said dont go anywhere else. Honest and forthright. Something you dont see anymore. If they say you need it, then you need it and it is priced fairly too. Oh yeah, their work is top notch too. Everytime I have driven by they have some hotrod being worked on so you know if someone has put that much effort into a car project they are not going to have some schlocky company working on their car. Follow the hot rodders. They know who the honest guys are.

Ed has done 4 exhaust systems for me over the past 25 years... starting with my 95 Ford Mustang 5.5, 97 Ford Explorer, 03 Cadillac Escalade, 06 BMW 745 il. Tried my 07 MB CLK AMG 5.5, but bo luck. Now back for my wifes 14 Ford EDGE. Flow Master and K&N air filter. GOOD STUFF, THX ED!
