Chris did a good job on my Camry Hybrid. I had a issue he immediately fixed it. I 100% recommend going to AAA for your hybrid battery needs.

I typically dont write bad reviews, but I spoke at length on the phone a couple of weeks ago with the owner and he told me there was a $600 and $900 option for getting a reconditioned hybrid battery or cells. We talked about the options at length, he never mentioned the extra $250 labor fee.As soon as I get there, it becomes $699 + $250 labor. I took notes during our call and checked again. I felt like I got bait and switched from $600 to $950. Left immediately upon learning the price inconsistency . Going to greanbean or one of those larger companies instead. Tried to support local but failed.

This man knows what he is doing. He isnt going to rip you off. He will tell you straight up what youre buying for what price. And he went the extra mile when I came to pick up the car to help me understand some things going on with my car, looked at my breaks for me when a dealship would have charged, but he allowed me to see with my own eyes. He did everything in front of me and explained in such detail with professional opinions about everything. I am very happy I came to him. Brought my car in at 3pm, the next morning it was done. He helped me to check a few other things that werent even the issue I went down for and gave me so much more knowledge on my car vs a dealship that does it and tells you and gives you a paper with the work in writing. I really liked his demeanor, his responsiveness at texting (which is easier for me) & he picks up the phone ready for any questions or concerns. I even had an item left behind that he said was left out of the car. He has character. He is a good worker. And he knows his field. Cheaper to go through him, not a rip off, and he walked me through, showing me things other places wouldnt. Or other shops just hint around. I appreciate him for his honesty and help. My kinda special service mechanic. He has my service in the future.

Referred my mom to Chris at AAA Hybrid Battery Repair and she was very happy with the service and was able to get her Prius back on the road the same day.
