I called these guys on Monday for a broken LG washer in my rental. David went out the same day and evaluated the problem. He had to order a part, and was back out on Wednesday to fix it! My renters were only out 2.5 days without a washer thanks to David. He was honest, and communicated with me promptly. He also told me it was a good quality washer worth fixing, which was great news considering Covid supply chain had decent washers back ordered for over 6 months. I scheduled an appointment between 1-4PM. At 3:45 I called to verify someone was still coming. The woman told me she would check with the technician and get back to me. I called again at 4:30 to find out what was going on. Was told the technician hadnt gotten back to her. Called again at 5 and was told she would contact the manager and would get back to me. At 6:15 I left an irate message on the answering machine. About 10 minutes later a man called back. He said he would find out why the technician didnt show up and that he would be in trouble. Not once did I hear an apology, or how this would be rectified. As of 10 AM on the following day, not one phone call! Just awful!!!

Right after a dinner party, my HOT POINT dishwasher stopped working. I pressed the buttons and nothing happened. Solomon came out the same day I called and got it working again. It was a huge relief because my house was a mess. If I have another appliance problem, I will call them again.

I got screwed! This a follow-up post to another one that I cant see in reviews as of yet. $142 for 10 min consul (bearing replacement). Tech was professional but said cost to repair was over 600. Well, checking thOnline, that number is the high end of repair. Average is 150-300 which I could have lived with. So I paid 142 for nothing 👎Well we will agree to disagree on the repair. However, if you want to make this right, you could make arrangements to return my 142 check for service fee and I will give you a check for 50 plus tax for a consultation fee.

My sister was making a pecan pie the day before Thanksgiving 2020 and the sugar dripped to the bottom, causing a fire to set in the oven. In order to put out the fire, my mother threw salt and water on the fire, causing the entire oven to turn off. We thought the oven was gone for good, but decided to call an oven repair man just incase it was retrievable. So glad we did because when we called here they were here within 15 minutes of us calling, responded quickly, and realized the oven was fine and that the circuit breaker had shut itself off when the water was thrown out of precaution. The best $140 weve spent this year- would recommend to anyone!

Worst service ever!!! Will never use again! It charged $129 just to come. They told us they will purchase the parts and come again for additional service. They did not come and did not even call until we called them. They said the parts had not arrived yet. Two days later they arrived. Uninstalled the broken pipe but realized their part is the wrong part!!! They did not even put the old part back and just left! Water is everywhere! Warning! DO NOT USE THEM!

Called and made an appointment. Due to my work schedule I could not schedule the times they wanted. We opted for a Friday morning. Was told to expect a call from a 973 area code on Friday morning and to expect their staff to come to my house between 9:00AM-12:00PM. They never called to cancel nor to re-schedule. I will never recommend you moving forward. Time is money. Will give my money to a company with better customer service.Oh and gave you one star because otherwise I could not post.

Appliances repair medic really seem to know their stuff and were able to fix every issue I popped up even if they were a lot. You don’t know how much stuff needs repairs till you have a reliable place like this and I am happy to say I found them. I finally got that microwave fixed and can use all my appliances now without a headache. Thanks for the quick response.

My counter was damaged costing me $200 to repair. The repair person never mentioned they damaged it & threw out the 2 chip (I assume). They said to text copy of repair bill which I did, when following up they said they hadnt received it but to send it in the mail, which I did. They gave me the wrong bldg # address so it came back. Got the right one & resent. Numerous calls & conversations about check being sent (which it was not - I have mail tracking with USPS) that was over 5 months ago. They said they would call me back several times but have not. Now they hang up on me or dont take my calls.They said it couldnt be fixed. Two days later something told to try running it. (I noticed the dishwasher was slightly crooked. I straightened it out.) It worked & has worked beautifully ever since.This is a very unethical company & would never recommend them. If I dont receive the check in one week I will report them to Better Business & take them to small claims court. It will them more in time & money.I have everything documented & photos.

I am still very happy with how quick I got my refrigerator fixed. I called repair medic because the ice maker in my fridge had stopped making ice and I tried to reset it but it still wasn’t making ice. I contacted them and they came over in no time to have it checked and turned out the water inlet valve needed to be replaced which they did. My ice maker is working at its best now and the service was very affordable.

My washing machine stopped working mid wash and I had to call Appliance Repair Medic to help out. Turned out it was the agitator that was broken and they had it replaced in no time. My machine is fully operational now and the new agitator is a whole new delight. My washing had been slower and I didn’t realize how much time I had lost till now with the new agitator in place.

These guys are a rip off - they way overcharge, they came over to check my 2 fridges and wall oven and spent less then an hour and wanted to charge 3 separate visits. but then said pay them $225 and then for the repairs they wanted to charge me over $2000 the parts com to $700. for all 3 (I looked it up} it takes less the an hour to replace them. then thy state everyone charges the same. Not true. UGH!

I have a single door samsung fridge that has served me for more than 5 years. Suddenly one day it stopped working and didn’t keep the food cool. I am staying an aunt who is suffering from arthritis and can’t use cold water to take a bath. My water heater stopped working and we didn’t understand why. In this case we opted to call a professional who will be able to detect the malfunctioned part. The kitchenaid range I was using had problems with the light indicator. It wasn’t showing how hot the oven is. I even burned my bread thinking I had set it in the right temperatures. When I messaged them via their website they responded promptly and took my issue seriously by scheduling an appointment with a repair guy who was at my place on the right time. He opened the range and checked what the problem was. During the repair period he was explaining what he was doing and how to maintain my range for a longer lifespan. I liked how they work and how their workers are trained to be professional.

My fridge got broken Sept 2017. The person from Appliance Medic (Monsey location) showed up as official LG Repair Representative. Hi did some diagnostics (he was constantly on the phone asking for advice) and told me that he need to order some parts (refused to tell me what parts exactly) and it will take 1-2 weeks.Thats it.Right now its March 2018 and my fridge is still broken. No parts, no calls, no return calls, no service. All my calls and messages are ignored.Stay away from this company.

RIP OFFThey fixed my microwave oven but the same thing broke again a month later. Kept calling them to come back but they just gave me the run around! I paid $200+ for nothing!

Read the reviews on Google and decided to go with Appliance Medic. Couldnt have been happier. They showed up when promised. I had them address the problem quickly and professionally. Had a refrigerator issue. I felt like he wasnt out to make a buck but to make an honest assessment and honest recommendation for what was best for us, not him. He had to make two trips because he needed a part. When he told me what the repair would cost I thought it was totally fair. I thought the price he gave me didnt include the first trip but it did!! I was willing to pay more :). He was great, I would definitely recommend him and feel really good about finally having an appliance guy we can trust to so whats best for us.
