My wife and I have lived here going on 3 years and enjoy living here. Its very clean and quite. The community is friendly. Ricardo is awesome when we need something fixed or replaced.

My backyard is up against this community, overall it seems just fine, but there is a person living there that harasses everyone around him, he has yelled at and mimicked my kids while they play outside on most every occasion to the point that it makes them cry and complain of the harassment. From his window to our backyard he will play loud profane music, squawk at us and make weird noises.

No thermostat to turn on or off heat. must climb on chair or ladder to reach it. it is contained in an air conditioner/heater combo.I needed to purchase a portable heater for the winter months. Could not reach the air conditioner/heater switch even when climbing on the sofa and I am 71 years old. this should be against the law.Bedroom much too small cant fit a full size bed in there and have all the other bedroom furniture there too.Bathroom was ok. toilet too low.not enough closet space. no place to sit and eat or invite anyone to dinner there.cant put a kitchen table in the place. two step turn around and youre out the door.I call it a shoebox. But I will say it kept me dry.oh and the animals like to vista like the mice. did not see any roaches though.

I’m very paranoid because Lori has been harassing me since March well before then but it hasn’t gotten any better I just can’t wait to get out of this place I don’t like the company the manager I’m very disappointed

There is a resident that has caused the police to show up. Causes conflict with neighbors. Management/Owner refuses to acknowledge. Careful! looks can be deceiving.

Kitchen dispenser broke on Sunday. Ricardo came the next morning and fixed it, it.Excellent job!

Nice gated smaller complex. Very quiet location.

Leaking

I like living here. The Apts are updated which is a nice touch. What I like the most is the way mangement tries to keep the grounds safe. Its very peacful & clean day or night. And even tho their are many regulations, I do relize its for the safty of the tenaunts.. One draw back is no addtional parking for our friends and family when they visit.. I think management should stop rent increases every six months :(
