The workmanship & installation were superb. Through no fault of Artisan Windows and Doors, I still need one window replaced (the factory messed up the dimensions), but the company has been giving me regular updates. So great customer service as well.I received quotes from 2 other well-known companies. One of them put me through an hours long sales presentation and the price for the same product was twice the amount. No thanks. The other was competitve with Artisan, but I wanted to stay with a local company. Save yourself time and money and stay local. Go with Artisan Windows and Doors.

I am in love with my plantation shutters, totally made my home look modern. Everything moved smoothly and exactly as I was told. I also replaced a sliding glass door with double doors that have blinds inside the glass, also very beautiful and modern but the shutters just changed the look of my home. I love that you can darken or brighten the room with a slight touch. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them to anyone. Prices were compatible but the service is worth noting.

Artisan Windows and Doors just completed an installation of our exterior French Doors. The doors are perfect and very handsome. The Artisan team were extremely friendly and professional. Artisan staff is very nice. I had 6 windows replaced and the job was done in a few hours. Unfortunately I had to wait almost 5 months for the windows to be installed. Artisan, however, waived the cost of removing and reinstalling the blinds as a consolation prize. The cost was very competitive. Would recommend.

Called about installing an entry door and was told that their policy requires more than one door installation??? Not a great policy in my opinion, very disappointed as they appeared to be the exact company we are looking for. Planning on updating home windows next year so they lost that business as well. The lady on the phone was not professional and quickly hung up the phone on me before I could inquire further. Cannot recommend this company

I had my windows replaced last week. Not only did I get a competitive bid I also got a great product. From the start with Jerimiah giving us the estimate to explaining the product and answering our questions we were informed of everything. The 2 installers that came out were John & Dan what a great team, everything went well. I have 3 friends that are going to get estimates on their houses. I would definitely recommend this company.

Since the day Jeremiah came to our home and we signed the contracts, everyone in the company has been professional, on time, and meticulous in their work!Our home was started the week Florida had the stay at home order ... and they did get our beautiful windows finished right before the order hit!!My husband and I are so happy to have a lanai that we can make as another room in our house due to the double panes that keep the chill and heat out! We overlook a golf course and have a wonderful view that we could not really enjoy in the summer! Now we can!Our whole home looks fabulous now! The staff were very curteous, punctual and conscientious of my home n my comfort. There were a few reasons we chose Artisan to replace our windows. There was price, of course. While there was some initial sticker shock because wed no idea what new windows would cost, it became clear to us that Artisans prices were much more reasonable than other reputable companies we contacted. Jeremiah was impressive. He knew his stuff, and he answered every question, and in hindsight we know his answers were honest and good advice. The quality of the product is very good. A recent article on Consumer Reports rated the windows Artisan installed as a very good choice. They are local. We try to go with local when we can. In the long run it is easier to deal with a local company because they try harder, care more about the impression they make, and are close by when you need follow up. Hope, with whom we dealt at the office, was outstanding. I cant say enough good things about this young woman. The installers, John and Dave, did everything they could to keep a low profile even though they were ripping out old windows and in/out of our home all day. Matt was there for follow up when he said he would be, and the last time he was here he left us with a job well done. I recommend Artisan.

Had a stained glass panel added to our front door a few months ago. The office staff and installer all did a great job and the door with the added panel is beautiful and is holding up very well. The panel also adds a significant amount of light into a previously dark living room.

This includes Sales presentation with knowledge of product and competitors, materials warranty and pricing, Scheduling was adhered to as planned and administrative staff remained in communication from appointment setting to nuisance questions and through finish. The crew worked in harmony, was efficient, coordinated and placed emphasis on a clean job site during and after each of 4 days. Craftsmanship was excellent Our home is a two story structure with builder grade aluminum frame windows set embedded in stucco, which is typical in Florida. The two story is not !. The labor was intense and so would be cutting the stucco outside and sheet rock inside. The crew enveloped a plastic barrier insidethe room to contain the inevitable dust and debris. This product was a total of 21 windows including 5 decorative arches. There is nothing more to add except to reiterate that the job is a score of 10 out of a 10.

We recently used Artisan Windows and Doors. We went with their hurricane impact windows (PGT WINGUARD series), and are very pleased. High quality, heavy duty windows, at a fair price. They also replaced our doors and sliding doors. The installation crew’s craftsmanship for both windows, and doors is superb. They finished everything beautifully, making sure all the surrounding mortar/walls were built back up after installation. They cleaned up as they went along, leaving everything pristine. A truly detail oriented company.Everyone that we dealt with at Artisan, from their sales and office staff to the installation crew, was a pleasure to deal with. It’s nice to find a family business that cares about their customers and comports itself with integrity. We will use them again, and highly recommend them.

We just finished our install with Artisan. Although we had to wait 4.5 months for completion, it was so worth it. Jerimiah gave us a design that we love and Dave who installed the windows and doors was superb in his expertise and craftsmanship. Called needing a double panel insulated door. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Need a quick fix and they worked me into their schedule promptly and efficiently! They also worked within my budget. Answering questions and concerns even on a Sunday when they were closed. Should I ever find myself in need of doors or windows I will be using their services again! We had 3 archtop windows in the front of our home and each of those had a small crankout window under them. The pairs were separated by a structure of 2x4 and drywall. We wanted to consolidate the 6 windows into 3 by removing the 2x4 boxes. We initially had a deal with a large national company but they backed out after 2 months. I contacted Artisan and they told me yes they could do exactly what we wanted. They came removed the old windows, the 2x4 structures and installed the new windows. They even closed up the drywall and textured it. The windows look outstanding and are not hot to the touch. I regret I did not know about them before ordering with the other company. But I have some doors that need to also be replaced - I will likely go with Artisan for those.

I used this company for my patio door which was getting very hard to open. The results were excellent. Had I not found Artisan, the alternative was to have the entire door replaced which included removing the track. Needless to say this would have been very costly. No one else even suggested that the door could be repaired instead of replaced. My original door now works as smooth as silk! Great work, well done.
