I desperately needed an upgrade because the version that I had could no longer support apps that were valuable to me but I was nervous to walk into a boost store fearing that I would get the run around & end up with a phone that I would love to hate. I put on my courage hat & walked into 4 corners Boost store & was immediately greeted kindly by Jai. I explained my situation to her as she listened attentively to my plight. I was eligible for an upgrade & Jai gave me phone options according to my digital needs. She treated me with respect & I appreciate good customer service. Jai is very knowledgeable with phones & took great pride with ensuring that I would be a happy customer. I observed how she treated customers that walked in the door as I waited for my phone transfer to complete. She acknowledged every person that came in. We all had different needs & she addressed all of them with success. She also made sure that everyone followed store policy...No shirt, No shoes, No mask, No service. The A/C was out of order & it was extremely HOT in the store but Jai was calm, cool & collective. Her attitude & demeanor under extreme circumstances was impressive! Jai answered all of my questions and I am a happy customer. Im so glad that I walked into that particular store and had an encounter with an associate who truly cares about people. Thank you Jai for going above and beyond. In an ever changing world its a comfort to know that people like you still exist. 👑

This store on Spring Hills Drive in Spring Hill has great customer service. I am from Kissimmee I was visiting my brother, he took me there to have my phone fix some kind of problem it had. I had great customer service. Jai was very polite, eager to help me and with a lot of patience. I think she is a plus to this store. All employees at boost mobile should be like you.. thank you Jai very much.

Purchased a Coolpad on March 21st from a gentleman I assume was the manager at the 11067 Spring Hill Drive location. All I know is his name is Juan. Never have I experienced such extraordinary customer service. Not only does this man KNOW wireless phones, but he is absolutely proficient at transferring service, telephone numbers and setting up new service - often when dealing with really toxic people. Lets face it, all wireless phone companies are pretty much about the same, you may have issues with their policies from time to time, but what sets them apart are their employees. This mans customer service skills are absolutely cut above. I hope Boost realizes what an asset this man is to their company.

They dont have sim cards they dont have phones they dont have phones cases there system in always down or have some kinda problems Ive been to this location maybe 5 times and nothing but problems the only thing I havent texted to do is pay my bill there because I pay online you might be able to do that there you can give it a try but other than that there just a waste of space in that plaza maybe they will close down and open something else useful oh the people are nice its not there fault they have nothing to work with blame it on the owner who is not giving them the tools to be successful.

Aweful location went in and added a phone for the deal of 80 a month and was told I have told I have to wait a month to go to the 80 a month deal the first person never told me this the second person told me I have to wait now Im back a 3rd time and now Im told I have to wait a total of 3 months for me to change to the same service at the better price. Everytime I come in they dont know what Im talking about total waste of time coming here do your self a favor and go to a different location I should have trusted the reviews I saw on here before I decided to come here.

This place totally sucks worst services in the area rude stupid and argumentative uninformed store associated first thing out their mouth is we are a independence franchise and they are not require to do anything for the product they sell then they verbally attack customers they did offer to jail brake my iphone for 50 dollars or something along that line then they wanted to sell a jailbroke use i phone for 50 dollars so shady I just walked out. Do yourself a favor and stay away I wonder how they still in business.

Maybe if they would answer their phone they would’ve gotten better stars.

I been trying to buy twoIPhones for over a month they took my number down said they was going to call me nobody called its now a month later and still no IPhones im trying to give them business so for that reason i went to Metro very POOR customers service and every question i asked her the answer was no we dont have it and she did not get up out that chair not one time how does boost even stay in business

Worst experience, I got a new plan with boost on 9/1 and I have been there several times starting on 9/3. The guy there Juan (who said he was the manager) but clearly he’s not because a manager takes care of issues. I was told that they would switch my brand new phone for another because it was damaged but they didn’t have any in stock so I’d have to come back. I’ve been back 3 times and still no new phone. Worst experience ever.. I switched to boost from metro Pcs which I shouldn’t have. I was told today that now I’m passed my exchange period but yet I’ve been there almost daily since the 3rd and still getting the run around. If your considering boost mobile DONT! Go to metro pcs like I’m am. This company/this location is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I asked him for his corporate number and I was told he is not allowed to give it out. Again DO NOT waste your time or money with this location! You will regret it.

They do not seem to care that the Defender series they are selling and reselling are Fakes, they are real good looking knock offs. Consumers are not aware that the product is a knock off. and when your case starts to fall apart, Dont even bother wasting your time to go back to the store. when OtterBox informs you that you have been DUPED! Because they stand firm with, the 2 week window of opportunity to return their fake product. If you think you are saving money by shopping there! guess what? think again.. you might as well, take your hard earned cash and burn it in your back yard, or flush your cash in the toilet for that matter. DONT DO IT! The phone I purchased from them also had issues from the start. what did I learn? Save the cash even if it takes a lifetime and spend your money wisely.
