I can not recommend or thank team Lopes enough. I was selling my moms house to move her to NJ. They made sure mom was always taking care of and handled everything with great professionalism but above that they are just great people. The care the concern and special touches are like no other business or realator out there. Anybody selling or buying a home in their area do not hesitate they are a team of special professional people that I am forever grateful for meeting them. Paula assisted in our viewing and purchasing a property for sale in Brooksville Florida while we were home in Northeast Ohio in a period of just over a week! The closing was Expedited due to the failing health of the seller so we all had to scramble to get the documentation and funds arranged so quickly. Paula was extremely responsive to our many questions and follow up and gave us referrals for the home inspector, pest inspector, help with getting the utilities switched over as well as home insurance and security system Quotes. Melissa Lopes has been my primary realtor for the past 6 months as we have made offers on 2 separate properties. If youre going to advertise on your Prius, dont drive like an idiot! Get in the lane you need to be in when its SAFE! Instead, you cut off a car that had two children under the age of two inside. Its FL, there are U-turns on every corner, that would have been a better and safer option that almost colliding with me.

Paula and Melissa have been great; sending us homes in the area long before we were able to move. We told them what we wanted and where we wanted to be, and they did the rest. Hopefully, we will close on our new home this month. I would recommend #teamlopes 😊 for their attentivenss and knowledge of the area.
