Recently my wife and I wanted to remodel our master bath. After talking with the county we needed to have a draft of the proposed remodel project. Looking on the BBB and talking with several friends, we choose Holmes Drafting Services. After contacting them they arrived promptly and contracted them to do the drafting for us. They rapidly completed the Job. The product was very high quality and went through the the permitting and building phase with out any issues.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY FUTURE DRAFTING PROJECTS.

I just want to say Nick at Holmes Drafting Services excellent service. Contacted Nick he met us at the property the same weekend and had a rough draft by the end of the week of our new home build . Nick was very easy to talk to and also gave us his professional opinion on a few things. Once we were happy with our plans he had the engineer sign off and to ship them out right away. Nick also went over and beyond to help us out with finding a contractor to build our home. Contacted builder that were very happy with their bid got in one day.The other contractor bids have already taken over 3 weeks and still nothing.Thanks Nick for your help in making our dream home become a reality
