Great place to get a mens or boys haircut. Traci the manager always cuts my hair there and does a fantastic job. Its nice to watch sports while getting your haircut and the MVP cuts are definitely worth the extra money.You get a haircut, hair wash with scalp massage, a hot or cold towel on your face while getting washed, and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage with a portable massager after the wash.I would definitely recommend this place for any man looking for a new regular place to get your haircut. You can also check in online and have a minimal waiting time after you arrive as well as request a specific stylist on their website.

Its definitely on the pricy side for what amounts to a discount haircut place.That said, if you get the right stylist, they can do amazing things, even as your hair thins. Ive been going to Sport Clips for almost 4 years now (not just this location) and really only had one bad experience.I really hate that they are closed Sunday now, because they are super busy on Saturday, but I get that makes it possible to have more coverage other days.MVP haircuts are worth it. Nothing like a quick wash to get the hairs out after a cut...Traci is always busy. If you want her to cut your hair on the weekend, expect to either show up at 9am Saturday (you cant check in online until 9:05, and by then, her wait will be over an hour...). Brandi did a fantastic job (and fixed the mess left by my one bad experience...).Overall, I highly recommend this for haircuts, and its still cheaper than most barber shops these days.

The lady did not listen to my 15 year old son on how he wanted his hair cut. He went from fairly long hair that kids wear to very short hair when he would say something she would tell him are you going to let me finish. Very rude and his hair looks terrible

Overall was good experience, felt a little rushed and not the best haircut I ever had. I actually had to touch it up at home to be more like I explained I wanted it. Other times I went there cut came out really good.

Complete hack job. My son requested to keep the length of his hair just clean up the ends and trim sides. One side is layered and 2 inches shorter than the other side of his head that is all one layer. Hair around his neck slants to the right. No rhyme or reason to the madness. First haircut hes had since covid began and was looking forward to a fresh cut before finally starting back to school. He was in and out of his haircut in 5 minutes. This location will no longer receive our business. Perhaps the hair stylist should talk less to each other and focus more on the client. He probably would have received better service had he been an adult and not a teenager. Called store was told they would have someone else fix it... Im not taking that chance. This isnt the first time one of my boys got a bad cut from this place but it will be the last. Maybe take some of the $$ made from these bad haircuts that your giving out and buy some continuing education classes for the stylists!

We came here in a pinch. Stylist did not follow request for my child’s cut, and I was asked to stay outside. Which made me uneasy in the first place. My child walked out with the worst cut they have ever received. We will absolutely not return. Due to this awful cut and the negative attitudes and environment at this location. There’s a reason we typically go to a quality barber. We will continue to spend a bit more for well trained staff who listen to their clients and who know how to implement requests and are up to date on current styles and know how to cut all textures of hair. Lesson learned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPORTS CLIPS SPRING HILL.

After having a terrible experience at Great Cips in Spring Hill, I contacted Sports Clips today to get a haircut. The staffed explained the wait time and suggested I visit the location to get an appointment. They honored the time slot and introduced me to stylist Texas. She was a delightful conversationalist, friendly, and very professional. She did a great job with my haircut. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them going forward.

Brandy gave me a neck trim last night and took care of what my last stylist failed to. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Definitely recommend her!

So, last Saturday I believe it was... I checked in online. It gave me a time to show up and I was there a couple minutes early. This review isnt for the 30 minute wait I had to do outside in the heat, it was for how I was treated after. Amy was my hair dresser and I was greeted with attitude and what seemed to be a smug look on her face (she had a mask so I was unsure). She didnt say a single word the whole haircut besides is this good? At the end. It was not good... I get a fade into a hard part and it was literally the WORST fade Ive ever received. The lines were not blended and they were crooked. Then to top it all off shes literally hovering over me as Im checking out and leaving a tip. All in all, unprofessional and a bad haircut.

First time at a Sports Clips and my experience was wonderful! Stylist were great, very attentive and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Had a good conversation with a few of them and seem to be down to earth people and that is a plus. Brandy took her time, looked at detail and that is one thing Im big on. I wasnt very pleased with the haircut I got last time but haircuts are not like a shirt, you cant return it or exchange it so I wear it until I can get it corrected. It would be nice if Sport Clips would give their customers access their haircut history information. Im going to give Sport Clips one more try then Im out.

Great cut and conversation

I used to go here. Online check in is nice, stylist are nice, and the haircuts were decent for the price. My complaints were the stylist I would like seemed to quit soon after. This place seems to suffer from a lot of turnover which makes me think either this location or the franchise has some issues. Also for random stylist there, the MVP treatment is not really uniform between the stylist. Some stylist would rush me as fast as possible through shampoo and hot towel. I have since found a place where I can spend $10 more and get a better haircut and service overall. Hopefully, this place shores up some of its flaws in the future.

Stylist says “don’t hate me but... you’re next.” That is unless all the on line check ins show up. And then you’re NOT next. Two of us waiting were unable to get it to work. Another fellow checking out complained he couldn’t check in on line either. But you have 1-3 customers waiting and the online check ins not there.So here’s the deal, a 15 year customer is looking for a new place to cut me and my son’s hair. That’s 24 cuts a year and 20% tip each time gone.Loyal customer no more.————————My follow-up after getting an email from Megan. Sports Clips does not care about losing me as a customer. Megan explained in her email that SportsClips stylists have to make tough choices because their corporate systems put them in difficult situations. So there is nothing they can do except anger more customers and I imagine lose more stylists, no wonder they can’t keep them.Nonetheless I had a great haircut experience at another barber in the area. Thanks for showing me how this once great new company has become just like all the rest.

I dont normally do these sorts of things, but Im a little peeved, so I thought I would put this here. I got a haircut earlier today that was considerably shorter than I had requested. This isnt the first time that this has happened, so I thought that it might be the picture of a past haircut I had that led them to cut it too short. So, I showed a picture of a previous haircut that was longer, and it seems my haircutter (is there a better word for that?) disregarded the picture entirely, as this is the shortest haircut I had ever received from this location. Additionally, they put a product in my hair that I neither asked for nor wanted, and to make matters worse it smelled clinical, almost like hand sanitizer. Frankly, with the sub-par haircuts Ive recently received from them and the more expensive price when compared to other haircut chains, I dont think I will be returning to SportsClips unless things improve. Which is a shame; because, Ive happily used them for the past couple of years, but my past few haircuts have been pretty bad.

The absolute Best Sports Clips. Much better than the Franklin, TN Sports Clips in the Cool Springs area. All the women have been very professional over the last 1 year I have been coming here. Fea, short for Pheobe, I believe. Dont quote me... Is my go to Gal. Consistent, professional and most importantly, consistent with my Cut. Being easy on the eyes is a plus, of course. But I know you guys dont care about that. ;)

Good haircut but expensive compared to other mens hair cut, also fairly lack luster job of trimming my beard which was an extra $5, but I didnt realize its state until after I left. There were lots of hairs left on my neck that cant be seen in the picture. Its not the worst but certainly nothing special.

Decent haircut, better than places like GreatClips, but customer service was below average. My stylist was somewhat rude and unenthusiastic, the cut seemed rushed, the fade wasnt great, and she had me style my hair with product myself. Not a huge deal, just not what I expected from Sport Clips or for $20.

Shell fix you right up, by having half your head bald and the other faded, and she’ll even throw in burning your head. Such a lovely experience ! And right in time for Christmas pictures too, which will be around for generations for everyone to see her spectacular work. Maybe she’ll get into comestology school for Christmas so she’ll learn how to properly cut someone’s hair. It’s outrageous that they hire such distracted people

This was an awful experience. Took my boys in yesterday (4-19-2016). The stylists that were in there did not cut them the way we asked. Seemed stuck up and obnoxious. Sad because I was told not to go but I was like come on who cant cut my boys hair? Well I found out. Better off going to a nice Salon or even Wal-mart.

I usually go to the Columbia office, but they were booked for the night. I needed my haircut before work tomorrow and I thougjt it would be the same. Others were offered mvp as soon as they entered, my person waited till she was pretty much done, not a huge deal but a difference. She didnt ask me if my cut was okay, she saw me checking my fade because it was uneven and she didnt ask if it was okay. One side faded okay, other side looks awefull, never even got to check the back of my head to see what it looks like. I am gonna have to fix it myself... point is, if you want to go to a sports clips, go to the columbia one, everyone is awesome and they treat everyone the same and they care about your cut...my person at the spring hill office was not enjoyable. If you are going to spend your 25 bucks on a haircut, go to the columbia store instead.

Absolutely terrible they will hire anybody off the street whether they know how to cut hair or not. Every time Ive gone there somebody has butchered my hair. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper.

It was terrible they can’t do a lineup and don’t know what the hell a fade is I ask for just the sides and they start trimming the top knowing I said I don’t want that I genuinely look disgusting don’t recommend if you want a GOOD haircut.
