I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive because of a grinding noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. They quickly diagnosed the issue and sent me a detailed estimate with pictures included. They communicated with me directly throughout the day and I’m so grateful for their sincerity and integrity! It’s a tremendous peace of mind knowing that there’s a great automotive facility to go to for your vehicle.

Finally, an automotive repair shop that was honest and told me I didn’t need something done to my vehicle. Brought it in to have front end alignment checked after purchasing new tire and was told after they checked it out I didn’t need an alignment, no charge and in and out in less than 30 minutes…. Awesome!Will be sending more business their way as well as using them in the future for needed repairs.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of trying out Christian Brothers Automotive for the very first time. I brought my vehicle in to have my brakes checked. When I arrived I was greeted with professional staff and was impressed with the cleanliness of their waiting room and facility. I was called back within a reasonable time and informed that my brakes were still in good working order. I was super impressed when they informed me that they had a shuttle service that could pick me up from my residence. I was picked up by the new owner of the company (Jason Miller). Wow! We had a great conversation on the way back to the business and I was blown away with how much this gentleman really cares about the customer and this company! This place was awesome! From walking in the door with a clean lobby, snacks and a welcoming staff, to the fixed vehicle, it was a great experience! I have a 2016 Cadillac SRX and had multiple things just not right. Jason Miller was super in walking me through what needed done (with photos) and provided detailed estimates / invoicing before they started. When I picked up my car, there was no dirt or oil in my car or on my leather seats. Id definitely do business here again with all of my cars.

I use to be a jiffy lube, any place open go get your car fixed without thinking about it being all over the map makes it difficult to find a good shop to handle any problems on the fly….About 3 years ago to be honest I don’t even remember what the issue every place I went to wanted to charge me an an arm and a leg for a simple fix, and 1st time I came across this CB they took my car in it took them just a few minutes to fix it and they charged me just for the oil change. Ever since then I was hooked on CB, it doesn’t matter where you go in the country these guys are friendly, experienced, and they take care of you. Now I go out of my way, drive further just to be I go to them because I know I will be taken care of….. not to mention they will give you a ride if they need it. And at this location they have great snacks !!!! Absolutely outstanding !!!

I arrived before official opening time but was welcomed and told they could get to my vehicle right away. I love that they kept me updated with texts and pictures of the faulty parts. I also got a personal phone call from the tech who worked on my vehicle explaining the situation and cost.

We have been looking for a professional and fair priced mechanic. We tried two other places before finding Christian Brothers. We wont go anywhere else now. Very professional and organized from my first call to getting my car back fixed. They did diagnostics and sent them to my e-mail to review. Then they gave me an on-line quote for the work. I thought the price was very fair. They have lots of bays and employess so I could get my car in the same day I called. Even though they had to order the part, I had my car back in less than 48 hrs. They also have a free shuttle if you need a ride there or back. Everything you could want in a car repair business.

I’ve brought my 12 yr old car to Spring Hill Christian Brothers twice for oil changes and inspection. They are the most honest, helpful & reasonably priced auto service I have ever used in my 50+ years of driving. Both times they did a free complete inspection but didn’t try to add anything extra. They even said my air filter was OK. Even though I am moving to Franklin next month, I will drive the 30 minutes to get to their Spring Hill location for any service or maintainable I need in the future. I only wish I had known about this place years ago.

I highly value convenience and their 7AM to 7PM hours plus shuttle service made them extremely easy for this working woman to use! A fully equipped shop with ASE certified technicians, and a fridge stocked with beverages for customers. Very professional, they did a full vehicle check-up, took pictures and charted the the condition of all the fluids, and provided pics of brake pads and rotors, and they come up kind of needing service and well i knew about them for a while...i decided to get my brakes done through them and well hey they did a great job and glad i did.... they provide transportation which cant be the most convenient thing for them, and well I had to drive 1600 miles right after getting my brakes done. Lets just say i was confident in their work. I dont live in the area but if i did I would trust them to do any of the work i cant do myself

My headlight burned out in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it to their shop and they said they could fix the same day. Christian Brothers has a fantastic texting service that provides updates for each step of the repair process from starting the service, to parts received, to finished. In addition they do a multipoint inspection and provide a report letting you know if there are any other issues noted or confirming everything looks good. The parts store where I purchased my battery said my alternator needed replacement. I went to Christian Brothers to get it replaced, which would have cost about $700. They ran a diagnostic and found there was nothing wrong with the alternator or battery, but something was draining the battery. My car had been rear ended, which likely somehow caused the drain, and I was waiting for an estimate which might cause the car to be totaled. Christian brothers charged me nothing for the diagnostic, and recommended I do nothing until I see if the car would be totaled. Their promptness, honesty, and courtesy have earned them another customer for any work I need on my cars in the future!

They are amazing!! Go above and beyond by delivering my car to me at work since I’m in the medical field and didn’t get off until late. Very honest and great prices!

I first used CBA for a pre purchase inspection on a second hand vehicle. They were very thorough, fairly priced and found 0/73 defects - ZERO! I was expecting at least one, but they assured me that the vehicle was in great shape and near new for being 8.5 years old. I was impressed by their communication via text throughout the entire process, their final diagnostic report with photos and honesty. They even provided me with a mileage table for services (unique to my vehicle) and were very open about the prices for each service.Most recently I took the vehicle to the dealership in Franklin for an unknown sound coming from the engine. The dealership quoted over $5k worth of repairs to many different parts.Without hesitation I made a diagnostic appointment at CBA for a second opinion and they thoroughly inspected all the areas of concern. They determined the origin of the noise and recommended a repair in the near future, but did not find the other defects that the dealership did (even after being prompted to look). I cannot recommend CBA more for all of your vehicle repairs/services. They are kind, professional, honest, fairly priced and efficient. They have taken care of us, more than we ever expected, and they will continue to receive our business!

I recently had my car towed to these guys that I had seen just from a quick Google search and let me tell you, from the moment I stepped in the door, they treated me like family. I ended up having irreparable damage to my cars engine, but the day I took it in, owner Jason Miller extended his generosity in giving me a lift to work that day (given that I had to vehicle) even though I work in Nashville. As someone who has spent years in the customer service industry, it was fantastic going somewhere knowing customer service was his priority. After a 40 minute or so car ride, it was extremely transparent Jason isnt some skevey dude who wants to screw people out of every last dollar too. Great conversation, nothing but good vibes and a good heart as far as I could tell. Beyond that, they send you easy text alerts every step of the way along inspection and quoting to make life that much easier. If you need any more reason to use these guys, their lobby is SPOTLESS and they are more than happy to provide great snacks and beverages, even if you are just popping by. Jason (and the other employees I met but didnt catch their names), yall keep rocking it. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

1st time ever at this store for a wheel alignment. First impression of the newly remodeled waiting area was very nice, my encounter with the 2 behind that counter where was pleasant. The technician was nice, but I noticed that he didnt test drive my vehicle prior to pulling it into his work area. He noted my alignment was out and he didnt think trying to fix it wouldnt help and only adjusted part of my alignment issue. After the technician finished he didnt test drive the vehicle to verify the work was correct(my steering wheel is not centered). I did not feel any effort was given to fix the issue. Would I go back, no and would I reccomend them, no.

Brought vehicle in with a electrical problem. Everything that we were told from start to finish was accurate and professional. Car was diagnosed quickly as promised and was given an estimate for repair. We went forward with repair and were given estimate of completion. Everything was done on time and the price we were quoted. They even took care of another problem with a backup camera and fixed it as well, at NO extra charge. We will definitely return if we have any future problems.

I had to have Christian Brothers tow my car from another franchised local repair shop because that shop wasn’t communicating with me. I had to call them for them to tell me that the technician wasn’t in to work on my car. This was after my car had been there 2 days. I called Christian Brothers and they quickly towed my car from the other shop and spoke with me several times regarding the vehicle, and also texted. When finished with the car I was emailed a checklist of actions performed as well as photos of the areas needing repair. Don’t bother with any other repair shops. Go straight to Christian Brothers.

Used CB Spring Hill a few times, always a great service. They keep me informed, are quick, and don’t try and oversell.

I would just like to say overall I had a very pleasant experience here. They offered a shuttle and the gentleman that took me home was very nice and personable, although I can’t recall his name at this moment. They finished my car in a timely manner and they were very accommodating as far as getting to my vehicle and allowing me to bring it in without much notice. However, the only suggestion I would give when going to this place is to make sure that you double check how much they are charging you. Although I’m sure it was an honest mistake, they wanted to charge me 537 when they quoted me 498 which included tax. They had sent this on my inspection report the week prior when I took my vehicle in for service and went to pay they told me 537 and I told the gentleman at the front desk but it was only supposed to be 498. He said well that’s not with tax and I said yes it is because it was 450 something without tax. So he went in and double checked it and turns out I was correct. So please when checking out make sure you were not double charged for your tax on the work they did on your vehicle. Aside from that, I would recommend them.

I have used CB in the past and found them to be professional. However, I recently brought my daughters car in for repairs with unprofessional results. I explained that the onboard computer let me know that there is an issue with the alternator. When she came home with the car I heard a loud noise that sounded like a bad belt. I dropped it off at CB, during their inspection they said that the alternator was bad and recommended replacing the belts as well. The price came in a nearly $1000. I told them to forget it and Ill come and get it - I was charged a $70 inspection fee. I had another mechanic take a look and found that only the alternator belt was bad. I asked him what the cost would be to change both belts and the alternator and the cost came in at $377 - I told him to go ahead with everything while he has it all apart. CB lost credibility with me.

I am very satisfied with my brake service Christian Brothers provided. They stayed in constance communication through text and provided me a detailed diagnostic reports with pictures showing the issues they found. The identified the brake issues and fixed it quickly.

We’ve taken our car here twice now. They are professional and honest. Michael and Cliff seemed to work hard to do everything they could to help us out with our repairs. We were kept informed about what was happening.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I paid almost 2,000 dollars to have my car fixed. Come to find out they ripped me off. They claimed that a lot of work was done. The only thing I know for sure they did was change my oil and raise and lower my car three times. Everybody knows that it not cast 2,000 dollars to change the oil so what did I really charged for.

I’ve been taking both of our cars here for routine maintenance for the past 4 years. They’ve always been nice, honest, accommodating, and speedy. You’ll need to call ahead and reserve a time for service, as they’re usually booked up days in advance. But they always do a great job. They’ll also call you if they find anything unexpected and explain what’s going on before doing anything, and they’ll always ask your permission before starting any work you haven’t asked for. They also have a courtesy vehicle which can drop you off or pick you up if you need a ride to/from the shop. Definitely recommended.

I received what I usually receive: extremely accommodating, very kind and responsible people who deliver quality service. For this I am extremely grateful.

I have used Chtistian Brothers in the past and have always been satisfied. They are courteous and professional. However. this time they had my car for 3 days and didnt complete the work when promised. They gave me a discount to make up for it which was nice. However, good thing for me the work wasnt complete to replace the PCV valve on my Audi. I didnt get a price check prior but when I picked it up they quoted me over $450 to fix. I had an appointment to take back to get this done. My husband said no when he saw the price. We bought the part ourselves for $35. My husband removed 10 screws on top of the engine and popped the part out. Took less than 10 minutes. Needless to say we were both pretty shocked that they would charge us that kind of money for something so simple.

The whole experience was super pleasant...from the initial phone call to dropping it off to receiving the virtual assessment via text to the pick-up. My issue was resolved within just a few hours and the service was exceptional!

I am a new resident to Spring Hill. That said, I did not have any contacts who could recommend a good automotive service center.I saw a place, relatively close to my home. I went there, and told them what the problem was - a low beam bulb out. We scheduled the appointment, took my car in. Later, the other service center called and said to replace my bulb was going to be over $300.00 AND there was a good chance the module was going to be bad and that would be an additional several thousand dollars. I have a Lexus ES 350. I was shocked and asked if they could test the module first. There response was NO!, not until we put the bulb in - over $300.00. I said I would rather wait. I was told that was my prerogative and come get my car. When I went pick up the car, I had to pay almost $80.00 for a diagnostic fee. I asked for a print out of the diagnostic report and was told Your low beam bulb is burned out I could not get my key until I paid the fee.Needless to say, I paid the fee and then found Christian Brothers Automotive of Spring Hill.I called, they scheduled the appointment and fixed my car - well below the price of the other so called, Honest repair center.I can not speak highly enough of Eric and the team at Christian Brothers of Spring Hill.

They came to my home and picked up my car for free called me and texted me with all the relevant details of what would’ve been required for the repair and gave me an extremely fair price. I had my timing belt replaced on my 2009 Acura MDX. They were fast, affordable, professional, friendly. I have already made plans to have other work done there. Great shop!

Quickly became my go-to place for anything car related. I will take my vehicles here for anything from an oil change to major repairs. Work is always done right the first time, with honesty, and at reasonable prices.

I called to see if there alignment machine would accommodate a 37” tire. The gentleman on the phone responded, “I’m no sure let me ask our tech”. When he returned he said, “he’s not for sure you would just have to bring it in”. Really? I have to go through that much trouble just to get an answer to a Simple question? He just didn’t want to deal with looking up the equipment specs. I will never allow this repair shop to earn my business again.

Absolutely excellent service. My only qualm was that it took half a day longer to get the car fixed, but they came with a car service to pick me up when it was done and the issue is completely fixed. We will be back!
