My 8yo son absolutely loves this place. The staff is amazing. We have come once a month for a few months and they remember him when he walks in and his favorite game. It makes him feel so special and important! It is super cool to play here. You get a workout while playing video games.. take that mom 😂

Games were awesome! Trevor set us up for maximum fun, which we had. Great deal for the family. Cant wait to go back and play again.

The crew there are incredibly knowledgeable and polite it was a pleasant and awesome experience, I was the first Person to play and beat the new Way of Kings game based on the Brandon Sanderson book series. The game play was smooth, the gear was super comfortable and easy to use/ adjust, and the graphics we top notch,I can not recommend the experience enough. It doesnt matter if you a casual gamer or a hard core one if you haven been to Virtual Gamerz and tried even one game out you have no idea what true gaming is about. I live in Lewiston and would drive up to Spokane every weekend to go there again if my wife would allow. As far as price you cant beat it for the experience you get, GO there and you will have a great time guaranteed.

Amazing customer service and experience. We had never been in before and the guy took time to explain and recommend and my son enjoyed it so much! Yes its a little expensive but its also VR aka the equipment is very expensive. We had so much fun and will be back again!

Love this place. My 9 year old son would live here if he could. We are here about once a week. The staff is awesome so friendly and helpful always happy and in a good mood and love seeing my son when he comes in. Get a punch card for free minutes. Helps since we are here so often.

Customer service was awesome. I took my son there on 4/30 around 7:00 pm. The woman that was working was awesome. She was very enthusiastic and helpful.The bad part was the games kept glitching. We walked around in one game for a long time without encountering any enemies. So my son decided we should try another game. So we did. It was supposed to be us against a robot team but the robots never moved. I couldn’t reload my gun at the shooting range like I was supposed to. No ammo showed up on my belt. The woman working there kept apologizing and didn’t know what was happening so we spent a total of 45 minutes there and only found one enemy out of two games and 45 minutes.I’m very bummed because I thought this would be an awesome experience for us to do together but the games didn’t work and we could have spent that time doing something else instead of getting frustrated that something we paid for and expected to work did not.I would not recommend going to this place until they figure out what is wrong.Also some of the games in the catalog are not actually available if you want to play them.I think this could be such a fun place to enjoy some VR games but I just don’t think they are ready or the equipment isn’t ready to handle two people playing as a team.On the upside my son did play here once before in a single player game with no issues. That’s why we went back. Two players did not work

Cool people, the place needs a lot of work though. Payed $63 for me and my little brother to play 45 mintues of a coop game but he couldnt hear me talking so I moved to a new headset and then I couldnt hear anything. The game even crashed once. The people are super friendly but the setup needs more work. Prices need to be brought down as well. Was definitely not worth 1/4 the cost of a vr headset to play for 45 odd mintues.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. My son and I went here since he was interested in those virtual reality games, but a lot of the games did not work right. I think the controller or whatever it is called was broken. We asked an employee to help us but they only wanted to argue and insist there was nothing wrong with the games. We then saw a female manager but they were just as unhelpful and rude, actually even more so. Also, the floor was dirty and the consoles had dust all over them. I would not reccomend this store.

The employees are amazing and major helpful. The facilities were very clean and easy to use. We will certainly be back... soon!

My friends fromschool told me about this place a couple months ago, and It was super cool to see a vr arcade close to where I live, but this was just terrible. I went in expecting being able to play some games but nothing seemed to work. I talked to my friends and they said they used to work, but it doesnt anymore. I kept asking them about these games I wanted to play that they had on their website, but none of them were there. Waste of money. go to the hive, it was better.

I was going to take my child here because they really want to try virtual reality but after reading the owners response to negative reviews I have decided not to. Anyone who basically tells their patrons they are wrong when they are trying to express issues they had is not for us. I also didnt like to see the contradictions across the owners responses. Hopefully that changes because customer service is key to any business.

Rude female staff who couldnt pull herself away from her tablet or whatever she was on, to explain any of the games to us. Our 7 yr old couldnt play the because of his age. There was a 7 yr old using it, because they made a reservation and the staff didnt know he was 7?! What kind of BS is that? Manager wasnt at all helpful either. His excuse was a mistake was made, so they had to let the other child play. This place is definitely not customer friendly.
