Kim and his guys always do a fantastic job! I am picky and have NEVER been disappointed. In fact, I am usually pleasantly surprised how they took an old truck part with dings, etc and made it look like new!Their chrome and polishing is the best and their prices are fair. I will never go anywhere but here!

My 1971 Buick Riviera had a severely damaged front bumper. Since these are a very difficult part to find my only hope was for a fix and rechrome. In most instances a bumper this bad should have been replaced. These guys did an amazing job at a fair price. I can not be happier. Repairs were better than new!

This place is amazing. I recently accidentally backed my truck hitch into the bumper of my buddys 68 firebird. These guys did a fantastic job fixing the original bumper and at a fantastic price. I couldnt have been happier with the results of dealing with this business. Thanks again guys. K.B.

Okay so I am just here because I accidentally ordered Mexican food through door dash and had it delivered here by mistake. (Oops) I meant a to send it to Metal Sales but sent it here. Needless to say, I just hope it made someone’s day and didn’t go to waste.

I dont usually complain over the small things, but Ive been doing business with SMF for years. Over the past year I have noticed my invoices being more than price quoted. A few dollars here and there does add up and just recently it was over $100.00 quoted. When I spoke with Kim about this his response was that the quote was over 30day and cost have went up. I let Kim know with such a jump in prices he should of re-quoted me and gave me the opportunity to make that decision. Kim was quick to tell me that they are the only quality chroming business in Spokane as if I was stuck doing business with them whether I like it or not. I will be sending my business from not on to Seattle of CA. I have been a good customer not deserving of that kind of treatment.See how friendly they are when you question their policies and please if your quote is over 30 days get another one!Regards

Based on a good experience a few years back, brought some parts to be plated for a customer. We paid plenty, but thats fine if the quality is there. Couple months later, the first plating was very poor, burned through into the copper and pitted. Shipped back at our expense. 2nd time, still not acceptable to customer for same reasons. Shops position was that they would charge us again to make it acceptable. Not the way to get more of our business...
