Amazing stay!! Thank you so much!! Thanks to nice and friendly front desk lady and hotel manager!! We like your warm welcome and warm & pleasant attitude!! This hotel will always be our home each time we visit Spokane because of warm welcoming and pleasant atmosphere!! Special Thanks so much front to lady who checked in on August 1st around 6 pm !! You made this stop in our road trip very lovely and memorable!! Thanks so much!!
There is no free complementary breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It appears to be in walking distance of the Spokane Arena and Riverfront Park. Our friend’s car window was smashed out and items taken. No cameras. It put a sour taste in our month and our trip went from wonderful to a bummer.
The location is fantastic, but CHECK YOUR BILL. I have been overcharged all three separate weeks Ive been here - either flat-out charging more for bistro items than the menu price or not applying my FB credit as they should. The first room had a plugged up sink and some insect friends. Another room had an empty conditioner dispenser and carpet I stuck to. Stream Showtime free while you stay! But dont, because the internet isnt fast enough to run it at all. (The first ten minutes of Blithe Spirit were so good, though.) And they wont do housekeeping during your stay, presumably for your safety and the housekeeping staff... but that only helps so much on check-in day when housekeeping is cleaning rooms maskless regardless of the mandates in place.Location, location, location.... but theres a Fairfield right across the street.
Courtyard is my favorite of all the Marriott chains, but this one in Downtown Spokane has to be the best Ive stayed so far. Exceptional service in my 3 month or so stay. Pam was amazing from my first booking until my departure, highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Spokane area
I got in to this hotel very late (after midnight) and received terrific service from Chris at the front desk. He was very accommodating and the entire staff was great at making my dad and I feel comfortable and taken care of. I have spent a lot of time in hotels over the past few years but my experience at this location stood out.
Positive: Awesome room, a great view, very friendly staff. The front desk girls very knowledgeable of the town. Negative: The bed was to soft for me, but the the wife loved it. The street noise was terrible. There was a race track outside crossing over the Spokane River. Nothing the hotel san do about it. I will stay there again. Thanks
I was in on a business trip June 22-24, 2021. The two women who worked with me were superb! They were accommodating, warm and welcoming and went out of their way several times to direct us around the area. They encouraged my co-worker to call his ride and arrive at the airport extra early-early in the morning boy were they right. Thank you!
So far excellent, Natalie checked us in gave us a map as tourists, recommended where to purchase a few necessities. Her courtesy and charmingly interaction w us started the stay off great. Beds clean, towels clean, water pressure in shower and balcony clean to sit and relax. Carousel and sky ride were both open on may 4, 2021. Lilacs blooming. Like I stayed good start to visit.
Great location as you can walk out onto a trail around the river. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Only issue we had was with our thermostat in our room, which kept jumping from really cold to super hot. A little inconvenient but overall good stay.
We stopped over here for the night as a last minute change. The location was great as it’s on the river, you can walk to so many restaurants and downtown (which is amazing). The rooms, beds and pillows were all very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi and tv network coverage. Staff was very nice! Also the parking worked well for our camper van which is not always the case at many hotels
Andrea, Natalie & Angela at the Front Desk made our stay SPECTACULAR! They are the BEST PERIOD! They were hospitable, professional and exceeded my expectations with AMAZING Guest Service! These ladies offered a comfortable & enjoyable experience at this hotel
Very disappointing the price was unbelievable!!! nothing is working! Wi-Fi,HOTTUB this place is such a scam no complimentary breakfast snacks or drinks $360 for what??? The bar is very limited they said all 4 drinksWater is 5$ so that tells you somethingBetter staying at a best Western or hotel6 for 60$ when I said the only reason we came here was for the HOTTUB they said ( oh man) and still charged me for my 6$ ice cream wouldnt even have my grandparents stay here
Property well kept and clean. Staff polite and helpful.
Positive: Location and room Negative: Having to pay for our breakfast. Complimentary breakfasts were the norm for so long and with the cost of this hotel a free breakfast should be provided.
Leticia who helped us in the breakfast area is amazing! So helpful, kind, and personal. Best customer service I have had at a hotel! Highly recommend staying here!
The staff was nice and the hotel was eco-friendly. The rooms were comfortable and it was nice having a balcony to step out onto to get some fresh air.
Pros:Really close to the river.Starbucks inside.Good room size.Ok room cleanliness.Budget friendly priceCons:Some things in the room are not clean.Holes the between wall and the door to your room.Elevator is shaky going up and might scare people when they first ride it.The fridges in the rooms are TINY, and dont really work.No microwave in the room.Wifi is TERRABLE, and cannot access it from my windows computer.Water tastes weird (not because of location)
I would have given a better rating as the room was nice and well kept. Unfortunately the bath fans are super wimpy to where if one person uses the bathroom everyone else has to go somewhere else. Not the Marriott standard I was expecting.
Always good. Except cleaning carpets in hallways
Weve stayed in many Marriotts and they are usually suburb. We got this hotel on our last visit a week ago and several things we did not care for... the safety bolt on one of the patio doors was broke, did not care for the shampoos, conditioner and body wash being big bottles secured on the tub wall. I feel with what we pay individual necessities are affordable. I dont want to wash after someone else. What?? No microwave? When we live in a time there is no dine in restaurants and food is delivered, by the time you get it its cold. No microwave to heat your $50.00 meal. They did have a small refrigerator however.
Courtyard is my go to hotel and this was one of the best Ive been to.
Positive: Awesome location to see so much of down town. Negative: Time for a renovation but still clean.
Positive: All workers were friendly the people at the desk got me checked in very fast Negative: All was well
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. We requested a ground floor room with a river view, and the staff took and they pleasantly accommodated with a fantastic room, just a few feet away from the river on the Centennial Trail, with great sunset views. The staff was amazing, pleasant, and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. You also cant beat the location right next to the convention center in the heart of downtown Spokane. We would definitely stay there again.
Positive: clean rooms, staff very friendly. location also good. Negative: covid 19 restrictions on no dining in. really hoped for restaurant in hotel. next time. also no fan in bathroom?
Great 2 room suite. Walking distance to everything
The cleanliness and open amenities were awesome and the beds perfect. More than I might normally spend for a night, but worth it.
Its a nice, simple and quiet hotel.
Not a good experience at this property. 98 degrees outside and a/c not working in room(80 degrees in room). Maintenance not sure they can fix at 10 pm. Give us a fan to move colder air from other room where a/c works. Internet is super slow.
Positive: Location by river & Gonzaga University. Perfect for walking the river path & seeing the city! Negative: Pool was closed due to covid.
Lovely rooms. The bed was so comfortable.
Great place to stay. Staff are wonderful. Very accommodating and right in the middle of everything
Just amazing.Oh wowWow
If I could give this place has zero Stars I totally would. They treated us very poorly here. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional! This is not the most budget-friendly hotel and I would expect more for the price you pay to stay here.Even if it was more budget-friendly I will never stay here again, not until there under new management. She treated us so poorly here.We paid for four nights and on the last day on Christmas Eve she was extremely unprofessional and treated us like we were a nuisance when we didnt deserve it. I understand she probably deals with a lot of Riff Raff but this was not the case.
Positive: Location Negative: Stuff in sofa bed. Hair in shower. Hair completely clogged in bathtub drain. Pool closed.
The internet in my room was terrible. I was unable to get any work done without hot spotting from my phone. Ive had a better experience in rural minnesota. Not what I expected for a hotel in the middle of a city.
Update...I recently stayed here again and it was a horrible experience!!!The manager here is extremely rude and I was trying to extend my stay for another night. And was having some issues booking before checkout. I also had some vehicle issues and was waiting for a local car shop to tow my vehicle, so I had no transportation.I told the front desk manager I would be able to pay for my room at 4:00 p.m.They had already approved a late checkout till 3pmSo Im not sure why the manager here was so rude. She expected me to stand outside with my 6-month-old son with no vehicle. I asked her if I could wait in the lobby with my baby & she said because of covid concerns that wasnt an option. what I dont understand is if I already had a 3:00 checkout why couldnt I extend my stay at 4:00? And I dont see why she wasnt more considerate that I had a baby with me and she expected me to wait outside with him....This used to be my favorite hotel I love the views I love the rooms but this experience has ruined it forever. I will never stay at this hotel again. At least not while she is managing it!!!Im honestly considering calling the better business bureau on this place. All the other front desk employees were extremely friendly and understanding this was during the holidays and I had family over and my little house was overwhelmed with people.Covid concerns & a young baby was the reason I chose to stay here.(Angela is so sweet & one of the most accommodating hotel receptionist.)
Husband was there 2 wks. Working. I visited 4 days. Andrea helped with business paperwork. That needed to be run off. And anything else needed.
A satisfactory place to stay. The room felt a bit dark, not for lack of lighting but because of the color scheme. The couch was not particularly comfortable, mainly because it slanted back. Water pressure was good, hot water was almost instantaneous. Free parking is a huge plus. Next door to the convention center.
Very happy with my stay here! Looks like your typical 1970s Courtyard on the front but the inside is fully remodeled and modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and graciously upgraded us to a suite. Room was spotless, bed comfy, and location right on the river is fantastic. I would stay here again, no complaints.
Great hotel and the setup for the suite is perfect for family of 4.
Great service clean comfortable beds just needs a bigger refrigerator.
Positive: Everything overall ...you will not be disappointed...quiet. Excellent sleep.
Staff is very friendly. Location was great.
We had amazing experience at this hotel. Terry who was the front staff that day helped us out tremendously! We arrived to Spokane earlier than expected and she was able to find a way for us to check-in early. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the river and downtown. She made our weekend awesome! And...there’s a Starbucks inside the hotel!!
Positive: Staff was amazing!!!! Great Location and balcony rooms with river view.
Truck was broken into and valuables stolen. Truck was parked by the entrance to the hotel. No security, or security cameras.
Positive: Clean, quiet and easy to access. Close to many downtown attractions and hospitals.
Medocre-nice hotel on the river front park trail in downtown Spokane. Its clean, and the staff was friendly. Stayed here by accident as I meant to get a room in one of the close by tower hotels that had better views.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean (most importantly). Not all hotels have the sink area outside of the bathroom. I like that this place did...I can get ready in the morning while others are showering. The staff was extremely nice!! It was within walking distance to Riverfront Park, mall, and many restaurants. The path along the river was great. I deducted one star since it was pricy. With that said, it IS a and was a great stay.
I had a great weekend here. It was close to everything. Everything was nice neat and clean the staff were very friendly.
Nice place, expensive and then you can come get me and Ill see what I can do to help
I have been staying at this spot for the last three months for one weekend a month as I attend school at the Riverpoint EWU campus. EWU and WSU campus is less than a 5 minute walk. This spot is right along the Centennial Trail allowing easy access to Riverfront Park, downtown etc. Easy to walk downtown as well! Clean rooms, nice patio rooms that open up to spacious park like courtyard. Nice indoor pool/jacuzzi and decent fitness room. Bistro has Starbucks in the morning and some breakfast items. The lounge has separate TVs at booth seating areas as well as main TVs to view games etc. There are also several other private seating areas and a great computer/study area for your business or school needs. I would love for this property to have deeper bathtubs for soaking. Other than that, this is a great place for the price.
Have stayed at this location multiple times over 4 years visiting daughter who is a student at Gonzaga. Employees are consistantly friendly, professional, and efficient. Front desk is always prompt at check-in. Bistro personnel always make me feel at home while ordering. Location walking distance to universities and downtown life. Centennial Trail runs right next to hotel and river for great walks. Overall great experiences.
The courtyard’s Location is phenomenal. Right on the centennial trail, it was easy to walk to different places downtown, dinner, the Spokane Arena, and enjoy the park. The hotel room had a comfy bed, great shower pressure, a large tv with Netflix streaming, and a solid fitness center/pool. The price was also great for being right on the river. The room was dated, though, with an in room couch that needed updating. There was a great small balcony to enjoy the river and a cup of coffee - but no furniture to sit on out on the balcony. Lastly, while typically I am greeted with water bottles and an extra warm greeting for being regularly returning Marriott Bonvoy members that didn’t happen at this location. I’d be willing to stay here again and would recommend it, but have those concerns. If they were remedied I’d definitely stay here again and give it’s recommendation freely.
Positive: Very comfortable bed - staff was very friendly. Negative: Could hear the people above us walking - hotel seemed outdated - toilet and shower were together and no fan in the shower - only 1 cramped sink.
Bed was comfy, Room was clean. Staff is super friendly. Parking is close to rooms. No problems at all! Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Literally walked 50 feet to rent a kayak on the river (SUPER FUN!) and rented the scooters from the greenbelt. Close to the park and lots of places to eat and see. We will be back because we ran out of time and theres so much more we wanted to do!
Room was clean and comfortable - refrigerator in room, no microwave. Free parking onsite. Lobby area is spacious with a lot of comfortable seating. Bistro had good drinks, albeit expensive. Within walking distance to Convention Center (probably 1/4 mile).
The rooms are quite nice with modern amenities, good bed.TV system was very well set up allowing easy access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. Bathroom layout was good. Also, very nice location near river trail to Gonzaga and short walk to downtown core, Nordstroms and restaurants.
The Courtyard Spokanes location is fantastic and the recent renovations mean that the lobby and rooms are modern and stylish and comfortable. I slept so well in the comfy bed! That said, my absolute favorite part of this hotel is the staff. They are the friendliest staff around, always ready with a restaurant recommendation (and coupon!) or anything else you might need. Simply the best!
Conveniently located next to downtown. Walking distance to major venues. Well appointed, clean quiet rooms. Very courteous staff. Had a very nice late evening snack at the bar/bistro. Great service there as well
The two good things about this hotel are its proximity to the Spokane Convention Center, and the free parking. As for the rest: not so much. The biggest problem I encountered was with the heating/cooling system. I could not make it settle on a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing cold air conditioning or blistering heat. The thermostat in the room was supposed to regulate the unit. I tried setting it at 69°, which is the temperature I have my thermostat in my house set. This resulted in freezing cold air conditioning (not just air - I could hear the condenser working) I edged the thermostat up by degrees until the condenser kicked off - 75°. The air was still blowing cold, tho. After 20 minutes of waiting for the heater to warm up and start blowing out even mildly warm air I started edging the thermostat up again. At 76° it started blowing warm air. And then hot air. Which I tried turning down again to a livable temperature. But anything below 74° and the air conditioner kicked back on. This went on for two nights - I thought there must be something wrong I was doing. One the second night I finally called the front desk, who sent up a maintenance guy. This guy went through all the motions I did, and found the same results. His solution: Just keep it on 75° - that should be comfortable for you. I assured him it was not comfortable for me, that it was far too hot. Oh. Do you want to change rooms then? I said if this couldnt be fixed then that would be the next logical step. I was moved to another room down the hall. All in all this process took over 3 hours (trying to get the unit to regulate, calling the front desk, ultimately moving all my stuff and unpacking again) The unit in the second room was a little better, but had much of the same problem: it was either air conditioning or heat. I noticed that there was a motion detector that kicked the unit on when I would enter the room. Perhaps that is part of the problem - perhaps the unit takes a long time to measure and reach the temperature that has been set on the thermostat. Now, I understand why Marriott would install motion detectors on their thermostats - having all hotel rooms air conditioning or heating themselves while the guests are out enjoying the city would be very expensive. But this motion detector system needs a lot of work. Marriott did not offer any sort of discount due to this ongoing problem.
I stay at this place about once a month while I attend school at the EWU Riverpoint campus. I bring my child and her father with me. They enjoy the fitness room, the pool, the proximity to the Centennial Trail and being walking distance to downtown. I enjoy being walking distance to the campus. Food and shopping is nearby.
We are Bon Voy members and have enjoyed our many stays at Marriott properties. We typically stay at Marriott Courtyard Hotels but the Downtown Spokane did not meet our expectations compared to other stays. The staff were friendly and helpful accept for one front desk staff person we encountered when reporting that our room hadnt been cleaned in two days. Apparently our room was not on the cleaners list and but the staff person did not apologize or go out of their way to try and resolve the issue other than to provide us 250 points. We had to ask for and retrieve our own towels from the lobby as well as replacement toilet paper.
Clean and comfortable.
I had a very nice stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Spokane. The location was great, right on the riverfront trail which I used to walk from the hotel to Riverfront Park after I arrived. Very nice when coming from the east coast to be able to get some walking in upon arrival on the west coast to adjust for the time change. It was also a short walk to several local pubs that had microbrews and some good eats! Plenty of parking for the rental car, and easy in/out to get to places around Spokane.
This hotel is across the street from the Convention Center and is also on the Spokane River and the path which makes walking to the Convention Center nature oriented and a delight. In the lobby is The Bristo which is open for breakfast and dinner. The menu has a good section and the food is prepared quickly and is of high quality. The rooms are clean, excellent wifi and the staff are responsive to any needs you might have. The Amtrak depot is about 6 blocks away and the taxi cost is not high. I am a satisfied customer and not paid for this recommendation.
The staff went above and beyond when my 3rd party reservation did not go thru.Fabulous view room overlooking river was clean and comfy.Centralized location was perfect for my needs. Quiet even though it was a graduation weekend. Hot tub made relaxation nice.I would stay here again!
Marriott reliable as always
Courtyard Spokane Downtown Marriott is an incredible place to stay! Every staff member we came in contact with was always friendly and incredibly helpful. My daughter left her necklace in our hotel room. I called after we had checked out and spoke to Melissa, head of housekeeping on 4/22. She had her staff go back to the 2 rooms we had and it could not be found. The necklace had sentimental value to my daughter. Melissa called and said that they were unable to find it but that she and her staff would keep looking. I received an email on Saturday 4/27 to my surprise from Melissa. During a deep cleaning of the room she indicated the necklace had been found. I couldnt believe it. Just goes to show you how much people care and go above and beyond to help! We are extremely grateful to Melissa and her team and the entire Courtyard Spokane WA! They are all fantastic! Thank you again, Kristin
Great front desk service, very modern appeal, and the room was comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff accompanied by a nice open lobby with plenty of comfy seating. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Very clean and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent food at the bistro in the lobby area. Only complaint was the pillows. Way too soft for me, but thats a personal preference. I would definitely stay here again.
Check in was very smooth and easy!! Had to order a roller bed which was a true twin sized not folded in half bed. Took up a bit of room but kids said it was very comfy. Food was very good, pool was small but the kids didn’t really care it was inside stay was during the winter so that worked great! Lots of seating only of few tables. Overall the stay was very pleasant would recommend!
Our soccer team enjoyed a wonderful week-end at the Courtyard. The kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the lobby area for breakfast and evening drinks and socializing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is so close to downtown for shopping, dining, and events. Great value.
Front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The hotel offers lots of free parking. My king room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I was on the river side, 3rd floor, near the bridge and could hear the traffic. thank goodness I know I’m a light sleeper and travel with ear plugs, they solved the problem. The 24 hour snack bar area offers a good selection of snacks and beverages and even some alcoholic beverages which were a nice surprise after my 6 hour drive, arriving at 3:00, and knowing the bar didn’t open until 5. The restaurant food was really good and fresh. I ate breakfast twice and would recommend it. Dinner has to be just as good. Prices are pretty good and the portions will surprise you. Overall I was very happy with my 4 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
I was in town for a reunion and needed a place to stay that was close to downtown and was fair priced. The Courtyard Marriot was both. The Courtyard looked to have been updated recently and was beautiful. I wish they had a hot tub in addition to the pool which would have been nice. The location is excellent. You can go right out the door to the walkway which takes you along the river to downtown which is only a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here in the future.
I had to go into Spokane for Business. Found the price for this hotel to be very good compared with similar type hotels. Liked that it was near WSU and right on the river. We stayed in a clean, quite room, with a comfortable bed. That evening it was a short walk along the river to get dinner. There are several places to choose from near by. It was an enjoyable stay. Only down was that breakfast was not included in the price, but they did have a menu if you wanted to purchase something. We did not chose to eat there, so I cannot rate the meals.
Weve stayed at this location before and really enjoy it. Never had an issue with any aspect of the property. Great location in the city for the Chiefs games and concerts. Will definatly consider this Courtyard for our next overnight trip to Spokane!
Always a great stay! The beds are divine here and we know we can get a refreshing nights sleep.Large room and we lived our riverfront view. Too cold to leave the screen open.Breakfast seemed reasonable, but we usually go for points vs paying for breakfast, if not included.Business center not private but had 3 available computers to use and a printer.Pool and hot tub were so welcoming! Water a tidge hot in hot tub and the pool was large enough to do mini laps for aerobic exercise.Close to a Perkins diner for food, and walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and shops
Nice rooms. We enjoyed all the side entrances to the parking lot since the hotel layout was very long and narrow and it wouldve taken ages to walk to the lobby each time. Hotel breakfast has a good variety and serves Starbucks coffee, but there was a little too much hipster flair without the execution to back it. Almost all dishes are overly oily and over salted, especially vegetarian dishes. Otherwise, all staff were nice and relatively efficient. No major complaints.
We found the Courtyard Spokane Downtown to be in the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Spokane and Northern Idaho. We really enjoyed walking to the restaurants downtown, exploring Riverfront Park and this hotels close proximity to the freeway made a day trip to Coeur d’ Alene very easy. Despite being downtown our room was very quiet and restful. The location on the river made for a wonderful morning walk. The staff at the hotel are extremely kind and welcoming. There is ample parking and easy access to all of Spokane. The General Manager is very helpful with fun activity suggestions. Go meet her, she has great ideas for your next fun day in Spokane!
The Courtyard offered a comfortable and clean suite for my family of four, with a newly mobile infant. We enjoyed the pool and the very convenient location right on the path with quick access to the waterfront park and downtown. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were very smooth. The bistro ordered a family friendly atmosphere for breakfast and the food was good. I would definitely stay here again.
We were staying at the hotel for a sports camp at Gonzaga University and found this hotel to be very conveniently located for travel to/from the campus. If there was not snow on the ground, it would have been even an easy walk to the campus. The Bistro was open at good times before at after camp sessions for breakfast and late night meals or snacks. We used the pool area and found it to be well maintained and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice room! Excellent location, centennial trail right outside our sliding door. Staff was great, room was super clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again
Our daughters basketball team all stayed here. They were so accommodating! Letting us congregate for hours in the lobby. Brought pizza in one night for a party. They food is excellent at the café - breakfast, lunch, dinner. Kids had fun in the pool together.
Clean, friendly staff, and great location! Will be returning.
The lobby was like sitting in my living room at home. Warm, inviting and friendly. All the staff I talked to made me feel welcome and important. I just wish they had electric vehicle accommodations. No big deal, but maybe a thought for the future.
As a business traveler, need quiet and functionality of the hotel and my room, prefer walking access to restaurants, and adjacent exercise possibilities. I found all of these at this Courtyard. Right on the river with good walking-biking trail thru university and convention center campuses and beyond. Nearby restaurants and bars. Natural foods store 2 blocks away. Hotel was quiet. Very enjoyable stay.

Front desk was the best customer service person. Quiet and comfy. Needs updated but we still felt comfortable.
Courtyard has a very nice vibe to it. The property seems well manicured, clean and staff were friendly. The location too the river and walking path is nice as well as central to downtown. We would definitely ask for the same room next time.
FANTASTIC staff. Extremely clean rooms. Excellent facilities. I didnt eat at the restaurant or drink at the bar. This hotel is located right next to the centennial trail and the Spokane River. It is what you would expect from a courtyard and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Location is good, rooms are clean and niece. Beds are comfortable except the fitted sheets are too big and just turning on the bed undoes it making it uncomfortable. When asking the desk if when they service our room if we could get a sheet that fits the woman cut me off with so change the sheets. So I tried again to explain that the sheets too big and she cut me off again with so, change the sheet, got it. in acondescending tone. Dont work a service desk job Id you dont want to be polite to people
We had a great experience staying here. The room was immaculate and newly updated. The property was well cared for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was provided a sewing kit when I needed to stitch up a pair of pants. My son enjoyed the indoor hot tub. I had dinner in the cafe 2 nights in a row. The Cheeseburger was very good. The lobby area was very cozy with the fireplace and seating area.
The Courtyard Marriott in Spokane WA is the BEST place to stay in Spokane! Welcoming, friendly, safe, staffing all night - clean rooms and a beautiful lobby area set up with efficient and cozy spots to work, read, relax. Yummy food and a positive friendly environment! The courtyard and river are beautiful to look at from your room. I stay here EVERY time Im in Spokane which can be as many as 3 to 4 times a year. Everything you need - including late night or mid day snacks when the food service isnt open - right at your finger tips. Great walking trail along the river right into downtown.....love it here!
Helpful staff. Quiet location, yet near everything you need. Adjacent the Centennial Trail, a beautiful place for a walk daytime or night. Near downtown restaurants close enough to reach on foot. Market on Main is a healthfood store with deli & build your own salad bar a mere 2 or 3 blocks away. The front desk staff directed me to both the trail and the healthfood store when I inquired about a walk in the evening and the day prior about a nice place for a lunch salad. Comfortable Courtyard inner courtyard rooms and one side faces beautiful views of the Spokane River.
Great location, right on river park trail. Fantastic access to convention center. Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, pool, courtyard. Sad to realize there is no breakfast included, my fault probably, but there is a bistro open morning and evening with (high priced) food.
Really good staff behind the desk and bar. Made my stay really enjoyable. Location to downtown is perfect.
