This has been a fantastic company to deal with! They were great about communicating during the process and were great about cleaning up after themselves. They laid the grass back down right after the lines were installed and even reset the bricks that had to be lifted to get the sprinkler lines in. Their customer service is phenomenal too! We were going to call them after the weekend to schedule the winterizing, but they beat us to it and reached out to us on a Sunday! That’s great service! We are super happy.

Someone came out fall of 2019 to blow out sprinklers and broke a part on our main pipe that we had just spent $1400 to fix along with all the sprinkler heads and box. I messaged nicholas on Facebook and he said its a $5 part and come spring hell come fix it for free. Generous right? Well heres spring time and I got ahold of him and he told me he would come on a Monday at 3pm, didnt show and said his car was having problems. I was understanding and he set up a new date for the following Monday, I reached out to him that Monday morning for a time and conformation and he never responded nor answered my husband or phone calls. Not professional to tell a customer youd come fix something one of your employees broke and then not come through.

Nick is courteous and professional. He does a fantastic job taking care of my yard. I trust him and am thrilled by how much greener my lawn is.
