My experience with Pilot Freight Service was great! The spokane and Kent warehouse was quick to answer the phone and give updates on my shipment. The online tracking did take a few days to update which is why I called but other then that I really had no problems! After reading all the negative reviews I was pretty worried but my experience was nothing like the overall reviews Ive read. My package was on-time and undamaged!

SO nice!!!! When they called to schedule delivery of my treadmill, the lady was super friendly and not in a fake being nice to customers way; felt genuine. Then the next day when the guy showed up to deliver, he was also super friendly, down to earth, reassuring and proactive in light of it blizzarding + our driveway not being shoveled. We went to go put boots on so we could shovel; we arent thinking. He really could have flipped out rightfully, but he didnt; he thought to himself to try backing the truck in even though the snow so he could pull treadmill right out of truck and into our garage. He did it without us asking, and without being mean. Unrivaled kindness and patience with us. We appreciate you!

I am ONLY giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars!!!!! They had possession of my parcel for 6 days, waited until the day that it was supposed to arrive at my home to notify me that they do not deliver to my area! Their original email, they tried to lie to me and say they did not have possession of my parcel. When I sent them screenshots of all of my tracking info, they changed to, oh, we do have it. But we dont deliver to your area. So we have a different company picking it up and you need to contact them for further notifications. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will be contacting the company my parcel is from as well and notify them of the terrible experience with this company. Hopefully they will take their business elsewhere!

Our furniture is lost and we keep getting different answers. It hasnt left LAX airport. Its waiting to be processed in our Seattle facility. Oh wait we dont know where it is. I should have read the reviews before using this company. Lots of reviews with the same problem. Just dont use this company. They obviously dont know how to care for items that they take responsibility for shipping. I wonder if a phone call to the FTC should be made. This clearly is an ongoing issue for this company. From reading the reviews it also seems that its the more expensive items that get lost or not delivered - Update they finally had a delivery date after confirming that it was in Seattle. I got a call the day of the delivery and was told that the leather sectional I ordered was damaged and had a huge rip. They asked if we still wanted it delivered. The local supervisor blamed it on the Seattle facility. If it was so damaged why would the Seattle facility ship it to Spokane. I hope I get a refund. Sadly it shouldnt be the retailer whose responsibility it is to provide a refund. This sad excuse for a shipping company should be writing a check. Avoid this business at all costs. The supervisor said this was a continuous problem that occurred in the Seattle facility. So disappointed that I actually paid for their services. I guess that makes me look stupid because I didnt read the reviews. I cant even reorder the sofa sectional because its now out of stock. Sadly we got rid of our old furniture in anticipation for this delivery. Now were using dining room chairs in our living room. I wonder how much money Pilot Freight cost retailers after they lose or damage orders?

Mixed feelings about this one. Delivery is garbage (package is stuck in Seattle for more than a week while tracking shows arrival in Spokane), customer service is good (or at least they’re good at lying). Not going to use this one avoid if u can.

I got woken up by a call from Pilot this morning to let me know that my item would be delivered between 8 and 9 this morning. This is the second time Pilot has come to my house, this time to deliver the correct item and collect the wrong one. After hemming-and-hawing for a while, one of the guys comes back to the door to let me know that the item was supposed to go to a different company, because they cant do the setup. Its now 10 and I still have the wrong item crowding up my hall and the correct item is being driven away, and I dont know if or when Ill ever see it again.It may be a misunderstanding but I believe the delivery was canceled because one of the delivery people either didnt want to care the items up a flight of stairs or hes homophobic.

Pilot Freight has become my go-to solution for our business freight needs. Very professional staff and drivers. Shipments always arrive on-time and with a smile. Invoices are always the amount we expect. Highly recommended!

Ordered a 65 inch tv from Dell. Received an email from pilot on December 4 that delivery was scheduled on Dec 11 2019 between the hours of 3-7. Pm. I took off of work to wait for it. 7 pm came and went. Called customer service. They said they don’t even show the package in Spokane. Couldn’t tell me why i received a confirmed delivery date. Tried to call the spokane office. They don’t even know where the tv is. Customer service is less than stellar. Not even interested in finding out where my tv is. I can’t track online. I’ve been been reading review after review of this company. Apparantly this is standard operating procedure. Thoroughly disgusted and my next call is to Dell. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only reason there is one star is because my review won’t post without one

This shipping company is the worst. After shipping my package and supposedly suppose to get it on the 28th of august, i havent gotten anything because apparently my package is stuck in Seattle for some reason. im so annoyed..
