I have had just about every tooth in my mouth worked on at dentists in many different states and I have found the one! I have had a wonderful experience thus far with Dr. Rogers and his staff. His receptionists make all the difference after a long session with your mouth open! Heather, Megan(i think) and Olga who handles billing, VERY helpful and upfront about all charges. Lisa did my cleaning and did such a good job and was so gentle, as she knew I was nervous. Dr. Rogers is great at his work, quick and proficient. Only downside to this entire place is that they are not in network with my insurance.

Dr. Rogers does amazing work. He has made 3 crowns for me and each one looks and functions perfectly. His staff is also very caring and helpful. I recommend him 100%

I chipped my front tooth the other day and all though it was a very small chip I was very stressed out about it because I do not have dental insurance that could help with cosmetic dentistry. I googled some of the better dentistry in Spokane and found this dentist. I read the reviews and decided to give them a shot. I was very pleased with the experience. I communicated my financial restrictions and they were very transparent and upfront about all charges, I even got my exam and x-rays for free because I was a new patient! They have many options for payment and ongoing care. I am getting the tooth fixed this next week and I am confident it will be a great experience yet again. So thankful I found this dental office during a scary and stressful time, I will definitely be referring my spouse and friends to this office.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Just moved from another dentistry office so this was an intake and was impressed with how thorough everything was as far as evaluating the health of my teeth including pictures of my teeth (not x-rays) which I have never heard of before, but makes perfect sense to monitor tooth health. Everyone that was involved in my appointment were all very kind and made for a very comfortable environment. Dr. Rogers listened and evaluated my concerns and has a very calming presence. My 10 year old daughter had an abscess on her tooth over the holiday weekend. Dr. Rogers called back immediately and set up a time to meet. He walked my daughter through exactly what he was going to do in a calm voice to alleviate her stress and fear. We have been going to Dr. Rogers for about 20 years and have always been impressed. How he handled my daughters emergency on a holiday weekend was above and beyond. THANK YOU!!

Dr. Rogers is hilarious. His jokes are by far the best jokes I’ve ever heard. He also does great dental work. I get very nervous about the anesthetic after a bad experience many years ago. When Dr. Rogers did my recent filling I barely felt a thing and was completely comfortable the entire time. The even offered me a blanket and pillow to make me feel right at home.

Truly excellent service and care. Mom was finally able to return to her dentist after the year of covid, and Dr Rogers, Hillary, and the rest of the staff put her at ease for her overdue checkup and teeth cleaning. I really appreciate these wonderful people, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had my initial appointment yesterday after going without a cleaning for 19 months. They x-rayed me, got photos taken of my mouth and cleaned my teeth in a timely manner.Special praise to Hillary, my dental hygienist! Not only was she efficient and quick, she was gentle as well and I wasnt sore at all (weve all had times where we have the heavy handed teeth cleanings).Go see their team!

Dr. Rogers office has really prepared to safely treat patients during the Covid-19 pandemic. Details of my recent visit:1. They had scheduled patients to insure there was plenty of space in the waiting room for social distancing. My wait was very brief - 2 or 3 minutes at most.2. Everyone (patients and staff) was wearing masks.3. My hygienist (Hillary) wore two masks, a full face shield, a cap, a gown and rubber gloves.4. My visit took place in a separate room that was well away from other patients.5. Everyone was serious about making my visit a safe, professional and pleasant experience.I highly recommend Dr. Rogers office.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Rogers for 3 years and we are very satisfied. The staff is competent and friendly. Cleanings can take a long time, but are very thorough. They have never tried to upsell us on expensive unnecessary products or procedures. Dr. Rogers and his staff have taken particularly good care of my son when he needed dental work after an accident. They were able to see him on short notice and he was treated gently and with empathy. Dr. Rogers worked with us to find specialists who would treat children and also took our insurance and ultimately repaired his teeth in a way that looks great and didnt break the bank.

I would not let any other dentist put a crown in my mouth. Dr Rogers and his staff are the best. We had been watching a tooth for a while and he showed me it was time to crown that tooth. It was all completed in one appointment. The prep work, building the crown and seating it perfectly. I am always impressed with how efficient Dr Rogers is. This office does not take my dental insurance and I continue to come and bring my family here because of the incredible front office staff, dental hygienist, dental assistants and of course Dr Rogers. They make it such a great experience my daughter told me she has never felt comfortable in any dental office until bringing her to Smiles of Spokane.

We started seeing Dr. Rogers after we moved to Spokane nearly 2 years ago. Every visit has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and professional, scheduling and rescheduling is a breeze. I recently went in for my first cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic and was pleased at the measures the office had in place to protect everyone. I felt safe and at ease. I needed a new dentist and a co-worker recommended this office. I have never been so welcomed by a business like I was with this team. My initial phone call was awesome, my first visit was amazing. I learned a lot from my visit and we came up with a game plan which I love! My husband doesn’t love the dentist but he made an appointment here too. He needs a little bit gentler hygienist and he said this was the quickest, most thorough and PAINLESS appointment he’s ever had. We even moved our daughter here from here pediatric dentist and she loved it. I really feel like this team partners with you for your dental needs instead of just giving you a cleaning, telling you to floss more and sending you on your way.

I hate going to the dentist. I always have and probably always will. I really enjoy going to Smiles of Spokane (dont like dentist though) because they are very friendly and as gentle as possible. I can handle regular shots well but when it involves my mouth, I am a wimp. I dont like mouth work done. I have gone to many dentists in many states and this crew is my favorite. I still try to chicken out if appointments but that is all me not them. I have and will recommend them to everyone.

When the dentist I had been with for many years retired I was a bit worried about starting up with a new dentist. But becoming a patient of Dr. Rogers was not only a pleasant experience but was satisfying as well. He and his staff are enjoyable to work with and make you feel like you are part of their team. The couple times I felt uncomfortable during dental work as we all do, it was offset by the calming professionalism and explanation about what was happening. I always get a rundown on what was about to happen and how we were going to make it happen. Because of the confidence I have gained about the Smiles team I have chosen additional elective procedures. What could have been very problematic has been pleasant experiences. Essential long term planning and follow through was not interrupted by the Covid19. All precautions were taken and I felt safe from beginning to end of my appointments. I enjoy working with this office.

Nice and very knowledgeable folks. Best technology in town. Need a crown, get it in one visit. That includes cutting down, laser measuring the cut down, the space available for the crown and the teeth it will meet against, milling the new tooth on site, final fitting, firing of the tooth (on site as well) and install. None of this temp then waiting a week or two wait for the real tooth. Dr. Rogers is an artist and a master of that technology.

As the old saying goes, some like to stick you where it hurts, especially in the medical and dental field. Thankfully, Dr. Rogers is the complete opposite of that. His work is good and reliable, his prices are fair, and he is totally transparent on your situation and the options you have. He does not try to push anything on you to make a quick buck, nor is he ‘careless’ about his work in order to make you come back. I live across town from him, and have multiple dental clinics between my home and his office, not to mention one that’s only a few blocks away, but the trust he has earned from me makes it worth it to go to a clinic where I know I will be taken care of, the right way. There’s a reason that the rest of my family started seeing him after I did, and that is quality and trust.

I do not live in Spokane, but my kids do and when my son-in-law had a dental emergency and another local dentist quoted him $7000 plus dollars for the work even though my son-in-law explained he would have full dental coverage in only 8 weeks... I started searching for somewhere he could get a second opinion and that’s where I read Dr. Roger’s reviews and suggested my Son-in-law give him a try...He was able to provide a much less expensive alternative (several thousand dollars cheaper) and even called later on to check on how he was doing! I’m writing this in bed 13 hours after calling Dr.Rodgers cell phone at 6am this morning. Last night I had a sharp pain and realized my last wisdom tooth was coming out. Stores were closed for medication and I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t sleep until 4:45 am and woke up at 6am in agony. After a basic google search I arrived at this page, I called the Office phone number listed to leave a voicemail and it had Dr.Rogers personal cell In the voicemail greeting. I called him at 6am, he answered, took my info and had his receptionist call me around 10am, apt set at 2:30pm the same day and took care of me along with his team. Super friendly, very quick and afterwards he has been personally texting me to see how I’m feeling . I feel like family to this place in mere hours. I will be going to this office from here on out, without question. The team went above and beyond for me !! Now it’s time for a good nights sleep !!

Dr Rodgers and his Staff are simply Awesome! I, like many others, have a strong aversion to dentists. But my problem is probably worse than others. Dr. Rodgers perceived that from the start. He listens well to his patients concerns and takes the time to understand whats going on. He clearly communicates and informs the patient what your treatment options are. He owns the unique trait of not just knowing what might make his patient uncomfortable during a procedure, but also when it will likely happen. This, along with his calm and reassuring demeanor, got me through treatments that I would have probably left alone. His Staff, from his Dental Assistants, the Receptionist, and even the Billing Dept all exemplify his professionalism and they are all very courteous and personable.

My boyfriend is absolutely terrified of the dentist!!! I made him an appointment with Dr. Rogers to get his teeth looked at for some pain he was having. Dr Rogers told him he was going to have get some teeth pulled and my boyfriend was not happy. But Dr Rogers kept him very informed of what was going to happen. I have never been to a dentist that cares about the patients as much as Dr Rogers and his staff!!!! They are very customer service oriented! They answered every single question we had they were so nice and comforting when it came time for my boyfriend to get his teeth pulled. If I could give them a higher rating I totally would!!! Dr Rogers has been wise in caring for my elderly father’s teeth, he is conservative and willing to help Dad maintain his teeth without excessive expensive treatments. Dr. Rogers and his whole staff are terrific! Always professional,friendly and enjoyable to be with.. and they are very good at one sided conversations!! :-)

Normally I hate the dentist but these guys are great! I have really sensitive teeth and Dr. Rogers office is the only place Ive had a pain free cleaning. Cant recommend them more.
