To tell someone they have the job you applied for then wait for a phone call in all hopes of having the job and then receive a letter in the mail say I was not selected. WOW, no balls to call or tell me in person. No wonder for the big turn over in personel

Its a bit tricky to get into because of Spokane but call ahead and see if youre going in gate 2 or 3, call ahead and save yourself a little bit of trouble.Gate 3 is the one I usually go to. Its around the back,see photograph. Very good people very quick to unload never a problem here.all is good

This company has one of the nicest guys ever to pick up the Bills and then bring the Lumper price and bring the Lumper Receipt afterwards. You could tell he was genuine, organized company but, a little slow. It took 3 hours from when the Lumper started to complete the task of unloading and counting 6 pallets that were maybe loaded 30 inches high and lower! They need more training!

Since you started distributing food club products your quality has gone down 200%. I have purchased their macaroni and cheese and gotten bug shells in their products. I have purchased canned fruits and gotten stems leaves and seeds in their products. I have purchased butter and had to dispose of it as it was so sour.Western family seems to not exist any more but their products were consistent and of a good quality. You should find something of western familys quality to distribute not the pathetic food clubs products

Nice folks but the Lumpers were very slow watched 4 trucks leave that arrived after I did. Doing the load myself last year took 3 hours less time.

Check in, and facility is ok, the lumpers are lazy, the idea is better keep the trucks here let the drivers loose time and money, then hire more people.

Friendly people. The dry side is extremely fast . Produce and frozen are slower. Half of the frozen docks are tight backing in.

Love this place. Everyone is very friendly, lumpers are quick and reasonably priced. Im always in and out within an hour and a half. There is a Conoco gas station with truck parking about a mile away on North market street.

Gate 2 is for dry goods. Go to the corner firm left gate 3 is for refer goods. Lumpers were $220 but in and out in hour and a half.

Guard and lumpers are answome! Where is my location can park overnight nobody will bother you! But it’s a dirt lot! Good experience! Gate 3 its for reefers and gate 2 for dryvans!

You need to hold your end on no parking by the north gate and get these trucks moved before it becomes a legal matter

I came here 4:54 am my appointment was 5am now time is 8:30 i am still on dock i don’t know how much time to unload me its worst place to deliver here i suggest dont come here

Quick unload. No overnight on the property but there is dirtlot at the end of Lincoln street. For maybe 15 trucks.

Great place. In and out in roughly 2 hours. Dry delivery goes in Gate 2 (on Freya) and cold stuff in Gate 3 which is the 1st left past the warehouse. I think they open before 0430 because I got there at 0445 and there were already trucks leaving the dock.

The service as far as unloading is really awesome depending on what you bring to this establishment but the company drivers need to have some responsibility as far as their driving and SLOW down especially in the parking lot and be a little more friendly

I read some of the other reviews and scratching my head about all the negative reviews. I arrive at 05:15 for a 06:00 appointment and was put right in a door. I was unloaded and given my paperwork back by 07:30. I must have came on a good day. They will not take you more then 1 hr early unless they are not busy. Do not drive to guard shack. Park on the side of the road and bring your paperwork to the guard and they will check you in. As for the reviews about backing into the door is accurate. I had the easier side of the building doors 1-12. even that side is a bear to back into. It took me at least 20 minutes to get in the door, and constantly kept getting out of the trucking looking because this yard is tight. The other side of the building is even worst. Take your time backing in and you should be ok. Theres no overnight parking so plan accordingly. Dry vans go to gate 2. Reefer units go to gate 3.

Delivered here for a 4am appointment. Excellent service everyone was very professional. The unloading process was very fast. We were admitted 30 minutes prior to appointment. Note there is no overnight parking but there are several truck stops and motels with parking very nearby.

Nice people, checked in 4:00 am out 6:00 am13 pallets, paid cash 150.00. Open 3:30am you can park on street. Gate # 2 for dry load and Gate # 3 for reefer load .Truck driver mostly use exit 283B from I-90

Fyi on weekends gate 3 closed, all product goes through the dry goods gate 2, including frozen and groceries.

A nice place,the security guards at gate 2 are cool, the loads I normally haul in have a lot of packages and they have to unload, restack and count so Im usually there on average of 4 hours. When you back into the dock and slide your tandems remember to cut the Air Supply to your trailer because someone comes out to unhook your trailer air supply and lock it. Go in through door 33 and go across the floor to the receiving office straight ahead of you and check in there. they have vending machines and a coffee vending machine by the bathrooms

-3 stars for tightness. It wasn’t projected for 53’ trailers. Get ready to spend 30-40 min trying not to scratch anyone. This is how much space you will get.

My experience here was wonderful.People were very friendly. They let you check in 1/2 an hour prior to your appointment time.

There wasnt a way to compare your prices over the price of transportation! When gasoline dropped your prices didnt at all, which your whole excuse for raising the prices was cost of transportation. I wont shop at ANY URM store again until you drop your prices DRAMATICALLY! I never thought there would be a day I would step into a Wal-Mart. I had to yesterday. I was humbled. And It cost me 50% LESS. It isnt the grocers, it is you the middle man. I am going to copy and paste this and send it to those people who are selling your products. We dont need you anymore. We can buy elsewhere like the rest of them you thieves who dont care about hungry children. You make me ILL!

5 hours for half trailer and they forgot a pallet, so when I got to Yakima 4 hrs later to get unloaded and get cherries there was a full pallet of frozen General Tzos chicken on there.
