By far the best computer repair service that I have had. This will be the only place that I take my laptop/computer for any service going forward.I had some fan noise and overheating issues with my laptop. Dennis was able to repair the fan and install a new solid state drive for an amazing price. He listed all of my options and answered all of my questions in a way that I easily understood. I took it home and found that the fan was still making noise unfortunately! I got in contact with Dennis and he quickly responded, inviting me to bring it back which I did and he solved found the problem and repaired it in less than 30 mins! It was some plastic that had gotten stuck inside from the old fan and slipped out! Now there’s no noise and it runs so much better!I cannot recommend him and his work enough! If you’re looking for a place to get repairs or services done, then you have found the best place!

Dennis is very friendly and helped me on the phone initially. I bought a new PC case and asked him to reinstall all my components in the new case! I was in Spokane helping my daughter move from Aurora CO. In the shift from one hotel to another, my laptop screen was damaged, making it unusable for house hunting. Friend of a Friend was open for business that day, and a quick phone call later the laptop was dropped off. The replacement screen had to be ordered, but outside of that, service was quick and price was as promised, very little more than the actual cost of the new screen! Expert work and excellent, honest communication. My large top-end desktop PC needed all new fans and a new liquid cooling system and Dennis did an amazing job! Had a dead hard drive with many photos and docs. Forget the owners name but he operates out of a lovely home.I delivered my drive to him along with an external drive I had purchased prior. He called in a couple days and said Its ready to go!. I picked it up and he recovered somewhere around the upper 90s%. I really appreciated the amazing service. I had him replace my screen and he did it quickly while having a quote that he stuck to. I had a great experience and if I have any issues I will go straight to his business.

I emailed 5 different small business to work on my computer. One referred me someplace else, another said they didnt have the time, 2 other did not even respond. Friend of a Friend responded the same day and I was able to take my computer in.They diagnosed the problem and like any computer issue you never know if you have all the problems fixed until you replace the broken parts. He found something else that was fried with the power spike and he was going to eat the price increase. My insurance company has a computer rider so once it went over my deductible there was no more cost to me so I told him there is no need to and just send me a new invoice. He ordered the new part and I had my computer all fixed. It took a while to get the parts but that was not his fault. My luck the PC died right before Christmas and parts were slim pickings. He found parts that were a slight upgrade from what I had and the insurance paid for it.

One of the best experiences Ive had with a business. I received a response to my inquiry pretty much instantly, and I had a fixed computer returned to me within 24 hours. Very reasonably priced, and I couldnt have asked for anything more.

My computer was running slowly and Id already tried unsuccessfully to have another company fix it. This guy essentially had the problem diagnosed over the phone and was able to replace my hard drive with a solid state drive within just a few hours and under $250. Now my computer is running faster than I can remember. He also gives a guarantee that if he doesnt fix the problem the first time, hell redo it for free. And hes quite friendly. Highly recommended.

The screen of my laptop became blurry and I took it to 2 other computer places to be looked at. While I am technically savvy, I had a problem with my custom build to where it was no longer powering on. I couldnt figure out if it was the motherboard or CPU that was fried given I didnt have any extra good parts to swap in the system to determine the culprit.
