The owners of this company are extremely unprofessional. Steve is inappropriate with female employees. Tiffany is very touchy-feely with employees both male and female. They claim to be Christians but put their employees down on a daily basis. They play employees against each other. They instructed their employees to lie about being vaccinated so they didn’t have to wear masks inside client home. And told staff to report back to them any clients who questioned their vaccinations. Those clients were dropped. Any employee who questioned the owners were fired immediately. They call employees while in clients homes to yell at them for mistakes out of employees control.

The girls are always very accommodating with special requests. This week they were able to work around us while we remained in the house. The last 3 works they have worked very hard to remove mold from the bathtub that we didnt even see. I really appreciate their sharp eyes and hard work.

Management is very disorganized and has zero clue on how to run a business..I have no clue as to how this place is still open. Expect cleaners to show up an hour or more after scheduled appointment. Items get broken with out care or replacement. They refuse to wear masks as they think Covid is “a joke” unless otherwise requested. Kind of sad the customer has to hold the business to a legal safety standard at the moment. Claim to be “Christian” but they are the furthest from it. Trump supporters to the max which is fine as long as they don’t push views on their customers and employees which they do daily. They will look down on you for your own personal views and ideas. Ive known the owner of this company for over 20 years. Steve makessure that the work done by his staff is top-notch. My wife and I love the fact that Clean Green Spokane doesnt use any chemicals. Most recently theyve added Riccar vacuums to their repertoire which helps the air quality too. We have a dog and a cat and there is no more funky animal smell in our home. In addition, our friend with strong cat allergies can now come to visit without having a problem. If there is anyone I would trust in my home to get the job done right it is Clean Green Spokane.

I had never used a cleaning service in Spokane and called Clean Green based on the reviews. Tiffany took my call and scheduled the one-time deep cleaning appointment. She was very attentive to the fact that I have special-needs cats who needed to be put in their carriers and removed from the house before the cleaners arrived. The cleaners arrived 10 minutes early, got right to work, worked straight for 2.5 hours and left me with a sparkly clean and fresh-smelling house. As the products used are all non-toxic with no strong smells, the cats were released back inside with no problems. I will definitely be using this service again.

So far so good on their first visit this week. They ran 30 min late but after about 15 min the owner texted me with their ETA. There was some confusion in the beginning as to the length of time the crew would clean, but the owner was fast to reply and clarify our agreement. Crew was friendly, professional, engaged with our overly friendly dogs and our house looks clean. There were many nice touches, including a handwritten note thanking me for my business.
