Updated 9/27: I upgraded my rating to a 4/5 star because after I finally received a call back, he offered to drive far out of town to detail my car at our current location AND refund my money. He made it right in the end, after much hassle which I appreciated very much.My husband purchased a gift card for a full car detail for my birthday back in April and I still havent heard back from anyone to schedule a time. I keep calling back weekly to try to schedule but their messages are full and I cant seem to get anyone to pick up the phone. I really hope we dont have to eat $400 and get nothing from this company. DONT BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE.

This was my first time using a mobile detail service, and I was incredibly happy with the result. Ryan was extremely kind and professional. I ordered the complete detail package. It is a bargain for all the work they do compared to similar services I found online. My car looks spotless inside and out. The entire customer experience was seamless and easy. I will absolutely be a return customer.

I couldn’t be happier with Pro Mobile! I spilled a good amount of DEF fluid inside my truck and was unsuccessful getting it or the smell out. My truck was also just generally gross so we decided it was time for a professional detail. Ryan H came to the rescue. Not only was he able to come out the next day, but he was professional, thorough, polite, courteous and did a heck of an amazing job. The price is also very fair for the level of work done. My truck is cleaner than when I bought it. I also appreciate that he doesn’t punch the time and call it…he works until the job is complete. My wife had hers done a few months back and after two perfect detail jobs, we will be using them regularly and recommending them to anyone we know. We won’t use anyone else other than Ryan and his company. He had me double check his work, and is willing to work with you in every area to make sure the job is done 100% to your satisfaction. We have worked with other local detailers and none compare. Ryan has our business for life. We’ve recommended him to our friends and family businesses (RnR and Liberty RV Roofing). It’s too bad google only allows 5 stars, because he’s a 10 on every level.

Excellent service Ryan showed up on time spent almost 4 hours on my vehicle. My Jeep looks brand new and its black which is always tough to work with. Thank you Ryan see you next year.

Very Disappointed with the service!I can only be honest on my reviews, I hate going to a place with 4.8* and getting this kind of work done.I was there on Saturday morning 4/11/20 for a interior detailing, is sad to have the proper equipment to do a great job but not caring / not implementing a proper workflow to clean the truck properly, I was surprised to see when I opened the drawer that part hasnt been cleaned, after 2.5 hours of waiting i still asked the guy twice to clean couple of more spots they havent been looked.The most frustrating part is also that they were not crazy busy not having the time to pay more attention to their work even though I would not consider this an excuse.Another thing is that on their goals list (Im also a goal oriented person because I run a business too) they had in the office not a single mark about their customers or regarding their work, only about getting positive reviews and ways of acquiring more work - first focus on your customers and make sure you do your work right & then everything else will follow.I would never go this long on a review but I can only by honest with what Ive got.

Do you want your car to look like it rolled off the showroom floor? That is what just happened to my 2014 Audi Q5. After six years and two kids, my Audi was a disaster! The seats and carpets were stained and the exterior was covered with dried something. Since I was handing it down to my oldest son, I decided to have it detailed. Pro Mobile Auto Detail did an amazing job! I cannot believe how hard they worked and how good my car looks now! They arrive on time, worked nonstop for hours and left my car looking better than I ever expected. I highly recommend this service.

I just got my white 2013 Honda fit detailed. My car was absolutely filthy inside and out. I have 2 grandchildren there were spills on the seats and candy sticking to the carpet. The floor mats were horrid filthy. Im pretty sure if there was a trophy for the filthiest car I would have it. When my car was returned I was so happy and surprised the car looked brand new .Thank you so much. I am going to definitely refer to all of my friends and coworkers.

I lent my car to a friend who is a plasterer by trade when his car broke down. What started as a 1 month loan turned into 5 months. When I got my car back, the black interior looked light grey. I was sure it couldnt be cleaned. Pro Mobile Auto Detail did an amazing job! When I got my car back, the interior looked brand new! Thank you so much!

I really wanted to like this company and with all the rave reviews on google not sure why my experience was so different. The detailing was not to my expectations and the company has been unresponsive. I had significant areas that were missed. Chrome wheels were black, but after the detail was completed I was able to remove it with my finger. Missed several spots in the interior including a significant stain on the seat, was able to remove it myself. Fold down cup holder in the back seat was also missed. Calls and texts have gone unanswered, so I assume the company doesn’t care. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Definitely great stuff! The owner was super accommodating, was polite and cordial and helped ensure we got the exact services we required. Got the interior of my car cleaned and it only toke about an hour and half and they come out to my place and got it done before my shift this morning. Once again, great work and will be using in the future again for price, convenience and ease of use.

Curtis is the best at what he does! Ive gone to him multiple times for interior & exterior detailing, along with removing spray paint from my car. After scheduling twice and nobody showing up at my home or calling to explain why they were not there, I decided to have my money returned by my bank. These guys are either working themselves too thin or its a complete scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible communication.

Like many people, I searched online for a reputable mobile detailing company and this company showed 5 stars and good reviews. I paid to have the interior of my car detailed and the day before the appointment I was contacted by the detailer asking if there was another day in which to complete the detailing since the weather was looking bad. After explaining I had a huge shop in which the detailer could easily complete the task and be out of the weather, the detailer agreed to show up and do the job. The day came and my appointment was from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. By 3:00 p.m. I just assumed they had gotten behind and would be there shortly. By 5:00 p.m. I contacted the number on the website and left a message for them to contact me. By the end of the day, not only did I not have the interior of my vehicle detailed but I never received a phone call, text message, email or any form of contact. It took me over 4 weeks for the owner, Antonio to refund my money. The only reason Antonio refunded my money was because I was prepared to file a small claims lawsuit against him. I dont know if their work is any good but their communication is the worst. I would never, ever recommend this company because for no reason what so ever they did not show up to the complete the job I paid for in advance. Save your money and go to another mobile detailing. I even question whether or not the reviews are actual reviews placed by actual customers or just friends of Antonios putting in reviews to make him look better. If you decide to use this company, DO NOT pay them up front, make them come to your place of business or home, complete the job, then you can pay them. Antonio is nothing but an inconsiderate jerk!!!!!!
