My Husband owns Harrison and Associates. Stevie, ( a sales rep) contacted us about merchant services, rather than just trying to sell us services to sell us something. HE ACTUALLY RECOMMENDED A COMPETITOR, because it would save us money. Then we had an immediate need, a customer wanted to pay a deposit on a credit. My husband called at 8pm the rep told us not to worry. He would find a solution. That night he started our application. The next morning he drove to a job-site to help Joe finish the application. A couple hours later we were approved.Now, I have dealt with many companies and many sale people, when you are in a position where something has to be done fast you often pay a little more.... Eliot Management gave us better rate then we asked for!!!! That never happens. Thank you Integrity still matters. Stevie and his manager are the real deal.

Beware and read the entire 18 pages of the contract carefully. Your contract will be automatically renewed for another year and if you try to cancel there is a hefty fine. We will not be doing business with them again.

Regional Sales Rep William Kagey has been awesome to work with. He has been very helpful with quickly getting back to me and helps me with my requests and questions. Eliot Management Group has provided good merchant services for us. It has been great for my customers to have this service available to them--in fact, they havent had any complaints!

I have been very happy with the Elliot Management group. They have lower processing rates and my salesman Brian Jacob is great, he is always ready to take my call and answer any questions. Great customer service and lower rates is why I am with this company

We have been using EM for almost 3 months now and have yet to have a single issue. We use the mobile card reader as well as our desk unit all the time, it is a easy company to work with and we even get check up calls just to see if everything is going well how is paper levels and provided the cheapest paper distributor in the area that delivers to you! and if everything is going well they do not keep you on the phone for 20 min they are like talking to a friend or partner in business they look out for you and your business and provide great rates to boot!

Excellent communication and service. I really could not be happier with Eliot. Not five stars only because my monthly fees did not go down much like they assured me they would. But their customer service is outstanding especially compared to my previous provider

The ABSOLUTE WORST MERCHANT COMPANY EVER!!! They dont back their businesses when theres a dispute, charge you random fees for not being compliant, but dont tell you youre not compliant until a month later when it shows up on your bank statement. Customer services is amazing, until you sign up, then forget about it. I told them I wanted to purchase the terminal & guess what, they put me on a 5 year lease, to get out of it would be $2400!!!! PLEASE DONT CONSIDER THIS MERCHANT TO PROCESS YOUR CARDS!!

Weve used Eliot credit card processing for over 10 years and on the whole we are happy with them. Weve had little to no problems with the actual processing or equipment and when we have Eliots been very responsive to our concerns.We do have an issue with the fact that we get one to two calls monthly from Eliot trying to sell us credit card processing. We would have given them 5 stars otherwise. It doesnt do much to make us feel like valued customers if they cant even remember that we are already customers and have been for a long time. Wed like to see a note put in whatever system they generate the calls from that shows current customers so perhaps the calls would stop :)

A month ago I received a call from Eliot Management wanting to be of service to me. We had just made new changes and werent about to change again. They continued to press me. I told them I didnt need them right now. They asked if they could call back in two weeks. I said there would be no need. They offered to call back in six months -- again I said there would be no need. A day or two later I received a call from Eliot Management, this time a different representative. I told them I had just received a call from them a day or two ago and everything has been worked out. They apologized and hung up. Just today they attempted to call again but we werent able to answer. It would be nice if they would honor my request.

Great people to work with setting up account. The set up was fast and easy.Our settlements are posted in a day or two. Instant e-mail conformation. Love that.

They make all kinds of promises until you sign on the dotted line, and then they break them! I highly recommend any company that isnt Elliot Management group. Deal with a company with integrity

Very disappointed. They held my deposits for a week. I called left a message. Called again the next morning they said that a hold was put on my account but has been lifted this morning and ill get all of my deposits on Monday. They said a hold was put on because they tried to collect 188 from my accont and was denied, my bank said it was not true. There has not been no hold on my bank account and no attempt. This has put my business in a great distress. I am not able to pay my bills or employees. I dont understand how someone can just stop giving you your money for no reason and not even an apology. Then the guy that I was talking to was VERY RUDE about it. Acted like it was nothing. When you have 6 employees that depend on there pay check it is a very big deal, a simple Im sorry we made a mistake would have gone a long way.

Shady. A man called sometime ago and asked for the owner. Well the owner isnt just around. Then after I told him I could take a message he asked for the owners name. This is not hard to find out for anyone. As it is on public record. Weird. So I gave him our owners name. I asked him to leave a call back number and reason for calling he would not.Fast forward to today. Again same thing, Is your owner there? No hes not, OK whats his name? Again, he already has this info, easy for a LEGIT company to find, or most average people, besides I gave it to him a few weeks ago. So I say to this kid what is this about. Well we are a credit card banking system. OK this at this point has red lights everywhere. A true banking system would have all the relevant info. So I tell him we are with a bank, duh, already have a service we use in the field, and we are PCI compliant. He starts to actually stutter over his words at this point, claiming we are not PCI compliant and I shut him right down. Yes we are and the bank actual told us who to do through so we would not accidentally be defrauded by companies like this.If this is a legit service then they need to seriously step up their game. Everything about this screams scam! Right now they to me are a scam, trying to phish merchant numbers and credt card numbers off our on site services. So I tell him take me off his calling list. He immediately calls our other line. Different number, different company name, SAME BUSINESS AND OWNER. Why dont you know that? Because youre a scam. SCAM! All these positive reviews...not buying it.

Update: its easy to see most of these 5 star reviews are from employees and family.I would never recommend this company to anyone. These people have cost me nearly 2,000.00 dollars for a service i used for 3 months.Beware of their contracts. They are no where close to what they claim to be.It is very clear this company makes its money from bad buisness practinces.

They dont give up! This company has been hounding me for years. After repeated request to be taken off their call list, 56 times in all. Think it is time to get a lawyer!

This has to be one of the top 5 companies with horrid customer service, shady business practices, hidden fees and non enforceable agreements. If you are looking to be screwed with regards to your credit card processing by all means use this company

I haven’t done business with them, because I don’t need their services, but even if I did I wouldn’t use them due to their shady phone practices. They call multiple times per week, even several times per day, and even after telling them I’m not interested and asking to be removed from their call list, the calls keep coming. I finally had to block their number with my phone provider.
