Zero Stars!! I work in the insurance industry and will never recommend this ServPro location. I have a water loss in my home at the end of May, it took out 3 bathrooms. Mitch - project manager sets up a bunch of equipment, returns the next day and checks to get readings. 1 week later they show up again to do readings only because we kept calling them. The equipment was finally removed after two weeks of calling and waiting for the tear out to be completed. I was going to use the construction division and they are 2 months out, so the referred me to BW Construction who informed me that they would commit insurance fraud to get more money. Now after 2 weeks of waiting to get the invoice, I am still waiting. My adjuster was told another week before they might see it. Unfortunately, I can not move forward on the repairs because the insurance company needs the invoice. What horrible service, and experience. DO NOT USE!!!
This company was called to assist in mitigating a bathroom flood at a condo in Spokane Valley. I reluctantly agreed to letting them leave a couple machines, when in fact they were useless because the floor had to be removed and replaced. The servicemen were inexperienced and unprofessional. I had the machines removed the next day, but was later assessed $647 for them leaving the machines overnight. This was all they did. I contested the charges, but forgot about them until 2 years later, when theyre collection attorney, Michael Church had me served with $4137 bill for the $647 and 12% interest totaling $4137. Ive seen many other bad reviews about this company and spoke with other Servpro franchises who said they would not have done this and stated they heard a lot of negative things about this company. Look them up on Yelp, Angies Lift, etc. Im sure theyll have this removed before long, as they have the other bad reviews on their own site they control.
Many thanks to the Servpro team! They stepped in to save the day after a tree fell on my house during the recent windstorm. They came and assessed the damage and have been working with my insurance company to help get things back on track. They cleaned all of my clothing and linens after they were buried in several inches of ceiling insulation! Thank you so much team (Selena, John, Anna, Jessica, Chase, and Alicia)!
The restoration and cleanup workers did a great job. The 2 brothers that came and and did the initial cleanup were hard workers and a delight to have helping us. Honest polite and easy to be around with any questions I had.
I have an out-of-town client getting ready to sell a home here in Spokane and we finally were allowed possession of the property after some nuisance tenants left. Being the eyes and ears on the ground, I was expecting to hire someone to clean, but once I stepped foot inside I knew we needed a whole team of pros. Frantic about the state of the house and the garbage left behind - I found ServePro and gave them a call hoping they could help us out. Within an hour Chase was at the house with me giving us a quote and scheduling us in two days. You would have NO IDEA that this house had ever been that dirty. The appliances now look brand new when I was sure we would have to replace them. Huge thanks to Jessica, Kim, Norma, Selena, John & Anna. They did this insane amount of work in only two days time, saving us precious days (or weeks) waiting to be able to list the home for sale. Thanks for helping me look good! Ill be recommending you to any future clients that need to restore their home back to the best it was.
ServPro Northwest Spokane was very responsive to my needs. I called early on Friday morning, Nov. 13, 2020, and they showed up very quickly and were professional and kept me apprised every day. We had a fitting on a plumbing hot water line that went to my shower in our master bath upstairs fail. Th fitting was less than a year old. It flooded our bath and bedroom on the second floor and all but one room on our main floor. !5 fans and 5 dehumidifiers were used to dry us out. I then had ServPro recommend a great contractor to do the work and he was prompt and is working on the project now.
We were on the final step of a 3 1/2 month water mitigation project and I was frustrated with the results of the carpet cleaning. Tanner and Gunner came out and worked diligently until I was satisfied with the results. They are courteous, professional, and wonderful to work with.
They did an incredible job at my home There was some demo from from a plumbing leak at one of my properties. Will definitely refer this company to others and use them again. 😁
We hired this franchise of SERVPRO to help with a flood that occurred in our basement. The crew was dispatched in a timely manner and the whole job was handled professionally from start to finish. Will be hiring these guys in the future if needed.
The guys that came out for our clean up job were awesome! They were very friendly, explained the process and went straight to work. Afterwards they outlined the details of the work they did. They were very thorough and extremely efficient. I was again pleased when I received the invoice and it came in almost $600 under budget!! I highly recommend this company!!
When my finished basement flooded it was extremely overwhelming for us. We didn’t know what to do, but we had to call someone because it was too much water for us to remove. We called Servpro. They were able to remove All the water, dry and clean everything pretty fast, they also handled the construction necessary to repair the damage from the flood. Chris was great to work with, and made sure the work was completed as quickly as possible and that I was happy with the quality.
I called Servpro when my finished basement flooded by my Sewer line backing up. After they were able to dry out the basement, they packed up everything and removed all the damaged walls and flooring and started fresh. The construction crew Jake and Chris brought back my finished basement better and beautiful.
Chris Mertes and his construction crew saved the day. As soon as they got the project they were responsive and efficient. They got my house back on the market in less than a week! Thanks Chris!
I called and they were quick to my house to start cleaning and taking care of the mess in my basement. They were kind and walked me through the process
I honestly think giving them a 0, if I could, would be giving them too much credit. They came out because we had a toilet overflow. Initially they were fairly responsive, the group that were sent out and packed up everything in the bedroom/bathroom were great. Then the problems began, the demo crew took the demo part way to literally. I kept having to go in there and ask them what they were doing since they kept trying to tear things up that didnt necessarily need it and damaged or completely destroyed sinks and other things that the insurance (and I) had specifically told them we were keeping to reuse . Then the contractor came over, showed up regularly enough to give us an estimate and said that he was always available, which he never was. There were NUMEROUS errors on it. For instance painting was listed twice for the same room and listed over 2000 square feet of drywall, which is pretty much the whole house. When asked about it they just stocked it up to entering the value wrong. We would also go weeks on end without hearing anything from him at all. Then I got a bill from the demo guys, which again had numerous errors, like saying that they took things out that I had removed before they even showed up. It had been over 3 months spent screwing around with them with no sign of anything getting done, that coupled with the numerous errors on invoices let me to believe that the job would have never been finished and that they would have tried to over charge for everything and anything that they could.
Not very good. Late to the job. Had to provide jumper cables so they could start their equipment.
The crew that came to pack and take care of our belongings was very slow and one of the girls spent more time in our bathroom at the mirror and on her phone than she did working... they drank sodas and then we found their empty cans packed with our belongings.... they opened packs of my babies diapers and packed glass items with them....We got someone elses items back when they brought our items back to us and I contacted the lady whos artwork was given to us and Servpro threatened me and told me if I let her pickup her items up that they would drag me into court.....We have misisng items and honestly just gave up contacting them. Chase at servpro stopped returning calls or texts. They also brought back molding items wrapped in their plastic.... they refused to move our wood guncase which had NO GUNS IN IT OR AMO and refused to claims out a desk that had water under it but claimed out a mini fridge that went missing and when i asked about it they then claimed it out.I dont know about other servpros but Id avoid the one out of Deer Park WA....
I got scheduled a few days out and 30 minutes before my appointment I was rescheduled. No explanation or apology for the late notice. I was told 9am today but at 9:15 I called them, talked to Rachel and was told the Tech was on his way and that I would get a call from him. It’s after 11am: no call, no show. Extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
Extremely fast response, very professional and answered all my questions. What really stood out was their communication and customer service which was a real breath of fresh air after the first company I called. Great company to work with, especially Michael & Stephanie; actually made a horrible experience bearable - I will be recommending SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane to all my family and friends.
This company was called by State Farm when my parents basement flooded. This Servpro franchise dose not have a basic understanding of flood recovery or repair. To prevent mold, you must remove moisture, or food (for the mold to eat) or heat (for the mold to germinate). This must be done in a timely manner. (This is basic middle school biology)Servpro did NONE of these. They never finished the job. My elderly parents had to hire another contractor to finish the job there insurance company paid SERVPRO to finish. To add insult to injury, SERVPRO pretended to be filling a lawsuit aginst my parents to collect money that had already been paid.(That is a violation of league ethics.)If you need help for flood damage, DO NOT use this company.Notice that any positive review of this company have been done by someone who has only given 1 review. This company dose not follow any kind of rules or ethics. They dont seem to have the skills or experience needed to do flood clean-up.**Note: My opinion is my own and not that of anyone else. It is based on years of working in skilled trades and my education.
Service beyond belief! I had an issue with my bathroom, so I called Servpro who had originally done the work in my bathroom. Chris Mertes, construction manager was in my house three hours later, to look at the issue. Three hours later I had a service technician in my home, And two hours later the issue was resolved. I was so impressed that even though the warrantee had passed, they fixed the problem with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends, thank you Servpro for your service.
Would give then 0 stars if had the opportunity. I have used another Servpro in past and was impressed. This particular company charged me the same price for 1 day as the other servpro did for 5 days. After several calls the owner refused to call me back. I was making payments each month (which i set up with them) they called out of the blue and said they were sending me to collection. I have paid off the bill and will never use this company again.
