I love this barbershop. The hairstylists are amazing. Great conversation, but the haircuts are the best. They take time and care and I always leave happy. You cant beat the price either!

As a visitor to Spokane, I had no idea where to get a haircut in this COVID environment. I was lucky to find The Barbers on Grand who are still open and taking same-day appointments (no walk-ins), so be sure to call in advance.The interior is clean and tidy, and the customer service is 5-star all the way. Customers are expected to wait outside until their stylist is ready to reduce the number of people in the shop at any one time.

They do great haircuts. The staff is extremely friendly and they know what theyre doing. I will say the turnover seems to be rather high as I almost never see the same people working over the years.Its a great place to go. Handled covid regulations seriously but werent so crazy that you needed to be afraid of being scrutinized.

These ladies do a great job .very fast and professional . i have never had a bad haircut here . plus they do neck shaves with hot lather. Just like old school barbershops . this place is awesome.

Usually quick and they keep your haircutting profile in your notes connected to your phone #. Id give them 5 but no wash for $20.

Got there 3 minutes after they opened (10:03) put my name on the list to get cut by one of the two credible barbers at this location. Waited, waited, waited. Finally at 10:40 the barber called someone up from the list that had signed in at 10:35. Which sucks because it takes time and effort to find a barber that actually knows what they’re doing. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive determined this is my favorite place to get a haircut! Top notch barbers/stylists always do an excellent job that never needs fixed when I get home! They do touch up service and they have a military discount!!

Are the haircuts here now timed like great clips and those types of places. The last two cuts I got here have been brutal. The first of the two was so bad I ended up wearing a hat for a month. She did not even use her clippers on the top and gave me a bull cut that looked like something a kid gets when there four. I got so much s**t about that haircut.I know you can’t pick the Barber at your shop, but I would never let her touch my hair again.The most recent one I got was a little better, but not what I asked for. She didn’t offer me a neck shave, something I ALWAYS. The cut couldn’t of taken her even 10 minutes before she pulled the apron off and walked up to the till. Didn’t even put product in my hair, and forgot the hard part I always get.Also, on a week day when it’s not busy, is there anyway you can pick your barber. There is a blonde girl with some tattoos that has always done an awesome job, and was the reason I made the switch to you, after going to the Master Barber at Weldon for five plus years.

A friend recommended this location to me so I walked in one Saturday. They were busy and I was happy about that. We come here to get my hubbys hair whacked off! Its amazing how fast it grows! The staff is always amazing! We always get the works with a beard trim. They even try his eyebrows for me! He always looks great when theyre done and he is always happy! Weve been coming here so long that we know a bit about each of the regulars that do his cuts and are always happy to chat when we get to see them. Weve never needed to make an appointment or call ahead but they do take both! Theyre great with adults and kids! Oh and free popcorn! How can you go wrong!

This is the barber experience that I remember as a kid. Dad would take me and tell the barber he needs a cut. The barber did his/her work with perfection, skill & artistry. My haircut with Kory was no different than years past, besides the fact I am much older.My favorite thing to bring to a new barbershop (new to me) is a blank canvas. Beard gone wild and hair without style. Kory asked me what I was wanting to be done in which I replied do you whatever you think looks best. He is professional, experienced and accommodating. I will be back in 6 weeks without a doubt.

Wanted a local barber shop and I found my new home. The service is fantastic. They were very patient with my son as it was his first trip to a barber shop. They were wonderful with him. I got an adult haircut too and the attention to detail was on point.The location was very easy to access, very clean, and very reasonably priced.I will be a regular here for sure! Thank you!

Didnt deserve the one star! If you fail to plan you should plan to fail!!Arrived to stand in line to get on a list, only to have employment randomly select from the line outside!!! There were no policies posted or explained!!!! Personally I found this very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Covid is no excuse

I have had my hair cut at 3 other places before coming to The Barbers on South Hill. I am a recently separated veteran and have had my hair buzzed for over a decade, but decided to grow it out. With each visit, I have been greeted by the awesome staff who are really friendly and gave excellent advice based on the way I have been attempting to style my hair. Every time I leave here, I look great! My wife thinks I look younger and happier, and I feel confident that I can walk around in public without a hat. You ladies rock!

Lana is amazing! And she had never cut my hair before, but I was super STOKED when she called my name to do my hair! I knew she was going to KILL IT just by watching her! You can see when she’s doing her thing, that she takes pride and puts passion in her work!After she got going (and as picky as I am about my hair) I told her to just ROLL WITH IT! I had total confidence in her ability to send me out of there looking FRESHHHH! And she didn’t let me down!I’ve never had so many compliments on a haircut! I would recommend her to anyone!

One lady did a great job on my sons hair, but another butchered mine unfortunately. Im not one to gripe while Im in the shop, or write a bad review, but after a couple days of staring at my hair, I just get more and more irritated. I cant even style it and Im beyond frustrated. Time to look for a new barber. Theyre very nice and the service is good, and thats worth something, but I didnt go in there just for a warm personality, I went in there to get my hair cut, and now I have to pay to get it fixed.....joy.

I just recently moved to Spokane from Post Falls and have been looking for a good Barber Shop. I have been to a couple different man shop Barbers and have had nothing but bad experiences so I decided to try The Barbers today. I received a very good haircut from a really nice lady who took her time to make sure I got what I wanted.

I waited there for 30 minutes for nothing. At first, two stylists were available and just chatting. Then a third became available, then a fourth. No other customers were there, and no one ever called me up. So I walked out and will never go back. Apparently gossiping at work is more important than actually working. Dont waste your time.

The gals working there get 5⭐ but when I walked in it was so moist in there and found out that the A/C hasnt been working. The gals were troopers still cutting hair but you could tell that they were miserable and having to deal with not only the moist conditions but with boob sweat as well. Hopefully the A/C can get fixed ASAP so they can continue to give great service to the South Hill! Once the A/C is fixed I will rewrite this review and go back to a 5 🌟 rewiew. 😁

I used to get my haircut by Lana when she worked for Superclips and was told she had moved on.I was shocked when I first walked into the Barbers and she was working there and I have been going to her ever since and Im never disappointed
