I contacted Ace in a great desperation to get released from jail, after days, with no help from local help, He found my children out of state through Facebook and my bail was posted that night. I want to add that this was early January and it was very cold. i was not dressed for winter. I did not have a winter coat. I had no where to go once upon released and he took the time to make arrangements with my family and ended up at a very nice room at the Red Lion. I had contacted other bail bond companies who would not talk to me and did not want to help me, because I had no money or access my money for bail. I highly recommend using this business and over the time since consider the owner a good friend. Thank you Rodger for all you have done a lot for me! What more can I say? Oh I would like to add I was falsely accused.

I have practiced criminal law in Spokane for 20 years and when I need someone bonded out of jail I call Rodger. I know nobody who is on top of things faster nor who works harder to get things done than Rodger. If you are too sensitive or have no money, hes not your guy. But if you have a problem and the resources to have a professional handle it, nobody is better than Rodger.

Everytime Ive contacted him hes been more then helpful to myself and my family for several years now. I Appreciated how straight forward he was there was no bs just for him to make a dollar. His words were true and he was able to keep his word and had us out very quickly thank god.

Very nice guy. Came in after he was closed to sign paperwork when we bailed my brother out. 5 stars.Called to bail a friend out last night at 9:45 PM and he was extremely rude. Asked what the charges were and I told him possession of marijuana and DUI. (You can see these charges specifically on the inmate roster) he said no they don’t take people in for those charges anymore. Was not helpful in the slightest and hung up on us for absolutely no reason after I ran around trying to find someone else to co-sign. I don’t think I will ever take my business back to him. The first time we came in he was awesome and handed me extra business cards that I was going to hand out. 1 star.

The guy who answered the phone tonight was a complete a hole. Got personal asking what happened and then putting his 2 cents into our relationship and laughing. He was completely unprofessional and if you don’t like doing what you do then don’t do it! I took my business else where. He lost $$$. I hope no one else give them business as it was completely uncalled for.

He was straightforward and honest throughout the whole experience, not to mention that because I was so cooperative throughout the situation, he cut me a few hundred dollars worth of slack! Bottom line, short and sweet, dont screw him and he wont screw you.

Aces Bail Bonds told me to meet them at their office when I got the money to make the bail, and when I finally got the money the guy said I cant do it, I then asked why not he stated I just Cant He was totally rude, Had me waiting in front of his office for two hours after he told me he would meet me there, They have terrible customer service skills at Aces Bail Bonds!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

This guy wanted $130 for a $500 bail when others only wanted $110. Then asked my girlfriend out when I was in jail. How unprofessional. Just go anywhere else.

Wouldnt even consider helping us. Were very rude and not very helpful at all.

I called Aces Bail Bonds for help on Monday evening at 915pm and the man told me to meet him at his office at 10pm,I did and he never showed up and I waited for 30 minutes as well as calling him often.I never received a call back or explanation!
