This is the second time bringing one if my vehicles in Shogrens. Justin was helpful diagnosing and clearing our engine code. The last time my truck battery died but as I suspected it was actually the alternator. They replaced that and didnt try to sell me any extras like a new battery since they recharged my still good battery.Well be back (hopefully just for preventative maintenance)

Im from out of town and thankfully Google steered me to Shogrens. Justin was incredibly nice to me and took the time to really talk over the problems I was having with my truck. Not only did he fix in just a couple of hours, but he was cool enough to take a stab at the wiring on my camper fridge fan. He managed to fix that, too. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

The most honest car repair shop Ive EVER been to. My whole family plus a handful of family friends all take all of our cars here. We wouldnt even think of taking it somewhere else..at first Everytime my car went to the shop I would shop around until I figured out that they were the most honest and best priced shop in town.see for yourself ...but only if you want to find the best mechanic in town.by far!!

I dropped my car off here Tuesday night after close. He called about 9AM Wednesday with a solution. Work was done before 2PM and I picked up that day. Excellent customer service and my vehicle runs like a charm. I will be returning when the time inevitably comes.Edit: The time inevitably came and they did it again. This place rocks.

Honest. Reliable. They know what they are doing. Its nice to find a place where the guy working on your truck has probably been busting knuckles under the hood of a rig since he was six years old. Id refer this place in a heartbeat.

They repaired my car alright, but the mechanic slammed my car hood down in front of me and I will never go back there.

My truck was running rough but they could not get it in right away. I took it to Bobs on Francis who diagnosed it with all 4 catalytic converters being bad. $2,500+ repair. Plus I had to pay $150 for diagnosis.I believed that to be suspect so waited to get it into Shogrens. Im glad I did.It was bad plugs and a bad vacuum hose. Way less than $2,500 and it runs fine now.Shogrens is honest reliable and fair I highly recommend them.

Our entire family takes all of their vehicles to Shogrens. We fully trust these mechanics, and have always felt like they do a 5 star job. Absolutely nothing to complain about, they are terrific at what they do! We have family that have bought spruced up, used vehicles from them and have been over the moon with their purchase! Very satisfied customer!
