Larry H Miller perform a fuel pumped recall on a 19 Honda Accord before they sold it to me. 1000 miles after purchase my vehicle broke down and left me stranded. Walla walla Honda found that there technician at Larry H Miller installed the oring on the pump incorrectly and they had to have known they did cause you would of had to force it on. They really need to hire better technicians. I could of been in a bad accident due to a technician will to care. I’d give no stars if I could

I will never buy another car from this dealership. The service department is awful. I paid $3000 for an extended warranty and I had an airbag light come on in my car and sure enough it’s not covered by the warranty. In addition I have always received terrible customer service from the service department. If you are interested in buying a Honda do yourself a favor and go to CDA Honda.

I helped my daughter purchased a car from you. Great experience on the purchase. Very poor customer service after the sale. Vertually no response to her calls and messages. She had to purchase accessories from another dealer and still no plates. I would have given one star but the sale was a good experience.UPDATE. I called per your message. Had maintenance done on our 2014 Honda CRV that we tow behind our motor home.Brian Dean is our service rep. and we are absolutely delighted with him. He and his team went through and fixed/replaced all necessary items to ensure we were safe and trouble free. The car is responding like a whole new car. Came in to look at a potential purchase of CR-V. Once we got to trying to understand what was the deal being offered and asking for their best deal and why we should buy from them rather someone else, Alec (salesperson) became rude and did not make us feel welcomed. Take ten minutes to watch YouTube videos on what questions salespeople ask and be equipped. Poor experience for sure.

We would recommend Daniel to anyone who is in need of a new car. He was helpful and did not once pressure us to purchase. This is a first for us from a car dealership. When my wife and I decided it was time for a new car, the thought of going into dealerships sincerely made me want to vomit. The idea of the vultures circling, the pushy what can we do to get this deal done today closes and the never ending negotiation tactics made me feel like maybe our family could just have one car...nevertheless, I ended up on Downtown Hondas webpage where I found a car that I thought would suit our family. I contacted dealership for more info and received a prompt call back from Alec, our sales rep. Alec was extremely professional and kind, not pushy at all. He answered my questions directly, when he didnt know something he found out the correct answer, not just telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. When we went for a test drive Alec was not available so we were sent out with Randy, again who answered all of our questions and was well informed on the features of the car. He was never pushy and actually listened to what was important to us and made sure our concerns were answered. When we went in to do the paperwork Alec was fast and efficient, which is important for a family with a 8 and 6 year old. We finished with our financing paperwork with Trevor who explained everything extremely well and again, was very quick and efficient. In total our purchasing the car only took about 90 minutes and we were very happy with how we were treated. It took the anxiety and worry about being sold out of the process for us. It felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure the car (and the price) was right for our family and werent just trying to sell us anything to get it off the lot. Thank you guys so much. You took away so much of the anxiety of buying a car that Im sure well do business with Downtown Honda when its time to replace our other vehicle.

The employees might have not been feeling great that day but their was no greeting I understand that everyone has their days but just know what profession you are in and thats dealing with people take a mini break get yourself back together dont take it out on every person.. other than that I gave them a 5star on getting the job done and dealing with us the customer

We leased a car 3 years ago. The leasing process was terribly unorganized and took hours to complete. Three years later, I came back to look at financing to buy out my leased vehicle. Again, the process was terrible, and they kept quoting me well above my stated buyout price, (which is documented in the lease paperwork) AND added fees onto my loan that were not supposed to be there. One was a $300 vehicle theft registration fee that they kept implying was mandatory. (its NOT!) The other was a disposition fee, which is to cover the cleaning of vehicles that are turned in after leasing (which I was not doing). Being a younger female, Im guessing they thought I wouldnt pay attention to the paperwork and they tried to take advantage of that. Needless to say, I walked out of there after wasting over 2 hours of my time, and found my own financing. Because of this experience, I probably wont ever go back, even though they do have a good deal on oil changes. Id rather go to a local small business thats HONEST.

I had oil change and tire change over and battery checked etc. ....now my radio iwont work because that happens when battery is disconnected...and I was hoping to have clock time updated but it was left flashing...not first time this has happened with the radio. It may seem like a small thing but when I have to take time off from work to come back it costs me money and time. So kinda disappointed about that. I will say they were courteous and took time to explain things well.

I always have a good experience at Larry H Miller Honda. My fit ran over a tree in the windstorm and was towed to the service center which didn’t have power. The next day they inspected it and got back to me. With a new battery and alignment, it was good to go. Brian explained everything and gave me the contact to do the body work. I had to get my Honda serviced and I worked with Alex, he was extremely nice and I could tell he wasn’t trying to screw me over since I’m a girl cause I know a lot of places do that sadly. Poor salesmen, even worse management. Better pray you dont need ANYTHING after the sale because you will never receive a call back. Also worst sale Ive ever been through, I never met the financing officer, never received my paperwork and had to call in multiple times to even know who my financing was with (never heard back). They did not fix the rock chips in the windshield of the car they sold me as promised, 1 month later I have a CRACK the width of the front windshield, a $700 fix without me having the car for a month. NEVER CALLED BACK for that either. very poor customer service. I wont go back and I wont be recommending them to anyone.

Toni Cornell was the absolute best to work with. She is actually honest and treats you like a person. She works and fights for you. She is extremely non judgmental and genuinely understanding. My wife and I had some unfortunate situations that left us having to go Bankrupt, and after being been screwed over by Auto Credit Sales we were left with no car. I worked with Alec to purchase a new 2021 Honda Insight. Not gonna lie, I did a LOT of researching, strategizing, and negotiating to make this deal. But that’s the game of buying a new car. So, if you take that into account, I can verifiably tell you I did have fun making this purchase. Yes, fun! Alec and I did go toe-to-toe. However, the entire time he exuded utmost respect for me and authenticity—honestly a surprise with me being a 20-something female. I’ve experienced a lot of patronizing behavior from car dealers in the past. In the end, I got the car into the dollar range I hoped for. All the details were spelled out clearly. No sneaky warranties or extras tacked on without explanation. If I said I didn’t want something, it was removed. Also, Alec is pretty new to LHM, so he didn’t know ALL the details. Yet he was incredibly humble about that fact, which earns a plethora of brownie points in my book. I very much recommend working with LHM Honda and Alec. But please, everyone, do your homework before trying to buy a car.

Our last experience at LHM was in 2012 and not exactly the best. However, Toni Cornell more than made up for it. She took the time to help us explore what vehicle was right for us. Over the course of multiple appointments, she took her time to patiently explain the features of our chosen car to each of our kids separately. All workers in all departments are wonderful, Nick (the Greek) and Brian are so generous and always helpful. I’m a returning customer, well... I used to be. We talked to the general manager to see if he could lower our rates since we struggle bad financially. Instead of being kind and explaining the process, he was trying to pick a fight it seemed. Saying it’s his job, he deals with people like us a lot, he wouldn’t hold our down payment because “they are a billion dollar company” and wouldn’t steal like that. It sounds innocent but he was being very rude, almost rubbing it in our faces that he’s better than us. He wouldn’t let us borrow the car one more day to think if we wanted the car, which could have left us car less since ours was totaled. Overall he lacked empathy and refused to work with us. Also didn’t like that we knew about some things and change his answers when he realized we knew he was lying. Very disappointed and most likely won’t be buying there again.

Recently, we decided to replace our trusty 1998 Honda Accord EX (270,000 + miles). We were particularly interested in the latest safety features included in Honda vehicles manufactured in recent years. We got in touch with Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda, Spokane, via the internet and soon were communicating with Toni, who was immediately helpful and invited us to visit to take a look at a 2017 Accord Hybrid that had just been returned at the end of a lease. With only 34,000 miles on the odometer, we were interested.We arrived at the dealership without making an appointment at a specific time, and when we did arrive, Toni was occupied with another customer, so she introduced us to Bill, who led us to the vehicle we were interested in.Bill was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient; no pushy sales pitches or anything like that. We soon decided to buy the 2017 Accord Hybrid, and Bill was very cooperative in helping us to work out a financial arrangement that suited our situation. We left that day the owners of an up-to-date, safety features heavy Accord Hybrid.The next day, at home we decided to check out the trunk of our new vehicle and were surprised to find no spare tire--no donut, no regular spare, no tire repair kit, nothing. I ended up talking with both Toni and Bill by phone, and they explained that Honda no longer puts a spare tire of any kind in their new cars, which seems an unfortunate decision on the part of the Honda company. Anyway, the vehicle we had purchased had, no doubt, had whats now standard with Hondas, a tire repair kit rather than a spare tire or donut spare. Apparently, the repair kit had been removed somewhere along the line, so there was nothing.For us, this was a safety issue. We explained this to Toni, and within a few days she had resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Thank you, Toni, and thank you Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda, Spokane!

On the positive side, the person we worked with was very pleasant to work with. He allowed us to use a loaner car and took time to show us how to operate it. The diagnostic was thorough and the work was done well. Our car was even washed for us. On the negative side, we were told by this dealership that we would need to spend $3,400 for a ring job. Our mechanic at home said we could just replace the fouled spark plug for $20 for the part, plus labor, and the car wouldn’t need any more work. This dealership agreed to do that and treated us politely anyway.
