Absolutely mortified of how Staci communicated with me. Incredibly rude, incredibly disrespectful, I honestly dont even know how someone like her has a job in customer service because the way she was speaking was not okay. She raised her voice at me and proceeded to interrupt me instead of listening to what I was trying to ask and ended up hanging up on me. My entire office heard her raising her voice, yelling at me. The conversation absolutely should not have escalated to the point that it did. Horrendous experience. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever.

For years I would shop insurance every 6 months. I always tried to get the best deal possible. I happened to see Stacis agency online and gave her a call. That was over 6 years ago. Kerner insurance worked with us in getting our home insurance. In selling us the policy, Staci was friendly and quick to respond in communication. We were less than impressed how the situation switched when we actually needed to file a claim because of a house fire we went through. When seeking to get clarity about our policy by Staci, her answers were short and rude at times. She seemed unwilling to answer even basic questions. We have heard from many others that their insurance agent had been more helpful in a claims process than the lack of service we received. We rarely write poor reviews but if we can limit someone elses bad experience when going through a claim, we will do so.
