Alyssa was super friendly and it was incredibly fast and easy to set me up with new quote. She was quick to answer questions and gave me good advice about coverages I should include on my quote. And it all took only 15 minutes, something that cant be said about my old insurance company where I would be on hold for twice that time then spend an hour trying to set all of this up.

Leslie was very helpful and my wait time was very short. I have used Geico for years and been very happy with the service that I have received.I’m updating my review on 09/28/2021. If you need any help at all in the auto section they are very fast and helpful. If you need to be transferred to the motorcycle department then good luck. I’ve called twice in the last two weeks and the first time I was transferred around about 4 times before a recorded voice said they were too busy and the call ended. Today I called again and after 25 minutes of waiting and being transferred another 4 times I was finally able to talk to someone that could help. Every time I was transferred I had to re-enter my date of birth and explain what I needed done. For being the same company it seems like there is a huge disconnect between different departments. I will not be using geico in the future for motorcycle insurance.

When I called today to check to make sure my payment went through, I talked to Dylan Otis from the Spokane Washington office. He had my information right in front of him in a hot second. Quoted a rate to get my business, then after taking my credit card info the policy prices when up by over $100 compared to the quotes I have in writing. This Geico Agent does not have your best interest in mind. Go somewhere else. They are not a customer focused agent.

Like any other beginner driver you tempt to struggle on getting affordable quotes, and if you happen to find an affordable one they usually are not good quality or have any good service when it comes to a needy situation.Geico definitely helped me with all of that and even more! Today I had an absolutely terrible experience with progressive, and after getting off the phone I remembered that I had missed a call from Geico to finish my quote I had started a few months back. This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. I got in an accident 3 months ago by someone who goes through this insurance and this has been the most unprofessional insurance company. The guy that was working my case left the company and no one picked up my claim. I tried to get ahold of someone for 2 months finally got a hold of someone told them my problem they said they would fix it get a call today from my rental car place saying that they stopped paying for my car and I still dont have my car back I call them and she seams unconsumed with my problem that I need to fix by the end of the day.
