I am inheriting a family home in North Spokane WA. The home has been insured for the last 50 years. The home is in great condition. Farmers on N. Division sold me a new one year policy. After two weeks they called me to tell me that the policy has been denied. They said that the roof had a little moss and pine needles on it. It is still early spring. We get up on the roof a few times a year to clean the needles off. I called this morning to get my years deposit back. I was told they will only give back part of it. They denied me, I didnt cancel them. After the cancellation I called Geico and they excepted and for $100 less and more coverage. Please shop around before singing with Farmers.
