Not only were they out there first thing Saturday morning, but he sent an estimate over on Friday that was exactly the same as what he charged on Saturday. He left us an itemized invoice, as well as many pictures of the work they had done (which was a lot)! I am the CEO of the Crook County Hospital located in Sundance, WY and contracted with Quality Finish/Shae to come to the hospital to professionally clean all of the carpets and strip and wax the floors in the hospital, nursing home and clinic. Shae came and met with me and my staff to discuss how this very large project could be done and gave me a very competitive price. Shae and his team have done an outstanding job with all of the floors. Their flexibility made this project so easy. He was here at 2:00am doing floors so it would not disturb the normal day-to-day business of the hospital.
