Charles does not like responding to emails if you have any questions. The ladies in the office are rude and snarky. I don’t understand how they think it’s ok to treat people this way. It’s a very strange way to do business.

This location (Spartanburg) and the Monroe, Louisiana location are the best I have visited. The Tupelo, Ms. was probably the worst..

Great place to work. I wasnt actually working for Ryder, I was with a temp service, who drove their trucks and run loads for them. They have very nice trucks. They are automatic transmission trucks. They have great benefits. A very reputable company.

As far as truck shops go, its acceptable. The staff is nice enough, although its limited to Ryder trucks only. I appreciate having a vacuum and cleaning supplies at the fuel island... nice touch.

This is our least favorite Ryder shop. The drivers lounge - waiting area has the most uncomfortable chairs. They try and push you into a loaner and half shod repairs. Save yourself a hassle and go to Charlotte or Columbia.

I was given a dirty semi to use for 2 weeks. The ac doesnt work in the sleeper. Only one speaker works in the entire truck for the radio. I will never return to this location.
