I brought my tractor in for a couple of issues. Even though the main issue wasnt resolved due to not having the part. However, I now have fresh air circulating in my tractor after they changed all the air filters. No extremely long wait time either.

Great experience in renting a Semi Tractor!!I still cant believe how fast and well prepared they are. Frank was my salesperson and set us up in the system before we rented, he spoke highly of the company he works for and was confident that we would be satisfied. As soon as I developed a need to rent a truck he set up our reservation and I went in and Nick and a few others got me in and out faster than any car rental has ever done for us.Great equipment to use and such a fast easy process. I applaud this team for having such respect for my time and being first class in customer service! Very hard to find these days. Great work, Ill be back!!

Penske takes care of their customers. If the truck quits, they will swap it out as soon as they can get a wrecker to pick up the swap.

Last weekend, I needed a box truck without having had a reservation. Even though they did not have a truck for me on the lot on Friday evening, Jonathon Lerch pulled some strings and made sure that I had one the next morning. He went out of his way to understand my needs and got me an incredible rate. As soon as the office opened up on Saturday morning, Jonathon called me and told me that I could go pick up my truck anytime I want. Donnie recommendation I can give to a lot of people that rent from Penske make sure when you would return the truck back in that they do have a key box that you can put your key in you dont have to call and find out where it is or leave it in the truck floorboard the very good process to move on especially if youre moving on a Friday and Saturday and they are closed on Sunday so you get an extra day for free
